Just left my meal I paid for behind after 4 bites and walked out of another Gold Star never to return to another one again... Tired of paying 6.50 for a plate of spaghetti and cheese with a dollop of chili and having the idiot that manages or owns the place try to charge me extra for something I already paid for and didn't get... It just happened on 747 just North of 275 and there have been a few others in the past too.... I've never walked out of a Skyline feeling like I didn't get what I paid for....
When I last checked Goldstar had more 1-star reviews than it does all other reviews combined.
I think that tells the story. What I dislike about Goldstar is the pop-up ads that do not go away and that I cannot close. They want me to sign in/join them. No thanks! That form of forced advertising does not work for me. Go away Goldstar and leave me alone.

That's more generous that this annoying company deserves.
You can get reasonably priced tickets but if you need assistance you are screwed. They either don't get back to you at all or not in a timely manner.
I lost a lot of money because of their incompetence and would not recommend their service to anyone.
Sadly Goldstar doesn't deserve a single star and definitely nothing gold.
Glad I ordered my tickets through GoldStar! I read a bunch of the reviews and some not favorable but decided to take a gamble because the price was too goo to pass up. I ordered the ringside seats for Circus Vargas and our seats were great! We had front row ringside and all 3 of my girls had an amazing time and we save about $130 using Goldstar vs. paying through the Circus Vargas website! Worth trying and forming your own opinion!
Wanted to see China Lights and looked for reduced priced tickets. Found a Groupon site that had a box showing $15.50 tickets for 10.50 with the $15.50 crossed out. Clicked on it and bought 4 tickets expecting to receive a discount at checkout to $10.50 a ticket but upon seeing my charge it was $15.75 a ticket,. 25 above the original $15.50 they had crossed out. I was livid, especially since it looked like a Groupon site that I have always had good experience with. Will not use either site anymore.
Somehow I wound up double ordering tickets which I did not find out until I got to the venue. The day after I contacted Goldstar to see if they could refund my money. They had to go back to the venue and were able to get me full credit for the mistake I made. Most ticketing companies will just say "Sorry" you made a mistake and you are out of luck but they went the extra mile!

Found out that Goldstar is legit, I bought tickets that were $20 cheaper, everything went as expected and I have no complains - hope next time will have the same good experience. From my experience: convenience fee is added to the ticket no matter where you buy the ticket from, refund might be an option only if you buy insurance from other websites.
Bought tickets from Goldstar and due to a change of plans had to return them a couple of hours later. In spite of their site saying "Plans changed? No problem, You can cancel these tickets" they have refused to honor their commitment.
Used this site to purchase theme park tickets advertised at a great value. But when charged all kinds of added fees were introduced after the fact. This Bait and switch tactic used by this website is appalling and we will never use this useless site again. Could have purchased the tickets directly from the vendor for the same price. This site is a joke.
HI Daniel- Ticket prices are listed in checkout with fees listed separately for transparency. You are shown a total before you complete your purchase so you will know exactly how much you are paying for the tickets-- and you can choose not to purchase at that point if you change your mind. I bought a ticket for an online concert. When the time came it would not let me log in. After 30 minutes of frustration I contacted their support. After much back and forth, and condescension on their part( yes, I know what the play button looks like) they told me they could not find my account (what? You took my money and you just had me change my password three times!) Then I was told to create a new account and they would send an access code but to get to the new account page you had to click new purchase! When I asked for a refund they stopped replying to my messages. Did I mention this took about four hours?
I can't recommend Goldstar. I bought nighttime bus tour vouchers that I couldn't use before the expiration date (which, as it turns out, was within a week of my purchase). It was pouring rain and cold the night we planned to go.
The tickets were not much of a bargain/discount in the first place, even if we had been able to use them. This was $73 thrown away because I can't exchange them. I've made some purchases that went fine, but there's no way I'm using Goldstar again. Keep looking for other services that have better policies. I wish I'd read these terrible reviews, rather than assuming these voucher services are similar in any way.
Avoid! Just use their site to get ideas for yourself or your out-of-town guests, but make your final purchases a much smarter and reliable way.
I used to think Goldstar was pretty legit. Until recently. I purchased a pair of tickets via their site and 48 hours before the performance, they alerted me that they would not be fulfilling my ticket order. I asked them why all of a sudden the tickets I purchased were no longer available and they basically said 'too bad, it happens.' Not only that, but they did not offer me any sort of help getting the tickets for another date. So if you want to attend an event, with 40% confidence, you can book with them but then when they cancel on you, don't expect an ounce of help. Customer service couldn't even bother responding a second time to me. Will never use them again.

I have been using Goldstar since 2014 and have attended 57 events over the years. I've never had an issue with the company or the tickets. Sometimes the tickets are delivered digitally and sometimes they are at the event's will call. I feel like Goldstar does a good job of giving notifications on the ticket delivery method and I've never encountered an issue with admission at any venue. I've also never had an issue with obstructed views with a venue. I will continue to purchase tickets from Goldstar!
I ordered Knott's Berry Farm tickets that said they would we be emailed in 12 hours and I have not received them. I think it's crazy that they do not have a contact number and no one will return my e-mails. I live or of statue and today is the only day I have to use the tickets. Really hope they take care of this.

I have had the privilege of using Goldstar for many shows, always tremendously satisfied with the value proposition they are offering, and perhaps just as important, the flexibility of the company to accommodate you. I had to cancel a show just last week, an hour before the show... answered quickly, offered another show, and when I was unable to make it, immediately offered me a credit. The response is timely, flexible, and every representative I have used is exquisite!
I have purchased many deals, and honestly have had plenty of buyer remorse, with little help from the big boys of the coupon business... days after purchase.

Bought tickets for the family for a show and dinner. It was the pirates dinner in Buena Park on Goldstar it says to pick up tickets at will call. I got there and they said my purchase was not in the system. They asked where I got my tickets and they said they don't do business with Goldstar. The show was sold out so I could t even buy tickets there. I reported Goldstar to my credit card company since there customer service doesn't want to respond back. Do not use Goldstar they are a fraud.

I'm a huge fan of Goldstar. Why pay full price for tickets to all types of events (theater, social events, family shows, sporting events, etc), when one can pay discount prices on Goldstar. It's easy to use for multiple cities. I buy theater events for my nieces in Chicago and events for myself in Atlanta. Great customer service, easy to get my questions answered. Highly recommend the service!

I tried to make my first purchase and continuously failed because their system had a glitch and kept charging me $0 which froze my debit card. I tried to even register and use a different email and still couldn't complete my purchase. After I contacted them via email (since they do not have a phone number listed on their website). Mandy accused me of fraud. She never bothered to ask me what happened or provide any customer service. Thanks for putting my account on Fraud and freezing my debit card with your fake charges.
