Made a mistake in scheduling. Realized it immediately and I called immediately. Their response:
"SORRY, the fare you chose does not allow any changes!"
I understand that if I had called hours later or the next day. But, by the time I got through all the phone options, talked to an agent, and hung up the phone, it was less than 20 minutes!
Buyer beware, all this company did was charge me $40+ to schedule a flight.

To be honest, I had bad experience with this site.
I bought tockets hours ago, got immediate spam to review but no confirmation of my purchase. This review spam is inconvenient because i have to look up the transaction #. Build it into the link you spammed me with. It took an hour+ to send a link to confirm my email. That link expired in 10 minutes.

Too many fees are not up front which misleads the overall price. It's a disappointment and a complete shame that there is ZERO transparency for first time flyers. Some fees being mandatory is also complete false advertising. Aside from that, the flight options were the best that I've seen, so theres at least some redeeming qualities to this site.
