I have been so happy with my Graze experience thus far. I get the 4-sampler every 2 weeks, and I'm considering increasing that. I love the variety. I love how everything is made of quality ingredients, so I feel like I'm snacking healthy. I love being able to rate the snacks, and eliminate some entirely that just don't suit my own personal tastes. I've been spreading the word about Graze to everyone who will listen!
Can't wait for the next box. Enjoyed almost every one I opened. Had one box with several old snacks in them. Flap Jacks and the ones with cashews are my favorites, Also enjoyed the soups. Have two limited myself to 2 a day or else the wait will be longer.
Well packaged and arrives as scheduled. I haven't had trouble making changes. Everything is fresh and arrives with nutritional information. I look forward to my monthly box of treats. I like the fact that I have healthy snack at hand and am able to pass on the candy bars, etc.
Though some snacks are hit and miss, for the most part they are delicious. I love the ability to rate snacks based on how often you want them sent, and the ability to discard snacks by dietary preference.
I'd also like to say that one week I didn't receive my box and when I finally reached out to graze after receiving the next week's box, I received a prompt apology and my account was credited back the money for the missing box. Even when I reached out a few days later (the missing box showed up two days after I reported it), they merely thanked me for letting them know and still didn't charge me. This type of customer service was wonderful to deal with and I have recommenced graze to all my friends.
Graze is great! You get a box full of snacks that you like (by letting them know through their rating system) on a schedule that you set. You can also easily pause your Graze boxes from their website at anytime if you need a break. The snacks cover a wide variety of unique ingredient combinations and are both delicious and great when traveling, biking or hiking.
The snacks from graze are different, fun and all delicious. The only thing I would change about it is that it would be nice to be able to select a different delivery frequency than once a week- perhaps every other week or once a month. But they do give you the option of "snoozing" your next delivery, which works well too.
I love Graze. I'm so glad I made the decision to sign up. The snacks are delicious and healthy. It's so nice to have the convenience of not really having to pick anything out, it's already there for me. I also love being given the chance to try something I've never had before. I did have one issue with a box never showing up one week but Graze did a fantastic job of resolving the issue by discounting my next two boxes to half price.
I used to love getting your snacks. But your choices lately have left me very disappointed! I think you should give us the opportunity to pick what we like. At this point, without that opportunity, I am not interested in your products anymore!
Such a shame as the snacks are lovely but they never arrive on time. I always get my boxes a few days late from the delivery date stated. I even changed the delivery day on my account to allow extra time for them to arrive on the day I wanted, still didn't arrive. One box was 5 days late, despite being sent first class the previous week and the contents arrived stale. Out 10+ subscription boxes, only 1 arrives on time. Had to cancel because of this
My 2 teenagers, my husband and myself are constantly going to the Graze box throughout the day! And each snack is healthy and great tasting. It came with a marvelous selection that satisfied four people.
We have graze box coming once a month. Its nice, the wife and I share the snacks at lunch time, and they are always the perfect size, and don`t leave you feeling gross about yourself. The variety of snacks is nice to, but any of the flap jacks or nut mixes are great, along with the deconstructed sweets.
Excellent selection, package is very clever and useful.
Portions are the correct size.
You have excellent taste in snacks!
If I would eliminate any, I would drop popcorn.
Keep including promo coupons, I read them.
I've been very happy and satisfied with the products that I'm receiving from Graze. My only recommendation would be that the size of the snack be slightly larger to reflect the cost. I am paying $11.99 for a box of eight snacks. That works out to be $1.49 each. That's definitely on the high-end of costs associated with these types of snacks. Especially when you take into consideration the size.
I started my account with Graze as a trial through a Groupon purchase because the Groupon made the boxes a bit more affordable. I've enjoyed all of my snacks, and I really like the fact that you can rate how much you like (or don't like) the different snacks in order to make sure you are sent snacks that you will like. I did a trial at a different snack box vendor prior to this, and ended up receiving some snacks I didn't like at all, which was a disappointment considering I basically paid for something I didn't like. My experience with Graze has been great, and I found out firsthand that their customer service is excellent. The snacks are a little pricey, but they're tasty enough and healthy enough for me to consider them worth it (although I do appreciate the occasional discount codes and the referral program). I plan to continue purchasing snacks from Graze.
I really love the snacks! They are tasty, convenient and calorie controlled. Even if you indulge in 2 at a time, they are still low in calorie and nutritious. I even think they contributed to my recent weight loss! Unfortunately I am no longer employed and can only afford one or two boxes every month or two. I hope to have more regular shipments once I have an income again.
I absolutely love Graze. Looking forward to my box every week is an exciting experience. Having healthy, delicious snacks available to me whenever I feel like nibbling is awesome. I have Diabetes, so the addition of nutritional information really helps me in maintaining my goals. Thank you Graze! I look forward to a long future of snacking with you! What a wonderful concept!
Since I've been receiving Graze I always look forward to my box coming. I have loved every single thing that I've gotten. It saves me a lot of money as well because I don't buy bulk snacks that I'll get tired of and then have to go out and spend more on new ones. I have new ones come to my door. And if I don't like them I'm not stuck with them hoping someone else will want them! This is such a great addition to my diet as well! I will forever be a customer.
I appreciated the quality ingredients and variety. The price is a little bit high for the amount in each box. I feel like there is too many "granola toppers" that are hard to eat if you don't like yogurt!
After signing up with Graze, I received their free sample and it was a great variety. Frankly, because of financial issues, I needed to unsubscribe and cancel my membership. Graze quickly responded to me through email and followed through with my request; being very professional. As there was confusion with a snack being sent (and I never saw it), they were very responsible in refunding me. I greatly appreciate Graze! If you communicate with them respectfully, they in return are very respectful.

I love the Graze snacks because the portions are perfect and satisfying. Also, the wide variety of snack possibilities is ever present. It is fun to open each new box in the mail to see what surprises I will find there.
The only thing that I would like to improve on is to slow down the deliveries to just once a month or even 6 weeks! I live alone and am diabetic, so I don't need to get snacks only 2 or 3 weeks apart. Is there a way that I can slow down the orders without having to stop them coming altogether?

Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
