I very much look forward to my boxes, as does my 4 year old son. The quality is great, they are perfect to stash in my desk or pack in his lunches or take on a road trip. We are vegetarians so having that be an option is terrific.
First off, I have tried all the other ones for a few months and after Graze, you are now the only one we use. Snacks have more flavor and taste than the other one out there. At first the freedom to pick and choose exact snacks as an option seemed like a minus but after reviewing what was sent and submitting my reviews of the snacks we got ones that were more suited to our tastes. It's always fun to see what we got based on our choice responses and can't wait for new snacks! Would like a better tracking option for the packages for future enhancements :)
Great snacks and all are the perfect size. It's fun to take the 'quiz' in the beginning to narrow down your options. Would definitely, and have, recommend to a friend! There have been some hang-ups with delivery, but it could be USPS as opposed to graze themselves. When we did have a problem, graze was gracious enough to give us a free box for our troubles. We look forward to the delivery every week.
I have loved the first few snack boxes I have received! I'm working on eating healthy which has always been a challenge but with Graze I find that I'm craving healthier snack options. Recently I contacted their customer service to talk about wanting to get more snacks that I had not tried yet and I was impressed with their response. I would highly recommend trying Graze. You will likely become hooked like I have!
I haven't received a box yet because my address was wrong in their system but when I contacted them thru their website regarding my concerns, they responded within an hour and addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. It's rare that you get a response from a business that quick these days (if they respond at all) and actually answer all your questions and resolve all issues with no problem! So far, so good!
... but in a family of 7, it's just not enough, well not enough and still be affordable. Most of the snacks are fantastic. There are very few things made for families as large as ours (that are still in our budget, I could order 4-5 Graze boxes and it would be enough, or even some of the newer packages but then the cost is out of our budget) Maybe when all the kids are grown and off to college it will be an option for my husband and I but that's still 4 years away.
I have really enjoyed Graze so far, for two main reasons.
1. I can customize the snacks I get. I don't care for salty things as much, don't like nuts, or certain textures. The rating system lets me say which snacks I want to get and which ones not to send me.
2. I can choose how often I want a box delivered, and am only charged per delivery. This is great, as I started out getting one every week, and realized that was too much on my stomach and budget. So now I get one box every 4 weeks, and it's perfect for me.
I got these as a different snack for my 12 and 16 year old daughters; one is vegan and the other does not like dairy products per se, so getting calcium and protein in is an issue. These have helped!
My only issue is that when I first ordered I wanted to give the friend who referred me credit and somehow missed that screen.
I've found the Graze products to be very convenient. I just keep a few in my bag, so I save time searching for a snack when I need one. I enjoy the healthier choices more, not the ones with lots of carbs. The Asian soups are phenomenal, although it would be great if you could find a way to reduce the percentage of sodium.
My husband and me are trying different boxes to see which ones we like and we both love Graze. Every snack we get we love except one one or two, but you can easy request not to get it again. I wish there was a box size for couples but they have options to buy more of you favorite. For the price it's amazing!
These snacks are awesome. Whoever creates the recipe combinations deserves a high five. The snacks are out of the ordinary, and out of this world to be honest :) I love getting 8 little bundles of yummy every Monday, they are always on time and the snacks are ALWAYS super fresh, so kudos to the graze chefs as well, they have a very delicious business and I haven't even thought once about ending my weekly package. Im in til I try all of them. (I'm on box number 11 and have only had one or two repeats. Soo. I've had over 70 already :) 5 stars on all!
I look forward to getting my Graze every two weeks. My boyfriend and I have developed a routine where we split all the new treats so we each can try them. (Although I have to admit I've been known to "try" a little more than my fair share!)
The site is simple and there are lots of options for customization. My only complaint it is kind of hard to find the list snacks sent in my box on my website. It makes it hard to rate them, even though I do eventually find them.
I was very much surprised at the types of snacks in my box. They were all selections that I agreed to try and stated that I liked or loved. I'm excited to see what will be in my next box. I opted to get a Graze Box every 4 weeks, that way I'll know that the snacks are fresh and will not be left sitting around for a long period of time. Thanks for helping people like me enjoy different types of snacks that are Healthy for you with nutrition facts, ingredients and calories count.

I signed up for Graze and was offered the first box for free. While going through the online process, it also offered me a free breakfast box with my first order.
It is only today that I noticed that they charged my credit card, despite the 'free' offer.
I am waiting for their reply on this, but wish i'd kept to my stance of not giving credit card details until you purchase something where payment is actually due!

I really want to try this service. I love the idea of getting healthy nuts, fruits and chocolates in the mail. But after reading the reviews, I'm scared. I have a code for a free box but reading these reviews tells me its not free and its hard to cancel if i am not happy. I have now decided against ordering from this site. First reason is the credit card info for a free box, Second The fact i cant cancel with a simple push of a button and third the portions seem small for $7.00. Fourth they have no phone number i can call if i'm nervous, unhappy or just need help. I'm really sorry Graze.com but with 2 1/2 star review doesn't put much faith with your company.
I love Graze! It's so fun coming home to my box every other Monday! I've tried new things, loved most of the snacks, and look forward to the each beautiful package to arrive! I like the rating option to help customize future boxes! A delicious
I tried to order a free sample since I already get a dinner service from a different company, I was excited about snacks. After entering my credit card information they said there was an error to try again in an hour. I didn't. They charged my card anyways. They say my account doesn't exist. I never got my free sample. I can't even get a hold of anyone since "there isn't an account associated with my email". Which is crap since Google saved my information upon request. Even if I could figure it out when you go to the website it's now half off your first box.

It's nice to have a securely closed container available to grab a snack on the go. I often times don't eat well, and if I have 1 or 2 of them with me, it will at least tide me over if nothing else. Some of them do a great job of curbing sweet tooth without too much harm
I subscribed to GRAZE for about 8 months now. I am enjoying a delicious variety of single-portion snacks every month. It's fun to go to the mailbox & unwrap the latest delivery. They are easy to share or put in my purse to have on-the-go!
I've received a few boxes now, Snacks, Sweet Treats and Chocolate boxes. I'm a pretty big fan of the Chocolate boxes & wish you could buy a certain one you prefer or at least request it in your box. Also wish you could restrict other ingredients, but have found that if they're in the snack, you can trash it, so you'll never get it.
Overall, I enjoy the snacks and will keep getting boxes. Once the weather restriction is lifted, you can bet I'll switch to Chocolate boxes.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
