I have been a customer for over 2 years never missed a payment, am on auto pay. But just because I placed too many orders close to gather, they are requiring a down payment even though I have credit left on my account.
Tip for consumers: Don't start credit with them. Since they are connected with Ginny's the service has suffered/
I finally broke down and called them about my account being frozen. The CSR that I spoke to explained that they had frozen my account to protect my identity. They watch for several small orders instead of one big order. She agreed that if I canceled all the small ones and then placed one big in in a couple of days that the order would go through as I had the credit. So we canceled all my orders and I will reorder later and still have my orders by Christmas.
