In my opinion, Graze is a great choice for anyone looking to improve their snack game and enjoy healthy, delicious options. The variety of options is impressive, with something for everyone, from sweet treats to savory options. I love that they have sample products for a very low price. The delivery was OK - for me.
I used to buy one of their snacks for a few years regularly but no more after this disappointing experience. Found a pretty big piece of cardboard in a package so sent an email asking how to replace it. A member of the customer service team asked me to send back at my own cost and they would offer some goodies to cover the postage. I questioned them why I should be losing money when it's not my error and spending my own time to go to the post office. Then finally they sent me an envelope with a stamp on. I sent it back a few weeks later. No update for a month since. I chased them and finally they admitted that the cardboard came from their product from packaging and they offered me to replace the item, plus one extra packet. The whole experience was painful and no, when they don't value clients I would never buy or order anything again from this company, never.

I was told the first box was free, so I ordered one as well as an 8 box for a little later in October. But a couple days later I went to purchase something on a different website and my card kept declining. When I checked my bank account, I went from $34 to $1. I am NOT happy about your false advertising.
You better hope your snacks are perfection, because that was not cool!^
This is my favorite restaurant in the entire world. No matter what I eat, the food is always delicious, and I always enjoy my lunch! Also excellent, servers are consistently prompt, cheerful, and courteous. Can't wait to go back and would not think twice to suggest to anyone searching for a restaurant.
The order was promptly accepted and passed for delivery. Received quality goods in the shortest possible time. I recommend it.
So far, almost everything I've received from Graze has been delicious. However, for the portion of each snack within the box, it's just not worth the price for me. I enjoy having healthy snacks at my fingertips, but can just as easily make my own similar snacks for a lot less money.
Delicious snacks but a little over priced for what they are and the amount of plastic waste is excessive
I really do like Graze quite a bit, however I wish that there were more low carb options (10 net carbs or less).
I don't care for the email based customer service. I feel like conflict resolution would be better facilitated by a phone conversation.
For being an up and coming company their customer service is mediocre. Maybe Amazon has just spoiled me, but I expected more.
I find the user interface underwhelming too. If I pick a subcategory of snacks but change my mind, I have to re-enter all my preferences. That is miserably time consuming especially considering you want me to rate every delivery.
I'm trying to get through prepping for a professional exam. I will be parting with the service once I have more time to devote to nutrition after the exam.

I got a free box from my university but I had to put my banking details in order to get the nuts.
They took me 7€ and after complaining several times and after talking to the manager nothing changed. 7€ for a bunch of nuts. Disgusted
Along with just about everyone - I really really really hate these companies that get your bank details so they can stick their hands in whenever they like - and they market themselves as giving you the option to try them - BEFORE you make any commitment. I speak for everyone I have ever met and discussed this principle - or lack of - with.
Giving one's bank details - ie access to personal funds - generally hard earned and honestly earned in decent humans' books - in return for a bunch of snacks is not a 'free trial or a free box or a free anything'; it is precisely the antithesis of 'free'. Your wording should say ' give us access to your bank - unlimited - and we will chuck some nuts your way - IF you're lucky'... (According to some reviews if it does land, it's an erratic and random and not even particularly nice experience if you do get them... for many they don't even deliver yet they remove funds...)
I even read one that said Graze had managed to procure funds from an account from a person who had never even signed up.
Does that not say it ALL. With cherries on the top?
This lot need to come with a massive warning, closed down maybe...
The best review I read said nothing of what the stuff actually tastes like; if you read the reviews they generally focus on the haphazard and useless service, no phone lines, erratic funds withdrawn, alarming scammers basically.
If you're going to offer a free box - then give the customer what you say you are giving - on the advertising. Give them a free box to taste - and then - and only then ask them if they wish to set up a free for all access to their bank accounts.
I can't be bothered to go to Trading Standards yet - but will do soon I think. This lot have to be a US company, stooping this low to trick and deceive...
What is should say loud and clear is -'greedy multinational corp in the making yet we act like one already - we're gonna stick our big greedy hands into your account and you'll be begging and screaming and dying of frustration trying to cancel your sub - (oh sorry did we forget to mention TOO that we're a subscription service you can never get away from and we don't do phone or customer service) - in return for a box of quasi-healthy stuff you'd probably never go near if we hadn't lured you in by this total scam'. That's a bit wordy - maybe they should just shut down but before they do that - spend a lot of time reimbursing people: not just the people who they did rip off - but all the people who spend their precious time reading the 'free box' nonsense - and who then spend more time going on to their website to claim their 'free' box. Yes - even those of us who thankfully were spared the sleepless nights of this lot having access to your account - even we are concerned that companies who lure in customers via subscription services - are in existence! It's called having a basic moral compass and no dollar signs in your eyes.
And the marketing. The number of trees this company must have chopped down. Years now - it's been - that those annoying coupons fall out... Of every magazine and envelope - out they fall...
The snacks are priorly proportioned and range from meh to good in taste. Many are right around the 100 calorie mark. For me, they are too sugary - the dried fruit is super sweet - so not what I was looking for.
There aren't a lot of options if you have dietary restrictions and unfortunately after eating a raw food bar I experienced a contact allergy that led to a 2 week bout with a hugely swollen lip. I have no food allergies - confirmed with testing post allergy - so there was something in the prep process that was pretty caustic.
The snacks I've tried are p gross, nutritionally meh (a lot of sugar in a lot of them), and return policy is bad (you can't). One good thing is quick customer service.
Hi Grace,
Thanks for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that our snacks weren't quite right for you.
Sugar is a hot topic in the graze kitchen right now, and we're working hard to reduce the amount we use. I'd recommend keeping an eye on our website so you can see what kind of snacks we've been busy creating recently:)
Unfortunately we can't accept returns due to the perishable nature of our snacks, but we always do our best to help our grazers with any problems. It sounds like you've already been in touch with our customer service team, but please do email again if there's anything else we can lend a hand with.
You can find anything and I'm impressed it is delivered on time with complete satisfaction. The foods have proven to be delicious. I will continue to order from you guys. Very satisfied
Awesome little snacks; perfect size for carrying around/keeping at work or in the car. Always something new and or surprising
My husband like the flap jacks & wants to continue to receive them. I did like trying some new items. Some hits, some misses. However, the value for the dollar doesn't quite add up for me. I understand shipping is a price consideration; that is why I have Amazon. I pay the bills & think that the amount we get for the price is not worth it. Will likely cancel soon. Don't think he will notice.
It's always a nice surprise when opening the weekly Graze Box to see what delights have been sent that week. I have not had anything yet that I have not enjoyed. You would pay more for the snacks individually in the shops!
I would value for price is about right. Delivery is irregular (you get one every week, but might arrive any day of the week). The packages are about the right size.
I wish there were more "sweet" options. Too many nuts, corn, nuts, berries, and nuts options.
Price may appear a bit high, but the items are pretty good and they seem like a no hassle company if you want to change or cancel the service. My biggest problem is in the selection. Items are ranked Try, Like, and Love, but it doesn't seem to matter what you pick. I seem to have the same odds of getting any item. I've gotten boxes of only Try items and I've gotten Try items up to 3 times in a couple months with many other items never received.
I love receiving my box of treats every 2 weeks. They always have great variety. The fact you can review each box is also so good so you never have to receive a product you don't like again and again!

Great website, have enjoyed them myself and when my granddaughter visits she always goes to my snack box to see what's new in. My daughter recommended me and I have been very pleased with everything and the fact that you can take a break is a good idea.
I'm enjoying Graze, but I'm finding myself disappointed that I'm not getting more of the things I've marked as "love" in my packages each week. I'd love to see that change... I've found myself looking in supermarkets to find things that are similar, and if I find enough, who needs Graze? BUT if Graze just sent me more of my faves, I wouldn't have to do this.
My husband and I are vegans. We are enjoying the graze snacks immensely. They arw super handy to carry so we always have our snacks available.

Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.
We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in shops in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.
Hi Destiny, Thanks for your message.
We're sorry to hear about some confusion with your order, however I understand our Customer Service team have confirmed that only a $1 payment was billed to you for the shipping of your first box, as confirmed with your order.
We'd recommend checking with your bank about any further charge, as at present this appears to be unrelated - although please don't hesitate to let us know if we can assist you further!
