Kept getting hung up on the reps dont care about the customers concerns and no surveys available to hold the reps accountable.
I returned the iden i ordered the same day i got it did'nt even open the box today i got a bill saying my payment is due.

Owed refund and they sat about 8 weeks, really, I did retail management for years there is no way it should take that long

Most of the items are 30% to 70% higher than I can find at other stores such as Walmart, Amazon, Target etc.
