I wish it was easier to pick what kind of snacks you DON'T LIKE. The rating system doesn't seem to really do much. I have trashed many snacks but keep getting the same things over and over. I really don't care for the "protein toppers" that you are supposed to add to yogurt. I expect graze to be a full-service snack stop. When I'm paying this much for a box of snacks I don't want to have to pay more for yogurt just so I can eat what you've sent me!
I've been/am part part of several subscription programs. Every one other than graze, sends an e-mail before the item ships so there's time to modify the shipment or cancel. Graze is the first subscription program that does not. Once the frequency is set, an e-mail is sent initially. After that, there's no contact and the box shows up. I was disappointed not to get a reminder that it was about to ship like every other subscription company out there.
I enjoy your snacks. I am fond of the ones with fruit and the bars. They are tasty and just enough to ward off hunger and prevent me from eating junk food. I carry one or two in my purse. I also save money by not paying high prices for junk food when I am starving.
I enjoy the variation. I find the tea and cookie, the soups a real treat.
I started using Graze to lower my cravings for munchies, I was over weight and having problems doing simple things like tie my shoes. With diet, and substituting my snacks for Graze. I'm still far from perfection, but already lost 20 lb. The smaller portions are enough to do not leave me hungry, and healthy enough to help me to lose weight.
Wow...$14 for a 2 handfuls of nuts and berries. The portion is extremely small so the profit margin is extremely high! I can get a large can of nuts at Walmart for $4 and eat on that all week long. Cancelled my next order and was immediately charged 13.99 for a future shipment same day! I absolutely do not recommend this company
I am disabled and there are days and days where I don't ever leave the house. So I'm stuck at home with nothing interesting to snack on. I am now like a kid in a candy store. I have only have a or two that I don't like, but the way to remove it is easy as pie. I tell a lot of people abut it. I don't feel guilty eating these. Perfectly sized portions.
Graze is a great product. It's always well packaged and fresh upon arrival. I have always been a picky eater, but Graze encourages me to try new foods and has helped me with portion control. Though at first the containers looks small, the snacks are always filling. I love so many it's hard to choose a favorite.
I have liked every snack so far and deliveries have been timely. Managing my account is easy and the website is easy to use. My only suggestion is perhaps you can curate a plan or some boxes for low carb eaters? Thanks!
It was very hard to reach someone since you don't have a direct number only email. Different people were emailing me back and telling me to email only one person. All I wanted was an answer. It finally got resolved. Great snacks

So I'm quitting my job soon so I don't have a lot of disposable income so my boyfriend and I decided we'd put the graze box charge under his card instead of mine. Few days later there is another charge on my account. I email them they say they'll take care of it. They charge me again. I email again and ask for my subscription to be cancelled. They agree and tell me I'll be refunded. I also go into my account and remove all card information on my account. Today I checked my statements and they charged me AGAIN. So. Waiting on an email back. Probably going to the bank to tell them these charges are fraudulent. They have terrible customer service clearly and have no problem taking my money after I've repeatedly asked them to stop. Snacks are ok.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my Graze experience. It's best to test it out and see how quickly you can eat the snacks and adjust as needed. I enjoy the snacks but found they started to accrue on my desk quicker than I could eat them. Healthy alternative to the vending machine. Great portion sizes.
I do like the small snack portions and have been enjoying them along with my family. The one thing that would make it better is if Graze could work with Weight Watchers and get the smart point values on the packages. Being a weight watchers member I find that would be very helpful as I continue to use Graze.
We found this to be a fascinating idea and a great gift for those that don't want anything else to sit around in the way. We did a subscription for grandparents and for a daughter. Just wish it was easier to set up multiple subscriptions from the same benefactor. I did finally get it accomplished with customer support help.
I have enjoyed everything that I have received from you so far! Especially like the snack mixes and fruit and nut mixes. Some of the flap jacks have been a little too sweet for my taste but were still very good! I like knowing I'll have some new and different things to try each month! Great job! Thank you!
I am so excited when my I check my mail and see that Graze box. I never make it back into the house without ripping off the plastic and checking to see what new thing I'm going to try for the week! It is nice to reach for a snack that I don't have to feel guilty about or justify enjoying. Keep the yummy snacks coming!
I enjoy the options graze provides and look forward to even more variety! Sometimes I feel like chocolate and sometimes dried fruit is what sounds perfect. I really enjoy their packs that are "deconstructed" versions of popular snacks.
I'm enjoying my subscription to Graze. It's fun to receive different snacks in the mail every couple weeks. The ingredient combinations are always creative, the names are cute, and I like that they are pretty healthy. As for taste, some are quite yummy while others are a bit boring in flavor. Rating them on the site is fun; I like that I get to customize my snack experience.
Graze will bill you for a box before you even get your first box. Do not sign up for this and think you are getting a free box. The food is ok, but you can buy better stuff, lots more cheaply in any grocery store.

I love receiving that creatively packed brown box at work. It's a welcomed surprise in the mail box among the junk mail and bills. About 95% of the snacks have been extremely tasty and make for a great break with added energy as a bonus.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
