Easy to order and to pick your favorites. Came timely and well packed. They are ready little snacks that help keep you away from the sticky pastry treats readily available in the break room.
I've been doing this for about 6 months. I do like getting a variety of snacks with something a bit out of the ordinary. For the most part they've been very good with only a few misses.
My only complaint is the size... they are extremely small & at a cost of $2 per snack, I'm considering dropping this & finding something a bit more affordable or at least getting a better size for the money.
We have been a customer for a few months now and had intended on only continuing for a month. But each time we receive a box we are excited to open it and enjoying spacing out the snacks until the next surprise. We have also been sharing with friends- seems to be a hit.
Also my husband was skeptical at first, but the more he tries the different mixes the more he is hooked as well. I think he is into Graze more out of the two of us. We are planning on possibly giving some as gift boxes for family this Holiday season :)
Great packaging, great snacks. If it is something that I don't like, I can just go to their website and chose that I didn't like that particular snack and they won't send it again.
These boxes have been great, healthy snacking at it's best!

Graze is amazing. The snacks are amazing, totally delicious. Absolutely love this product.
I would like it if there were an option for longer than a month. I have not been able to sample an entire box in that amount of time. Also, the selections are not to my particular liking, as I am not fond of sweets or chocolate.
It seriously makes my day when I go check the mail and a Graze box is in there! This weeks box had the Cocoa & Vanilla Protein Flapjack bars, these are by far my FAVORITE snack yet! Please keep sending them out, I could eat them all day!

It is a little bit of awesome getting my graze box in the mail every 2 weeks. And exciting to try something new every time. I have yet to get the same thing twice which good.
The snacks are OK - well some of them. Most of them are just gross, or things you can find at costco. They are also too small - the value is not great. I can go to the store and buy a couple pound bag of some of this stuff for less than the price of the box.
Additionally I got a sharing box - and the web site prompted me to pick my favorites. Once I did that, I expected to get them. Nope. Apparently despite the site asking me, it doesnt work that way. They send me what ever they feel like - even items that I had marked as "trash" on my preferences.
So after talking with customer support - and they refused to refund or give me a credit on a box that I actually would eat - I am going to contact my credit card company to just get a refund on something that you guys send me and I technically did not order.
This is a total waste, and I would actually recommend to everyone I know that this is something that is a bad value, the quality is not that great - its not bad, most of the time the snacks taste good - so long as you eat them in the next couple of days, however the quantity isn't great and that negates the entire thing, oh and the customer service is awful.
Shipping is fine, returns are non existent according to support - they wouldn't allow me to send it back.
I love having perfectly portioned healthy snacks. I love that I can pick and choose what I prefer. I don't like the cost! For the amount you get, I should be paying less. Would've opted for weekly boxes if it was a little more affordable
I LOVE the products. My teenage daughter LOVES the products. My co-workers LOVE the products. It's well worth the money and it helps control my portions. I love that I get an e-mail to rate what I did/not like/love to help with future orders.
That said, it's frustrating to click on a link to order a special box or offer and just go to the regular we page, then have to navigate around to try to figure out how to order just that offer. Additionally, in an e-mail with a link to receive my free box (for referring a friend) I could not find where to enter the code, etc. The links do not take you directly to where you need to go.
When I have had a question, I am answered in a relatively short period of time and always with pleasantries and consideration. Keep up the good work.
I like these snacks. They show up, a box full, every 2 weeks or so. There are always different and interesting contents. More so than choices in the stores. I would say they're probably much better for you as well. Everything from nuts to popcorn. Dried fruit to granola bars to cookies. Right sized and good variety.
I have loved almost everything I have gotten! I sent a box as a gift to my mom as well! It wasn't as good as the ones I have had but she still enjoyed it :) love my graze boxes!
Graze is a fun surprise in my mailbox every two weeks. I am enjoying trying a wide variety of snacks. They are portion controlled little treats.
I look forward to my monthly graze boxes. My family and I generally like most of the different samples. I always share with my aunt, cousin and nieces.
My 15 yr old daughter gets very excited when she see the Graze box in the mail. I have to admit, I do too. She loves to take the healthy, hearty snacks in her lunch and I enjoy them at break time at work. I think it's well worth the cost and it's such a nice treat in the mailbox!
I love receiving a new graze box every 2 weeks. It's like receiving little snack Christmas presents. I love the variety because I get to try snacks that I would never have thought to try. I wish that I could request certain snacks because even though I rate them based on my liking, I still receive ones repeatedly that I don't really care for.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
