I am very disappointed with this site! Scammers! What I ordered is far too different on what was delivered! It was wrapped poorly. The description said "24 cadburry chocolates" but there were only 3 unknown chocolates inside the box. The teddy bear was ugly and so small. The flowers were dry and not even wrapped properly and the color was different from the pictures. I didn't get my moneys worth. It was so expensive and they just stuffed it in the box and delivered it! Shame on you GIFTS AND IDEAS! Never again!
I ordered three gifts to be delivered to Malaysia for Mother's Day - placed the order two weeks ahead to avoid delay only to find the one of the gifts got delivered on time - the other two were no where to be seen. I have been calling and texting the customer service, and eventually the two gift baskets arrived 6 days late. As if that wasn't bad enough, the worst thing was none of the gift baskets looked anything like what I paid for - they were cheap and completely a scam! I called the customer services endlessly and was told to "give us 24 hours to sort this out", "my manager is not in", "please allow us some time", it is still no resolved and nobody would actually call back. It's the worst experience and I have been totally ripped off for the amount I paid (close to $200) and I swear the items got delivered would have cost less then $50!

I had very bad experience dealing with these guys they did not deliver my order at all, i had to order on Friday 12th of Feb they never did, very bad service they never answer the emails and when i call them they hang up the phone
I ordered a cake online 3 days in advance for delivery on 24 Feb and the order was accepted and confirmed. On the day, i received a call to say they don't deliver on a Sunday. Why then would they accept and confirm the order? And why sit on it for 3 days and inform us at the last minute when it is impossible to make another order elsewhere? Truly an unprofessional company. Never again!
Ordered a bottle of Champagne on 15.12.2014 for delivery on 23.12.2014. Money taken from my account 16.12.2014. Nothing delivered. It was a CHRISTMAS present for a friend who was recovering from Cancer. I emailed and was told it HAD been delivered, but they'd look into it.
Finally delivered on 06.01.2105. No Christmas greetings message. AND IT WASN'T CHAMPAGNE, I've emailed since. No apology. A few exchanges via the live chat and now NOTHING. Save your money and do not use this dreadful company 100% customer satisfaction my foot. Just so frustrating and disappointing.

I placed an order for next day delivery a box of chocolates. But never received a confirmation about delivery. When I checked with the customer service after two days confirmed "successfully delivered" on this basis I didn't bother to check with recipient.
After 1 week I checked with recipient, to my utter disappointment I learnt that the order was never delivered.
Despite this I again checked with customer service, but they say "satisfactorily delivered" but they were unable to provide any proof of delivery.

False advertising! Be wary of photos in this site. It is dubious enough that the items in the gift baskets are not itemized. When it gets delivered it is not the same as you ordered.
Have ordered & paid for gift delivery. All paperwork received- confirmation etc. No delivery. Contacted company by phone & instant chat. All excuses. All lies. Call centre in India. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.
If I could have given them a zero stars, I would have. Avoid this operation at all costs. This place is a total rip off. They charge a shipping fee for each item, even if going to the same place on the same day. They also scam you on coupon codes... mine was for 15% off AND free shipping... they still gouged us for shipping.
Order a Valentine present flowers and a bear. Spend 81 dollars and i order 2 weeks ago. The flowers arrived in a box they were flat and dead. Also the gift arrive 2 days before valentine. Custer service sucks. They got the complaint and still waiting for a answer. This company sucks. People, just spent your money else were. Happy Valentines!
I wish I'd read these other reviews first. I had to dispute my charge with these people through my credit card. I've come to believe they aren't even a real company at all, and are just a fraud to take your money or get credit card info or something. Their "live chat" is an automated robot. Try it and you'll see. It only gives standard responses, and if it doesn't understand what you asked, it just sits forever without responding. I called their phone number and after waiting on a recorded hold for several minutes, it just hung up. I don't think they have any customer service, and I don't think they have any actual products. Scam scam scam is the name of the game here.
Placed an online order 3 weeks before, the gift didn't get deliver on time. When followed up, the customer represetative mentioned that they are checking the status & will revert with the update. In the mean time, they sent me an email asking to deliver it now & sent their representative to deliver the gift.
I mentioned them not to deliver the gift now, as the birthday/occasion has already past and arrange for the refund ASAP.
After that there is no response of E-mails, nobody responds their Customer service over the phone & online chat the customer services rep doesn't reply.
I don't know why I didn't check reviews before I bought from these $#*!s, as I usually do. I only checked them after the purchase. I contacted the live customer support and was told it would be delivered by 7pm - recipient's time... 7pm came and left, the parcel was not delivered. It was a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I contacted the live customer support and told some guy called Chris Burns or some $%^& about all the bad reviews, and hope he would spend my stolen money on medicine. What goes around comes around eventually... I won't be making the same mistake twice. Luckily I always pay with paypal so I won't need to worry about card details... I don't know why and how this site is still up, can't it be reported and brought down?... Please avoid
I ordered a cake for my son's birthday as I was overseas at the time and wanted him to have a nice surprise at work. I gave them plenty of time, paid, my order was confirmed and to this day nothing has come of it... no delivery, no apology, NOTHING! They are a bunch of sharks, stay away from them!

Totally unreliable, missed the big Anniversary date, and called to rearrange. Most importantly, to place an order they ask you to provide a scan of your passport and a scan of your credit card! What reputable company will make it that difficult to buy a bouquet of flowers? They certainly operate and ask for info as if they were an illegit entity! Do not waste your time and go the opposite way straight away!
Ordered last december 23,2014 and now its jan. 6 2015 and not yet delivered.im afraid my teddy bear will look like worn out bear. First they told me its delivered but I confirmed it with my recipient but its not yet delivered, then after a few days I got an email that the item was wrongly delivered to another address. And now reading these posts scares me that the presentation of the product is not good too. And the customer service some of them will just leave you during a live chat without notice. I ordered and paid for a hamper for Christmas for our son in pretoria, I did this on 08. 12. 15 to be delivered on 23. 12. 15 I payed £73.00 or $108.50 quite a lot when all you get is disability benefit, however I have had no communication from the company except to say they have had our money and we would get an email to confirm when it had been delivered, I Skyped my son today and he has received nothing, we have had no notification and they are totally hopeless on live chat, and they didn't answer their phone even though they say they are 24/6. What a waste of time, let alone disappointment for my son and my wife and I out of pocket. Stay away from this useless company and save your your well earned money.
I paid $200 for a gift basket but they never delivered.
