Twice this year you have sent derogatory bills to the credit people saying I owed you. Once in May for $74.99 and now in October for $215.00. I have never placed an order with your company. Please remove my name and address from your file. Do not give my information to any other catalog. Thank you!
We ordered this bird bath paid around $60 it came with a broken piece and because the item was out of stock they couldn't replace, they did give a $8 discount to keep us from returning it. Here is a picture of the bird bath after a few months. Terrible product, cheap, plastic
Don't buy from this company. They are crooks. Did a hard credit pull on me and I never even heard of his company before then. Scammers. Scammers. It's clear the company is $#*! when they don't allow for reviews on their Facebook page.
I had account with this company and for the most part Ok. They are a little high on items. Also I don't care how low you bill gets they still want the same payment amount. I find that to be strange it should reduce with bill. Don't you think
Prices are a bit high. Quality of almost everything they sell is very good. Towels are not best quality, but fair. The metal bowls were poor quality. Thats the only 2 things I was not happy with. I have bought a lot from them, including furniture. The payments are real low, which I love, and the APR is low. I mainly like the way they have unusual items that I can't find elsewhere.
Ginny's has a habit of creating "new" accounts when old accounts are updated. They then charge late fees when the "new" account is not paid on time. They claim to "merge" accounts for you then refuse to remove the late fee, as it was merely an "honest" mistake. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

This site is for those who don't have a credit card to their name. They give you a small line of credit at first ($100), and as you make monthly payments, they raise your limit. Great for those who are in need of a few things, but need to make payments. I received my order on time, intact, and it was of a better quality than expected. The cost was reasonable, but not cheap. It's a "great business" in these days of foreclosures, job loss, etc.
The items that I have ordered from Ginny's have always arrived within a week of my order and always in excellent condition. It has always been a positive experience doing business with Ginny's.
I have had a Ginny's account for a little over 2 year's. I have a credit inquiry on my credit report even though I was pre qualified. I have paid off my purchases twice and am currently on my third payoff. Nothing has been reported to the credit bureaus for 100% on time payments, but a inquiry can be reported? I like shopping through this company but this is ridiculous!
Yes... A lady called me to confirm my order. She was really nice and professional. Then I got a call from a Latasha this morning letting me know my order was shipped and arrival date and with who. Very nice customer service and very friendly. I will use Ginny again.
I had bought several stuff from this place and have always made my payments I even signed up for they were to be taken out of my account monthly but in June Jenny's never made that attempt to take out my payment and then July team and they took it out then asked me if I was going to pay for June and I said I was on all night payments and then they charge me a late fee yeah I don't think so Jennings I'm not paying that late fee y'all don't buy from this company they charge you a late fee even when they refused to take it out for that month I don't know what planet you're on but not on Earth I'd rather go someplace where they acknowledge get my payment also I had almost $3,000 worth of credit with this company they stash in half when I didn't buy from them the next month know what is that now my credit over limit because they dropped it I'm not buying from you ever again I'm paying this company often don't have no plans to ever buy again from t h e m dissatisfied and I don't know about the customer service cuz I've ever talked to t h e m by phone thank you
9 days after I placed my order, I found that my Ginny's card was cancelled. I called customer service with another credit card, that I know is good. They won't even ship for 2 more days because they want to get my money first. Now no one gets their gifts by Christmas.

I ordered a swing set, they sent what they had. It doesn't match my setup. I have tried to return it but they acting like they sending me a return label it's been almost a month an and this thing still in the box waiting on them.Im very disappointed
I have had a Ginny's charge for about a year, but only used it a few times and paid it off within a few months. Well, yesterday our television broke and I decided to utilize Ginny's credit. I received a message that it would not be sent until I make a $280.00 down payment! What? The television is only $499.00! They stated because I have TOO much outstanding credit. Which I do, but EVERYTHING is paid on time. I told them to close my account and I will purchase one from Wal-Mart!
Very Poor Shipping standards. I ordered a package on 3/24 they sent message shipped 3/25. FedEx says will Deliver on 3/27 by end of day. I called Ginny's this Morning with my Complaint. She could not tell me anything about my package. I said FedEx site says it shipped 3/26, to be delivered by 3/27. She says well if it didn't Come Saturday it will come today. That's all I can tell you.
I would never order anything from Ginny's again they said buy now ànd pay later they took the whole amount out my bank account and don't like to refund ur money be aware of this company
Ginnys opened up an account in my name and did a hard inquiry on my credit report. 4 calls to Corporate all the way thru the Credit Department Director and promises of correcting It and nothing was ever done. I have told everyone that I can about their lax verification of facts before opening an account and poor customer service. There are too many other online retailers to bother with a company like this. Walk away!
I bought a Bissell vacuum from GINNY'S I GOT IT WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY YEAR WARRANTY I ORDERED THE END OF AUGUST GOT AT THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER NOTICE LITTLE BY LITTLE THAT DUST WAS COMING OUT OF THE BOTTOM I CALLED TO GET A FILTER FROM BISSELL AND THEY DON'T MAKE THE MODEL ANYMORE OR THE PARTS SO THE USELESS WARRANTY MY OPTIONS WERE GET THE SAME VACUUM WHICH I CAN'T GET PARTS OR FILTERS FOR OR A $200 CREDIT TO USE GINNY'S WHICH I WANT NOTHING FROM... THEY RECEIVED THEIR MONEY ON TIME BEFORE TIME ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY REIMBURSE! I WANT NOTHING FROM THAT CATALOG AND BEWARE I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GINNY OR THE AFFILIATE COMPANIES THEY ARE SCAMS there's a picture of the vacuum with all the dust collected when it's on that comes out and there's a picture of the filter that I can't get there's only so many times you can wash it before it starts falling apart beware... AND A PICTURE OF THE INVOICE
I purchased a cheaply made product from Ginny's, therefore I returned it. I then received a bill for a charge for a shipping label they sent me. Then I was also charged for shipping and handling for returning their poor product. Oh yeah, then I was also charged a finance charge. Pretty poor customer service. I would end up paying half of what the item cost. Just make sure if you purchase something you don't have to return it or they will suck you dry anyway!
Their so-called credit is a joke. And the shipping fees are insane for certain things. Also, the crap they sell is cheap garbage with a hefty price tag. Customer service is terrible. They don't listen and it seems they aren't able to comprehend anything. Total idiots and rude as hell. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again and my advice is to stay away from these scammers, liars, and cheats
