I have been waiting for a return label for a long time I have called many times and everybody I've called stated that they had sent out a return label but I never got them this last time the return label is not a return label that says FedEx ground on it so I called them trying to get a return label but cannot get a return label it is not my fault for it is Ginny's fault they had a defect in the volume of the thing that I got and I've been trying for months to get a return label and still no return label I would not recommend this company to nobody and as soon as I get all my bills paid off I will not come back to it
After having an account 21 years ago with this company. They would not allow me to open an account with their so called sister company. I called them and told them l didn't order that amount of items they said l supposively order. It left a balance on the account after 20+ years. This is ridiculous. Be aware of this company.
Company does not have the understanding of the word preapproved credit. When I ordered according to the preapproved credit line, I was told to pay 50% down. When I asked them about this they just threw me in a loop like they didn't even know what I was talking about. Very disrespectful and dishonest company.

I moved to a new apartment and I ordered a couple of masks. Well what I thought was my new zip code, it wasn't And I Didn't know till after it was shipped. I sent message to shipper, but that didn't help. I asked for a half refund but they refuse to budge on any compromise. Thy are wanting another $11 to reship order. When they could've easily took care of the customer. I wouldn't buy from them And hope others won't.
Received bill requesting payment of almost $600 before they would ship my order. No description of the order. Problem is that I never ordered anything from them, in fact I never even heard of them. Contacting BBB.

I always pay my bill on time and then Had a Credit like increase tries to order it and was told need money down. Then I thought hat had been corrected when I tried to order again it wasnt and now my available credit is at 0? Wth. And doesnt report to Credit agency for good credit waste.

Do not go to this place if you don't have great credit. I wouldn't consider my credit to be poor, but I would say it's within the high fair range almost to good. I was pleased to see they offer opening an account for people "who don't have the best credit," but this is a lie. I placed an order which was sent to their credit division for review and then stated additional information was needed after 24 hours of being reviewed. I then contacted their customer service to find out what additional information was needed (like a down payment, which I would have been fine doing) and the rep told me not to worry about it and replaced my order stating she would help to ship the items out. The next day I received a notification on my account yet again that additional information was required. Again, I second time I called and the rep finally told me my order couldn't be approved. Not only did I gain a credit inquiry from the first order attempt, but gained a SECOND inquiry from the second order attempt by the rep. That could have been avoided if the first rep would've just told me the order was not approved. TERRIBLE. Now looking over these reviews, I am so glad I didn't get approved with this company. It sounds as if I dodged a HUGE bullet.
Ginnys.com opened an account in my name and pulled a credit report inquiry without my authorization, date of birth, or social security number. A family member ordered a gift for me from Ginnys.com, paid for it (as confirmed by their bank), and sent it to my house, and on that same day Ginnys.com opened the account in my name. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Ginnys.com customer support, who wouldn't confirm the account number without me giving them my social security number (which I refused to give over the phone), and then admitted there was no social security number attached to the account in the first place. I am in shock that they could open an account this way, and that it will be 30 days (they claim) until it's closed.
I have made several payments to Ginny's and my payments has not posted to my account. According to their records from January 2014 to November 2014 the only payment that has posted to my account is the payment made in November 2014, they are asking for proof all the payments prior to November 2014 which I am able to prove but I have not been turned over to collections. Lol
They are rude and crude. Very much not trained well. Ask the stupidist questions. To ask why I wasn't alerted for a payment received,. I get the same thing said forward and backwards. And it doesn't answer the question. My suggestion. Hire 4th graders because their endless supply of 1st graders is not working..

Have never been to this website. In January an RCA 32 inch HDTV was delivered to me from Ginny's that I had not ordered. Shortly thereafter I received a bill for $446 which was $393 for the TV and $57 in shipping and handling. Returned the TV and received credit but now am expected to pay the shipping and handling. Cannot get information from Ginny's as to the order and how it was placed. Further an RCA 32 inch HDTV can be purchased for $129 or less from Walmart or Best Buy. This place charges outrageous amounts for products and then charges 21% interest on top.

Ordered my daughter a canister set for Christmas, for her new apartment, the first set I got was all chipped, the second set I got, sounded like a bunch of silverware in the box so I had the mailman wait while I opened it, and it was in about 50 pieces. The mailman mark them as delivered broken, now I'm waiting on the third set! I had to ask them to put fragile stickers on the box! If I could rate a zero I would! Did take a picture of the almost 50 pieces of ceramic canisters! Be careful if you order anything that's fragile!

Contacted Ginny's after they put a past due ding on my credit report. Resulted in a 200 point reduction in my score. I filled out a fraud report on identitytheft.gov and called the credit bureau to dispute the reporting. Also, called Ginny's to complain again. After two calls to Ginny's they agreed to finally close the charge account in my name and remove the reporting from my record. Thank you Ginny's for finally doing the right thing after 4 months. I hope to put this behind me and never have to think of Ginny's again.
Beware of this company, I received a fraud alert after they made a hard credit inquiry against me. I never heard of this company or ever ordered anything from them. Next thing I know they sent a package addressed to me that arrived at a house I sold months before and do not live there. Then a bill arrives for multiple purchases I never made. Contacting Ginny's has been a nightmare... they requested all my personal and financial information in writing. Said they couldn't help until they had it, Hmmmm. I chose not to provide them with anything and contacted all credit reporting bureaus directly. All three recommended not dealing with Ginny's and said not to give out any personal information to them. I placed a complaint and fraud alert with the credit bureaus and was able to get the hard credit inquiry removed. If Ginny's tries anything else the credit bureaus will take care of it. I recommend not dealing with this shady company. To date they are still billing me for purchases I never made and sending advertising along with the bills. No further purchases show on the statements they send, but the account appears to still be open. I have made attempts to let Ginny's know I am not a customer and never will be. Watch out for this company, they appear to be a scam and are not helpful at all.
People avoid this SCAM Company! I received a catalog from them which said i was approved for $250 credit, i tried to place an order and the lady on the phone told me everything was fine and i would receive my order on Friday which is Today! But all i did received was a leather that said i had to make a down payment for $125 dollars. I'll be suing this company for false advertisement, my credit score was 680 before i placed an order and today it went down to 650 because there is a Hard Inquiry on my CreditKarma rapport, stay away from this SCAM company! They haven't even shipped anything to me and already lowered my credit score...
Ginnys, swiss colony, countrydoor, monroe and main and many more are all sister companys they rob people by giving you minimal credit with each company. Beware thou they will charge you late fees like 10$ on a late payment on a order of 50$. If one account is late all your accounts will reflect this.Its a scam beware! Don't deal with these people pay them off and tell them not to send you any more catalogs! Liars and predators!
My mom ordered from this company for Christmas gift, After they sent her catalogs saying she was preapproved. Placed an order, order never came called and was told that she wasnt approved and needed to make the full payment of $120 by money order or cashier check. So no Christmas gift for her grandkids. Why do you allow orders to be placed if your not sure they will be approved and how come there is no notification to let people know? I will make sure she and anyone else I know never deals with this company.

I have been with Ginny's for years. I called them to see if they reported to the major credit bureau's. They informed me that they DO NOT. So I proceeded to make payments to pay it off. Well all of a sudden I get late fees they tell me that they can't stop them even if I make over the amount due WTH. Are you kidding me. I am so displeased with this company. I have ordered so much from them. They messed up gave me two account numbers now I'm paying for it! NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN!
I finally broke down and called them about my account being frozen. The CSR that I spoke to explained that they had frozen my account to protect my identity. They watch for several small orders instead of one big order. She agreed that if I canceled all the small ones and then placed one big in in a couple of days that the order would go through as I had the credit. So we canceled all my orders and I will reorder later and still have my orders by Christmas.
I wanted to make a double payment Aug. 4,2021 & the robot would not let me. They_ Ginny's wants the interest money every month, they are not into helping customers, they are in the business of MONEY, not happy customers. I would NEVER tell anyone about this company. Hoping, eventually they go out of business. Money, before happy customers.

THERES no asiit on the phone or bliing and the no back ground check i kept good records on my biling and limits. They did not. I see how the huge prices and unsafe billing practices. Im trying to get this worked out but the bills and practices are not legal and fair re my social S. Number statements going out to some one elses e mail. With my info.
