My experience has been great! Love the variety. The packaging and sizes have been great for traveling and easy to grab on the go.
Most of them were delicious and nutritiously. But i really don't like hot and spicy food. The different kinds of flapjacks were tasty and good. I would like more of those and cashews that are not hot and spicy.
I really enjoy Graze. I like the snack packs. They go great with countless things, and are nice to have for not only healthy snacks but also for when I have my friends around. I never ate dried fruit until I gave it a chance in a Graze pack, now I love dried fruits. I really like Graze boxes.
The snacks tend to come on the Monday of the "week of", and have a nice amount to each one. Unfortunately, most of the snacks with fruit I did not like, and most of the snacks have fruit! Also, you cannot really pick and choose which snacks you wanted. I would rate something as "never send this again" and I would get it anyway. I also let them know I have a coconut allergy, and almost every box had something with coconut!
It has been fun. I love getting the box every week and most everything I have gotten I love.
So far I've had a good experience ordering snacks from Graze.com, I like that i am able to customize every box and I could also stop or change at any time. I have to say its better than grabbing a sneakers or ice cream.
I wish I'd done my research beforehand. Their free sample is an underhanded trick. Sure, it says you can cancel the subscription "at any time," but if you cancel before the free box is sent, they retract it. But by the time the box actually arrives, you've already been locked in for a second box, which you have to pay for. Mind, they haven't necessarily even sent that box yet. It's "being prepared." I seriously doubt it takes any preparation time to grab a few packets off the shelf and put them into a cardboard box. I'm convinced that the preparation time exists only to lock in a payment before the customer has time to cancel the order. It's sneaky, it's dishonest, and it's bad business.
The kicker is, I went on the site to check the prices and maybe step down to a less frequent order cycle. After seeing their business practices, I would never order from them again.
Update: I sent the following e-mail with the subject line "Refund request - item not yet sent."
I recently ordered a free trial box with a coupon, which automatically signed me up for a subscription. The site said I could cancel this subscription at any time, but canceling it before the trial box was sent out would cancel the trial box. Today, I received the trial box, decided that your product is not for me, and went to cancel the order immediately. Unfortunately, you have already charged me for a box which is "being prepared." I don't want this box, and I don't want to pay for it. I had assumed that Graze would allow a potential customer time to see the sample box before charging for the next. Doing otherwise - and not allowing me to cancel a box that hasn't even been sent yet - comes across as dishonest and isn't good business.
After some searching, I've found that mine is a problem many people have had with your company. Still, I'm hoping you can be reasonable and help me out. I would like the unwanted order to be canceled and refunded. I have cancelled all future orders and deleted my credit card information from my account on Graze.com. I do not authorize any further payments."
David from Graze customer service responded the next day asking for my information. By then, the box had already sent, but as a gesture of good will, he gave me a full refund.
Though the practice of locking in a second (or third, as some have said) box before the trial has been received is underhanded, I have raised my review from 1 to 3 stars due to the refund. Perhaps others have not had service reps that were as accommodating or perhaps their e-mails were written in a rude or aggressive manner. In any case, my issue was resolved. I still don't think their product is necessarily worth the price, but they accommodated my request for a refund.
I have been a loyal member for over 6 months and look forward to receiving each of my monthly snack boxes. I love that they are all different and are made with healthy food items without the man made additives and fillers.
I enjoy the snacks that I subscribed. I wish the snacks were in a larger quantity so I wouldn't need to order too frequently. The price can be a little lower considering the portion are rather small. I like how you can pause your subscription if you are on vacation, or just don't want every week. That is a plus. Overall, good subscription snacks.
I am very happy with my Graze deliveries! They have been delicious. Perfect sized and low calorie. I highly recommend this to everyone!
The snack boxes are full of yummy snacks. All within 100-150 calories.
They come in a timely manner once every week.

I LOVE receiving your box in the mail! Until I open it and realize that some of the snacks are not at all up to my taste. I do go periodically to the website, but it is REALLY tedious to "unlove" the items I don't want to see in my box.
I wish I could pick the selections myself, and know exactly what I am getting (and loving!).
A bit expensive, also, and too much packaging for so little product. I always feel bad sending so much to the recycling bin.
My wife and I have really enjoyed getting the Graze box every other week. We look forward to seeing what they will surprise us with this time. The combinations of flavors are so interesting, the are the perfect snack any time of day.
I love getting a box in the mail and not knowing what goodies I am going to receive. I like being suprised and trying different ones and its great to have the option of getting certain snacks a lot or not at all. However sometimes a receive snacks I didn't want but hopefully over time I can eliminate them and organize my list so I get everything I want
Graze has timely delivery, awesome snacks and really caters to the customer. Even when money is tight, I keep my subscription.
I absolutely love my graze box. I chose to get an 8 snack box monthly and I always can't wait for the next one to arrive. There is such a good variety of healthy snacks that my boyfriend and I both enjoy. I also like how you can rate the different snacks you get and can really customize your box.
We are enjoying the variety of the snacks you send us. It is nice to be able to choose what we want to receive and don't want to receive. Thank you. That way when we receive snacks we know it has the ingredients we want and don't have to worry. They are healthy... full of fruits, nuts, whole grains. We enjoy the surprise of what we receive.
I have liked every snack so far and deliveries have been timely. Managing my account is easy and the website is easy to use. My only suggestion is perhaps you can curate a plan or some boxes for low carb eaters? Thanks!

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
