Placed an online order 3 weeks before, the gift didn't get deliver on time. When followed up, the customer represetative mentioned that they are checking the status & will revert with the update. In the mean time, they sent me an email asking to deliver it now & sent their representative to deliver the gift.
I mentioned them not to deliver the gift now, as the birthday/occasion has already past and arrange for the refund ASAP.
After that there is no response of E-mails, nobody responds their Customer service over the phone & online chat the customer services rep doesn't reply.
