I have really enjoyed most of the graze snacks I've tried, and look forward to sampling more! As an avid snacker, I appreciate having a variety of healthy snacks to choose from at home and work. I also like the ability to remove snacks that I dislike from my list, and order extra of my favorites. I hope that graze will continue to add new flavors and combinations. Keep up the great work!
Shipping's decent, but they missed an early-January shipment by a week. Since I rely on them for my lunch, I was a bit miffed. Their store's just a little overpriced. The ability to tell them what I like is helpful but also fairly rudimentary; I don't want any snacks with coconut.
Otherwise the snacks are tasty and wholesome. In three months' time, through Liking and Hating, you'll eventually curate shipments that you really enjoy.
Snacks are mediocre, always send popcorn and peanut. No variety. My favorite though is the honey comb walls
I love having such a variety of healthy snacks. I also don't have to think about it since it is on an automatic delivery.

I'm always excited to see what's in my next graze box! I've never been disappointed. Whether it's nuts, dried fruit, large flakes of coconut, chickpeas, nut butters, or green teas, it's all delicious! All natural, too!
We are delighted with the variety of the snacks that come each week! They are perfect for a good burst of flavour.
Update - Graze contacted me and provided an email address (*******@graze.com) for customer service. They let me know that tracking is available by contacting customer service at this address, and they gave me a credit for the duplicate snack. Much happier knowing how to use customer service options now.

(Previously 2 stars) I like the concept and have enjoyed most of my snacks, but the customer service options are not acceptable. When one of my boxes was late, I could not get any response though the online system, other than "check back tomorrow." Also, they recently sent two of the same snack in one box (instead of another promised item) - and I have no way to contact them about the duplicate snack. Also, you cannot track your order - so you just have to take their word that it shipped on time.
Again, Graze.com is great concept with good snacks - but customer service needs to improve, and tracking needs to be added
I get my boxes every two weeks and it is perfect for me! I love it! I'm trying to do better with my eating. They are just enough and they taste amazing! I love all the options that are available.
I love that graze comes right to my mailbox. My husband and I have started eating better because I would never remember to get stuff like this at the store. We have enjoyed most of the snacks. I didn't care for the apples they were pretty rubbery. Everything else so far is great.!
I love all my snacks! I love the variety (although I've gotten a few of the same ones a few times), but nevertheless, it's great! I only wish the calories were also imprinted on the individual packages, because while I know it's on the sheet in the box, I would like to be able to throw a container in my bag and not have to reference that sheet later.
Snacks are good for the most part, but definitely not in my diet range. I've got a stash of them now because I don't want to eat them. Too much sugar! Also, they never come on time. First box I got showed up on Monday, rest of them are 5-7 days late. What's the point?
Graze is a convenient and easy way to snack. I am a recently converted snacker, and Graze was a big help when the dietician added snacks to my diet. Counting the calories is easy.
I signed up for the subscription because I'm pregnant and therefore having small, regular snacks in my purse (and not just copious amounts of mini Oreos...) is a massive plus when traveling and at work, but I ended up not only getting them for me, but also for my son and my coworkers! The variety is great, I love the randomness - I'm currently eating cookies that came with an black tea bag. I'll definitely be continuing with this even after the baby arrives.
I really love the box. I love getting mail. I love snacks and I love that they are healthy snacks. My only complaint is there aren't enough vegan options.
I enjoy the snacks but when I went through the list at the beginning there seemed like there were hundreds of different snacks but for some reason I keep getting certain ones more often than others. I don't think I've been through them all.
I have enjoyed the snacks thus far, but am finding that the system even though I say that I am not interested in something is still sending those in my packs. The user experience needs to be upgraded so that I can more easily see what is coming in my next box so I don't get things that I have no interest in.
I like it, I had some difficulties when I went on vacation then moved the following weeks with my orders (I didn't get them) but other then that I have enjoyed the service.
I am not a big fan of subscriptions to anything, especially food. But I have found myself in many situations where I wish I had a snack. Graze has stopped those desperate days where I resort to the office snack machine. On the way to the hair salon, I can easily grab a snack so that I'm not starving there. I'm not a constant snacker, so the monthly option works very well for me. I still end up eating snacks past the "best by" date, and they are still good. My only gripe is that many of these are high in calories (if you're a calorie-counter), although many are low in FAT calories.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

I'm sorry to hear you've received some of your snacks again so soon.
When you first start grazing all of your ratings are set as try. Then as you add ratings after trying snacks we send you a mixture of tries, likes, and loves. This way you try new things while getting snacks you know you enjoy.
Snacks rated as like or love are sent more often than those set to try. This explains why we've included some snacks you already had in the past, since they were rated as try, but are now rated as like or love.
My suggestion is to change those snacks back to try, and then rate other ones you haven't had yet as like or love. This way, you'll get to try them sooner rather than get repeats. I know it's a bit strange, but it's the best way to get around it for the time being:)
