I would like a complete refund. I agreed to a $1 charge and you started sending sample box after sample box. I had no idea you were charging my credit card. I have all of the samples and will gladly mail them back to you.
I have used this company for awhile and have been mostly satisfied even though each box would have something i didn't like no matter how much I updated my love-like and tries. However one day I ordered a regular box and a 25 dollar sharing box and the regular box came to my new address and the Sharing box went to my old address and never made it to me. I inquired and ask for either a new box or my money back and the took ZERO responsibility and told me it was my fault they sent it to the wrong address and they wouldn't gvie me a new box or a refund. Mind you I ordered 2 boxes and the small box was sent to my new address and the big box to my old and was never forwarded to me. For a company to deny a customer a refund or at minimum a replacement is absolutely beyond the pale. I will NEVER EVER buy from them again. This is a customer service world and I was entitled to a new box and they refused and the should shake anyone who deals with this company.

Loved the snacks but when one of my sharing boxes did not get delivered they never answered my 5 emails sent requesting them to track it or replace it. No response after many emails. So after having them for two years I'm sorry to say I have to cancel
So far we have throughly enjoyed everything we've been shipped in our weekly orders. It's been a huge help not having to worry about getting by weekly health snacks at the store. And the fact that they're all GMO free is exciting too because we are switching over our diet to Non-Gmo foods and knowing y'all care about us enough to remove all GMO's truly makes a difference! Thank you!
The graze boxes are perfectly portioned and packaged very well. The numerous flavors have made for a great experience in trying different snack options. Everyone in my home loves them!

I have been receiving Graze for over 6 months now and have been so pleased with everything! As a self described "foodie", getting this box is like Christmas every month. Variety is the spice of life and this box is never dull! The flapjacks have been my favorite along with the dippers. I am always excited to share my box with co workers. Can't wait to try a sharing box. I highly recommend this subscription service. I even weathered an out of state move along with address change. It was without a hiccup! The delay feature for vacations is great too. Can't say enough good things!
I receive this at work and instead of a piece of candy bag of chips I can get that afternoon pick me up from something much better for me. I get to try a wider variety than i would normally buy. Great price and good to eat!

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

Thanks for using our service this lovely way:) Snack preferences are entered when logged in, so if you provide your niece with the email and password combination you entered, that will grant her access to this. You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. This is definitely something we'd love to work on in future, so that more and more folks can spread the love with graze!
