I thought ordering through this app would make my life easier, it did not. I placed the order at 2:45 and I selected a specific time, 3:30. I got to the restaurant and they did not have my order. I repeated my order to the restaurant employee and called Grabullcustomer service. I spoke to a representative I could barely understand, and had to wait even longer because the rep had to contact the restaurant. My order went through AFTER all the miscommunication. Next time I'll just call the restaurant directly because of the aggravation, late to my appointment and inconvenient service.
