Glossier

Decided to try a Glossier makeup remover after reading the great reviews. Have never ordered their products before & thought it was a good deal to just order straight from their Glossier.com website. I bought two makeup removers & added an $18 lash stick to qualify for free shipping. Received my box in the mail of which all three items were supposed to be in & no lash stick. Here's where my frustration lies: they have no customer service phone number whatsoever, only email. Seriously; try to find one. Google can give you some recorded message line that's only for people in California that can leave a message for some other program, but that's it. I emailed and haven't heard back, so to say I don't trust the Glossier company or website would be a huge understatement. **Edit: they have reached out to say they're putting a replacement in the mail. Will edit this review if received.

I love Glossier, the products are reliable and great quality. My favorite is their "You" perfume. Everyone who knows me knows when I walk into a room because I wear this every day. It's not overpowering, just smells really fresh!

Nearly 4 weeks and no delivery, an invalid tracking number, no response to my emails other than stock reply copy. What a scam. Glossier. Don't believe the hype, there are better cosmetics in market that actually arrive when you pay for them.

I ordered from their website out of curiosity. I thought to know what's the hype about this products. OMG, their generation G lipstick is a holy grail. I ordered two but then when I received it, I didn't like the other color. So I wrote to the customer service that I don't like the color on me and wanted to exchange it. Let me tell you I never had a customer service who replied back to me within at least less than 2 hours. They're the best customer service! I can't get enough of their products and of course I end up buying more items. I love their Boy Brow too! Now, I can't wait for my Milky Jelly cleanser and Milky Oil waterproof makeup remover. This Glossier site was recommended to me by a friend, and I really adore shopping there. The site provides a fantastic product selection. I bought Cleanser Concentrate, and it's a great product. I have an acne problem, therefore I'm trying it out, and after only one day, I've seen the best results.

I'm not going to lie, I'm a fan of glossier. They have gentle, cruelty free products that my sensitive skin seems to like well. BUT i will say, you most likely have to already have relatively good skin to like it. I don't have acne prone skin, and the products do make my skin feel hydrated and dewy, but i already have genetically healthy skin to begin with, and i have a feeling that might be a big factor. I think of it more as maintenance products, rather than something to fix skin issues. A little over priced, but i've always been happy with my purchases.

I am very frustrated with my current order from Glossier. It has been 2 years that I am ordering with no problems until yesterday I received my order missing one item. I looked for a phone number to call them and couldn't find any! How come a good company doesn't have a phone number? The only way to contact is through email and I am wondering about the reviews regarding the good customer service. I wrote to them and so far no answers. Christmas is in less than a week and my gift to my daughter won't be ready. I am very disappointed with this company and based on how they will handle this I might not order anymore.

Purchased a few products for my fiancé's birthday who is a devoted Glossier fan and received the products in a quick and timely fashion. She swears by the products so as long as she is a devoted user of the products I'll definitely keep coming back to shop.

I made a purchase from this company and to be honest I wasn't thrilled with that particular item. But I sucked it up because sometimes we purchase things and don't like them. Later down the road I received an e-mail from the company about my purchase and I replied and expressed my dismay about the product and simply mentioned it wasn't the greatest thinking it would end there. The next day or day after that I received an e-mail that told me I would receive a refund on my credit card. I was pretty floored. I had never asked for a refund. I've always heard very good things about this company and their products. Perhaps I just chose the product that wouldn't work for me but I will definitely be purchasing other products from this company! The level of customer service was astonishing and you don't find that anymore nowadays. Thank you Annabelle and Ariela for an amazing experience! This is definitely a company that will keep my business for a very long time!
