The website was full of options, with filters that helped to narrow my choices down to the point where I selected a great pair of Maui Jim's. The process was not difficult at all. First off the return process is very complicated and I think it's part of their business plan. The 2 pairs of glasses I purchased were terrible. They're made of cheap plastic and do not stay on your head. It was a waste of money and I will be going somewhere else to get a pair that works. I did try and go through their support before writing this review and that was just a waste of time.
The website works perfectly unlike so many others I tried before! The live try on is very on point. The selection of frames is interesting, wide, from high end to very budget friendly. If you are patient enough you will find your perfect pair. Delivery is quick, trackable, and customer service is great: they dealed with my return fast and efficiently before I was entirely happy with my Persols now. I would try them again in the future.

But-- I am even more glad that I didn't even need it! The packaging was very cute, came with a case and some cleaning cloths. Glassesusa.com is a very good company. I would recommend it highly. Where I live we don't get mail delivered to our home address, we have to go to the Post office. Even though glasses usa.com only had my physical address, I received my glasses at the post office.(Awesome). The glasses are really good quality. They come with a case and a cleaning cloth. Ordered glasses for a disabled family member; status indicated that it was stuck in production after 10 days. Contacted their customer service reps after struggling with their annoying AI bot interface each week for the next 3 weeks. Could not get anyone on the phone. Was promised action, acceleration and delivery via text each time. All lies. Canceled the order after waiting a month and receiving nothing. Spend your money elsewhere. This company is a clown car.
Tip for consumers:
Their AI-bot customer service interface is only of limited utility. Customers should have the option to talk to a live agent when the AI-bot fails. Current system requires a persistent, non-obvious approach for the AI to hand off to a human, but only by text. Pick up the damn phone.

Quick and efficient. Choosing glass frame was easy. After receiving prescription I went back to site and ordered prescription sunglasses. Will refer to other people. One thing people must know are the measurements inside of glass leg to help with fit. It is very important. My optometrist filled in the measurements for me,

Because they offer comparable frames & lenses at better prices than America's Best and they save my prescription online so ordering is really easy.
The ordering system makes you pick between packages that have no coatings and all the coatings. You can't get clear lenses with just anti reflective coating. The coating option makes the lenses and everything you see yellow. The no coating option allows glare and reflection in your lenses which is extremely annoying. There is no real human to express these concerns to. Their sunglasses are good but their actual clear lense glasses are garbage.
Tip for consumers:
Individual choices instead of packages. Actual customer service instead of dumb robots that say the same stuff over and over again!

I bought two pair of reading glasses and was pleasantly surprised by the great price compared to my optometrist office -- about 1/3 the price. The frames are good quality too. The only reason for providing 4 stars verses 5 is that the lenses, while good, seem to change the focus just a little. I think because I chose the regular lenses verses the upgrade to polycarbonate. In hindsight I wish I would've paid the additional charge for the thinner polycarbonate. Otherwise, very happy with my new glasses... and highly recommend GlassesUSA. Thanks, Jim

Glasses showed up broken. I tried to start a chat, cant talk to a real person. So I called went through the whole thing got to the end they asked if I wanted a refund I said yes then they offered me 110% credit for another pair of glasses so I chose that option. Said I would receive an email with instructions on how to redeem. It's been 3 working days no email no nothing. You cannot talk to a real person everything is automated. My glasses showed up BROKE. $367.00 and they have yet to do ANYTHING about it. Disgusted about the situation. Will never order again.

I gave this review 2 stars because I do like the quality of glasses I received. However, the customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with. You cannot talk to an actual person and they just want you to continue to chat with the AI. I tried emailing them and received an email back that stated they do not monitor their email, so I am not sure why they have one. Good glasses, the absolute worst customer service.
Horrific and non-existent. I most likely will not order from here again simply due to customer service. You cannot talk to a person and they keep funneling you to the exact same spot every time.

The product met expectations, and so far, it hasn't shown the common issues of these online options (I purchased from another brand, and the protective layers started peeling when I tried to clean the lenses).
The lenses are comfortable and perfect for my prescription. It would be interesting if they offered a discount option for purchasing reading glasses for those who acquire progressive lenses.
Only one where I can find the frames I wanted.

I got two pair of glasses, much cheaper than they would have been at my eye dr. the prescription is great. I will have to take both pairs in to be adjusted for fit though, as even though the measurement sizes are the same, one fits tightly and squeezes above my ears and the other is loose and falls off when i lean forward. I know this is adjustable, it's just irritating, and something i don't think can be controlled for in an online order.

First time ordering from GlassesUSA… pros… United States based so order arrived in a little over two weeks and didn't get lost in customs 😳. Customer service so far have been friendly and eager to help. Cons…. I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses with progressive lenses and paid the extra $15 for the added darkness and much to my dismay they showed up with clear blue lenses on them, can't even call them sunglasses. On top of lenses the frame felt very cheap so sent them back, disappointed in a $250 pair of sunglasses.
With notification of my return my phone started ringing the next day with them trying to correct the situation, giving options for refund versus credit with extra. Still remaining undecided but they were good enough to send the offer via email.

I think i paid extra for the express shipping but it was only like $11 more, definitely worth it, the glasses were perfect.
