I had a terrible experience with goibibo, i have a flight on 3rd April 2020 but, i have to reschedule it on 17th march 2020. I tried calling Goibibo many times but they just keep ignoring my phone calls. So, i put an online request through my phone app. But they do the same thing no response from Goibibo. I am very much irritated and frustrated with the behavior and the response from goibibo. As, because of the goibibo i again have to book the tickets in the same flight. Now, all i want is that they cancel my ticket and provide me refund.

I tried to book a flight from Bangalore to Patna via Kolkata 3 months back. But due to some technical error (this was confirmed by their technical team also) from their side the flight was not booked and amount was deducted from my credit card. Since then I have been trying to get it refunded. I have called the customer care almost trice a week. They will either say that our system is not working due to technical error on sever side or they will say that I will be getting the refund coming Tuesday/Wednesday, but that day has never come. I think that there is a sever technical issue with the Goibibo website and database/server due to which there is frequent error in booking and also customer care people are not able to respond us correctly and on time. Most of the time they end up saying please call us after sometime as we are not able to fetch your data.
So, please avoid booking through Goibibo website better to go for booking from respective airways website. You may get some discounts over Goibibo and think its cheaper but one day it will cost you much more than all the discounts you might have got till date and then you will curse them. So, better to take precaution than to go for cure (which I am trying).
In my advice just STOP booking through Goibibo.

This is in regards to the Bus journey from Bangalore to Hyderabad for 5th of June, 2015, for which the booking was made on 5th June (Around 1:30 am) itself.

The transaction was very much processed and amount (Rs. 4650) was debited from my account, but the transaction was shown as unsuccessful and no ticket has been issued to me.
So when we reached out to the team, they said the concerned bank would refund the same amount within the stipulated time. But when we reached out to our bank they said they are not in any receipt of refund confirmation.
I have written to the management along with the customer support team, but sadly its useless. Moreover in the Customer Care which apparently serves 24*7 you do not even get an option to talk to the customer care personnel, to whom you can talk on one to one basis.
Horrible experience with GOIBIBO and request all the people who are reading this to never book use their services going forward if they do not want to lose their money. Its a fraud and an unethical company, really need to inquire how this company is still running after so many complaints by customers.

Guys dont make any booking from go ibibo they completely make fool to public, i booked hotel at delhi the condition of hotel was very poor rooms and barhroom both condition is horable, i booked under 100% go claim policy but when i shared pic with go ibibio they completely denied to make refund and making excuse and taking side of hotelier. My experience was very bad with go ibibo i truly believe that they make fool to public.
Very bad and cheater company, they have policy to cancel bonking, so I have cancelled it. They have called after many hours and say you are not able to cancel the ticket and re-booked my ticket again...

Not gonna trust goibibo from now on. Pathetic customer service. No prompt response. When needed help, didn't get it and now they are calling again and again.
I wanted to pay with paypal, that didnt work. Than they redirected me to the previous page again. I paid with Creditcard then, somehow the date changed, what I saw when the payment process was done. Then I couldnt change the date anymore, it is as expensive to CANCEL as it is to CHANGE... I would get back 130 Rupees from 3000... Thank you very much! Just decided to cancel and never book with them again and also wouldnt recommend annyone to book there.

Worst website which charge too much. The couplon codes are scam. Dont fall into it. Other websites are charging very nominal compared to this website. I simply lost my 920 as no refund allowed.
Cannot stress this enough AVOID like the plague - very misleading and false advertising; the prices for flights are MUCH higher than if you book through the airline directly (Rs 500 per ticket). GoCash is useless or about as useful as feather paper weight..

I would recommend you to please make sure every time before booking anthing on goibibo make sure u read terms n condition otherwise theese pepole are ready to bury hole in ur pocket.
I was regular customer made more than 25 bookings in 1 year and it was pretty good for me one day suddenly I got to know they changed their policies and because of that I have been charged. Goibibi should make your customer aware for any change in policy you make. Atlest give him relaxation for the first time but no they were ready to loose customer however were not ready for wavier.
I have cancelled all my bookings now and moved to make my trip.
So please make sure everytime yes EVERYTIME you need to check there policies before booking.
Go Ibibo is fraud website made by a bunch of fraudulent idiots having no sense of ethical business neither shame nor any standards.
They claim to book hotels for you but in actual those are cheap and low graded hotels that go ibibo sells to people at more than double rental while making a fraudulent claim that go ibibo provides discounts.
In actual they choose only the worst possible hotels, flights and products.
They make fake advertisements at their website showing something else while the actual pictures show the dirty and fake face of cheapness of Go Ibibo. Here in the attachments are the photos of a 4 star equivalent property according to Go Ibibo.
Next step Go Ibibo acts cheap in providing resolution to complaints and doing such activities, then as normal clients, have no any option left rather than taking this complaint at consumers courts.
I strongly recommend every person cheated by Go Ibibo to launch their complaints at nearby consumer courts against this fraudulent company.
Go Ibibo neither have any ethics nor any shame after wasting people's time, money and this company and its fraud employees feel great being over smart doing these fraudulent activities.

Never book any flight tickets from this app. Recently, me n my husband had booked two way flight tickets from Singapore to Bangalore. We had traveled to Bangalore with the same ticket but unfortunately due to some emergency we needed to extend our return tickets for 3 more days. When I called Goibibo customer care initially she said rescheduling cost would be Rs. 4000 change per each ticket. After few minutes again when my husband called they suddenly raised the charges to Rs. 9000+ per each ticket (even though ticket fair was not raised)! Every time whenever we called them, they made us to wait for 15-20min.! That was really terrible. Finally when we asked them to cancel the ticket n refund they ended up saying only Rs. 3600 out of Rs. *******(our return ticket price) would be refunded! But when we called the airlines directly and asked for rescheduling they spoke very polite n within few minutes they rescheduled with the charge of Rs. 8000 (Rs. 4000 per each). So, please don't book anything from Goibibo. They are such a cheat, fraudster people!

NO TRANSPARENCY IN GOIBIBO SITE: If you see partial refund in goibibo website. It means they will refund you a peanut. Like in my case they refunded 177rs.
GOIBIBO POOR TECHNOLOGY / CHEATING: if you search for 10 Aug 2019. You may get a fare for 01 July 2019 written in small fonts. Obviously customer will see the lowest fare and go ahead with booking. BE PREPARED to face this.
