Don't buy from them

Horrible company to deal with. They never answer your emails never answer the phone. Had to wait 7 weeks for shoes.when they came they didn't fit. Now waiting 2 weeks just for an answer on how to return the shoes. Seller refused a refund. The shoes are not cheap. The only way to get them to respond is to put in a claim at best. There are so many bad reviews about this company that I wishI would have seen before ordering. They are sure raking in the cash while screwing the public

The Most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried. No way to return them. Had to buy insoles and still can't walk comfortably in them. Absolute waste, especially considering the price. There is no response from customer service.

Run a little on the tight side but I will work in, might need a bandaid on the heal for 1st week. Good quality leather and workmanship. Customer service was especially helpful with providing information about my order status. Will definitely purchase again!

Good leather

Good leather and leather work, but clunky heavy plastic soles on a lot of their shoes and boots. Their prices have also doubled in the past two years. From 99.00 to 186.00 for the same shoes. I would like to see some classy smooth leather soles on the flats and sandals and maybe some low stacked heels with wood and leather instead of plastic. The leather is too nice to gunk it up with a cheap plastic sole, especially when you're paying 200.00 for a pair of flats. I am a repeat Girotti buyer, but the new prices are a deterrent. They need to have a really good sale once in a while and with regard to the soles, try to keep it classy, Girotti. I barely wear my boots, because they are so heavy that I wind up walking like Frankenstein. They're cute, but my legs get tired when I just think about wearing them. I cant add photos from this computer, but there is nothing wrong to see with the shoes, other than the heavy soles, which you can see on the website.

Colours are much lighter which I don't mind. But the sides bulge out, a bad fit. The suede is not good quality either. CAD$140 definitely not worth it. Online shopping is risky.

The above is the response l got after 4 months. They continued to advertise the same product daily, eventhough they complain lack of materials, scamming more people. Be warned

I measured my foot carefully and it corresponded with the European size I have always worn. Over a month later, I received the shoes and they were at least an entire size smaller and my roommate, who wears at least one size smaller than I do,( fit into them.

The company remade them but (weeks later) mailed them to the old mailing address despite my changing the address and talking to them and indicating I was moving.

I called them and they say "We just mail everything to the original order shipping site. We don't check the online account." That was that. She talked in circles and wouldn't assume any responsibility and tried to claim I informed them too late. That isn't true but they wouldn't budge. No credit, no help, no escalation of the matter to management.

$220 down the drain.

In the bad scenario of " Made in China '' you won't find such bad work done as on my sandals. I spent all summer to communicate with the company... One pair sent first was two sizes larger and exchange one is impossible to wear... Sharpening pain and blood on the heels from their stitches...
They will never ever return your money back...
Very bad experience with customer service... I wish i would read reviews before

Totally agree! Awful service. Only wanted to confirm the colour of the shoes as they are for my daughter's wedding. Nothing. I emailed, tried the 'hotline' that didn't respond, etc. Husband lawyer and also best friend criminal defence looked at this --- awful. Copied lawyer in and they suddenly produced emails that basically did not make sense. My credit card company gives 15 days, and also lawyer is ready for these guys! Taken my money and not answered simple questions. Haven't even got the product! Italian family. This is shameful.

My friend and I both purchased shoes from this " company"
I was not asked to measure my feet, simply to insert a UK size.
My friend was asked for measurements.
They will not accept returns, they simply say to reorder.
I'm intending reporting them to officialdom in Italy and also to the customs office as they give false financial details on their packaging.
Two pairs of shoes simply not fit for purpose or the charity shop as they are hard and unwearable.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! NO STARS

I ordered shoes with a matching purse at the end of April and paid for express shipping. The shoes arrived late in mid March and to date I have not received the purse. That's the first issue. Second I contacted customer service bc the shoes were too tight and the left side of the left shoe was too wide and to find out about the purse. I received no response for
Weeks! I finally got a email response asking for pictures after I called threatening to go to social media. Finally after calling again I got another email saying it wasn't a manufacture error. How that's how they came to me!? Finally after calling again they offered an exchange mid April. I responded and once again I've gotten no response! That's the second issue! The purse I ordered has still not arrived! They said they were issuing a refund and of course they still have not! That's the third issue! If zero stars were an option that is exactly what they would have received. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Misleading advertising and no returns allowed

I purchased a pair of women's shoes from a photo of the side of them. When they arrived I realized that the photo did not show that there were flaps above the tongue that do not lie flat. The website stated in multiple places Free Returns. However, you cannot return their shoes unless there is a manufacturer's defect and even that I am not sure of.

I purchased a pair of their shoes in February. The shoes were poorly made / defective. Tried to return but they don't stand by any of their return policies. Went back and forth for a month, they don't answer their customer service phone and give you the run around. Tried to get pay pay to assist but pay pay won't refund unless you return to Italy such costs $112.00 USPS and $275.00 DHL. Another foreign company scam screwing American citizens out of their money. Do NOT purchase from this shoe company! Poorly made shoes, cheap looking and DEFECTIVE. Their return policy is a blatant lie. RUN from this company or be out of a good chunk of change.

Tried to return - Two weeks of back and forth, still trying to get a refund and return, opened case through pay pal. BEWARE! Poor quality product, horrible, deceitful business practices.

The shoes are not of a quality that is appropriate for the price. The attempt to return is excluded with the statement of customization. Unless you want to have a different size. Poor workmanship or different appearance of the shoe compared to website is not a reason accepted for a return. I was even asked to re-measure my feet and send the pictures of it as proof. Sorry but this is unbelievable behavior from a seller. Never ever again...

This is the worst on line purchase I have ever attempted to make. They misrepresent production time, quality and delivery repeatedly. I am still waiting for a refund 5 months after the shoes arrived 4
Weeks late and appeared to be used. They never answer a phone call, take days to respond to an email and then they don't do anything promised from customer service. I don't ever believe it's a real company anymore. It's so bad it's scary.
