I went from a huge fan of Graze to hating them, thanks to their horrible customer support. I sent 10 boxes as gifts to some people because I loved Graze. A few weeks later I didn't hear a word from anyone, and I found out Graze didn't tell them who the gift was from! When I contacted support they could not have cared less about fixing it or even improving their process. They pretty much told me it was my fault, and refused to escalate the issue. You would think someone who just sent 10 gift boxes would be more valued. Good job turning a subscriber and fan into an enemy!
I'm so impressed with the quality of Graze's products and customer service! I am currently on the option to receive snacks every two weeks, and its perfect for work and general life on the go. I love that they hand pick the snacks so I'm always surprised, but I get to tell them exactly what I don't want in my packs!
I recently ordered a set of snacks that was unfortunately sent to the wrong address (not Graze's fault), but the customer service agent Mary not only helped me fix my address but sent a completely new order to the correct address! I was so impressed with her kindness and professionalism, it has definitely made it even easier to continue buying from Graze in the future.
We love Graze snacks! We started out getting them once a week and decided after a bit that it was a little too frequent for us so we altered our delivery schedule. No problem. We get really excited when the box arrives to check out what is in it. I don't think we've ever had a box where we didn't enjoy everything. Thanks for yummy stuff!
I've really enjoyed getting Graze boxes each month. The variety in the eight snack box has been awesome--I haven't gotten anything twice yet. My only disappointment was regarding a sharing box that, of the five bags of snacks, only was of two different snack varieties. I contacted customer services and they responded promptly and replaced the box free of charge. I was very pleased with their willingness to resolve the issue. I have recommended Graze to may of my friends and coworkers. I'm a snack person, so having a large variety that are pre-portion controlled, is perfect for me. As far as value goes, I find it to be worth-while, but I'm only getting one box a month, thus only spending $12/month, and most of the items on their snack list are things I can't get in the grocery store or make on my own.
First of all, I LOvE when those little brown boxes show up in my mailbox! Each week I can't wait to see what I get to try next! I work crazy hours and almost never have time for breakfast so I usually just grab the whole box and have crunchy little snacks throughout the day! The individual snack packs are also very purse-friendly ladies! Tough packaging holds up extremely well in my monster bag!
All in all, I've been very happy with my experiences!
Gave Graze as a gift subscription for my fiancee. He LOVES the food, all of the selection is very high quality and seems to be reasonably health conscious. They also come in these neat little packs he can take with when he travels, which is a big plus.
Love the company and hope they stick around!
I'm subscribed to Graze as a gift for my mom. She was recently diagnosed with diabetes and has to eat something about every 2 hours to keep her blood sugar regulated. She is a busy lady and doesn't always have time to prepare diabetic friendly on-the-go snacks for herself. Graze answered all of this - Carb counts are low, snacks are individually pre-packaged AND they are delicious, the subscription frequency is flexible and easy to pause if needed, the Graze website is very user friendly, it's relatively affordable, and I'm just thrilled about how much my mom enjoys the snacks, and I feel good knowing they are healthy for her too.
We absolutely love everything about Graze - from the excitement of waiting for our boxes each week to enjoying the new snacks we receive and rating them. I started my weight loss journey a month ago and throughout this time, my Graze box have kept me snacking healthily and proportionately. I have also recommended them to family and friends and even had somebody sign up using my rewards code! Now, the only thing I would add is the option to be able to track your box. I see that they have tracking numbers when they come but haven't found the option to actually be able to track them. Other than that, you guys are perfect as a whole. I really enjoy being your customer!
Horrible customer service. Low level tech company that will probably be bankrupt soon enough. There is no way to contact the company by phone if there is ever an issue. They really know how to take advantage of people. I really hope they go out of business and stop ruining peoples health.
I've been very happy with Graze. I am also sending orders to my son and niece at their respective colleges and the customer service person was very helpful in explaining how I could ship orders to multiple addresses. I like that the price includes the shipping costs too--no hidden charges.
I'm very satisfied with the quality and selection of snacks--my biggest problem is keeping my boyfriend away from the box and leaving some treats for me!
I was at first skeptical that eating healthier snacks would be as fulfilling. But graze has proven me wrong. Granted there are some that I have tried and found that I didn't like as much as others. It is good they give you the option to easily decide on there Web sight. Overall I am pleased with what I have received so far, keep up the good work.
Quality of the products is excellent and customer service is top notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for healthy and unique snack alternatives. Packets are very easy to throw in your purse or backpack!
Love the variety and combinations delivered with my subscription. I was able to tell them things I'm not particularly a fan of (coconut, pecan, and raisins to name a few) and there are still about 100 options that they can send that don't include any of those items! Such a cool service!

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with Graze! The website is super easy to use. We love most of the snacks we've received. I put them in a cookie jar and they're perfect for an in between mealtime snack. I love the promotions I've been receiving. They definitely keep me coming back to get even more delicious snacks!
Just learned of graze through my daughter. Tried the snacks, and they are perfect for grazing between meals, taste exceptionally good, and are about the healthiest alternative to what I have seen out there!
Great company to work with, snacks are amazing and so convenient. My husband is a diabetic and we have found snacks for him that wont raise his blood sugar. I love the low carb sweet treats, they are just enough to fulfill that craving.
The snacks are delicious, high quality & very satisfying. Love getting them shipped right to my home. Like getting a surprise gift each time--I can't wait to open my box & see what's inside! Convenient sizes to take to work. Only one snack I didn't care for out of all I received.
My experience with Graze has been great! I loved getting that first sample box free, it definitely made me want to continue the subscription. I'm glad that I can tell them not to send me products with milk in it and I love rating the snacks. It's so easy. Everything I receive is delicious! I can't think of anything negative to say. Maybe the only thing I can think of is not being able to track your package. I wish there was an email they would send out letting you know that your box is on its way with a tracking number. But it's not necessary.
I've been receiving graze boxes for a few months now. They have a wide range of snack choices so each box is different from the previous one. I also love that I can change or delay delivery of an upcoming box. This way I can enjoy each box and not get worry if I am going on vacation and won't finish one before another arrives.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
