I love Graze! Working in a call center, the snacks are the perfect size for a quick bite between calls. Plus they arent oily or greasy, so I dont mess up my paperwork.
I like a lot of the boxes from graze, but I'm struggling on whether or not I see the value. ($12 a week per box just feels a little too high) Honestly, I keep thinking I'll cancel, but then keep deciding to try one more box. I have mixed feelings. We'll see. Thanks for trying to put a good and healthy product on the market! I do appreciate that.
I've been a member for a short time (2-3 months), and overall I'm pleased. There are a few items I don't care for much, like the popcorn stuff(s), but the nuts, dried fruit, and granola recipes are tasty and filling. They make great snacks. And the portions are just right.
I really like some of the products, key word some. There are some that I enjoy more than others... I wish I had the choice to pick and choose the snacks I wanted to try over others.
I'm very disappointed because I only received 2 orders and my card was charged when I first signed up and no orders was delivered.

The good: great variety of snacks for the kids to choose from, great concept.
The bad: the price point just isn't sustainable for the long term. $1.50 per snack (8 count snack box) won't work long term. Also, they bill way too far in advance for unshipped merchandise. Will cancel, but not out of great disappointment.
I like the individual size servings. I like the mixed sweet & salty items. I like the option in size boxes & the option of how often you want to receive your boxes.
I've been very happy with Graze. I am also sending orders to my son and niece at their respective colleges and the customer service person was very helpful in explaining how I could ship orders to multiple addresses. I like that the price includes the shipping costs too--no hidden charges.
I'm very satisfied with the quality and selection of snacks--my biggest problem is keeping my boyfriend away from the box and leaving some treats for me!

I have liked most of the snacks, I prefer the sweeter products, wants with fruit, coconut, nuts, no necessarily fond of pepper sauces or anything with soy.
I used the coupon to get that first order free... and they charged my credit card $11.99 anyway. Not cool.

I don't have a car and I hate eating the same thing over and over again... it's like Graze was made for me! I love getting new snacks I've never had before. The single serving sizes keep me from bingeing and are perfect for me to take to class. My only complaint is I don't like almonds or cashews which limits the options, but it's really easy to unselect them from your box.
I was super impressed with the customer service I received when signing up for graze.com. There was some technological issue on my end and Rachel S. Was so accommodating and understanding. They truly care about their business and consumers. I haven't yet started the service but loved the customization and variety of options.
First of all, I LOvE when those little brown boxes show up in my mailbox! Each week I can't wait to see what I get to try next! I work crazy hours and almost never have time for breakfast so I usually just grab the whole box and have crunchy little snacks throughout the day! The individual snack packs are also very purse-friendly ladies! Tough packaging holds up extremely well in my monster bag!
All in all, I've been very happy with my experiences!

The snacks are not only great tasting, they're also great for me. Every snack is catered to my liking and comes in convenient packaging that allows me to take them with me. Plus, each is nutritious, delicious, and fits wonderfully into my vegetarian, medically taylored diet plan. Finally, a reason to be excited about getting the mail... yummy food!

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
