I bought a pair of sandal and to my amazement I received 2 pairs and when I tried to return a pair the web site for them disappeared and I couldn't return them. I contacted my credit card company and they had no luck either and since I couldn't return the 2 pair I paid for 2 pair of crappy made sandal that
I couldn't get my foot in. I will never purchase from them ever again and I don't recommend this retailer.

I ordered 3 prs of shoes and paid $134.00. After a mo it still had not shipped. I tried to cancel after 1 wk and was told NO. When I finally recieved the shoes 2 mis later that I thought were leather they smelled like glue and were made of a very thin vinyl material with buckles made of aluminum. They were not wearable as the buckle didn't work. They were made as if for a toy doll. I could not get my money back. Months later they agreed to give me $21.00 that was credited thru PayPal. But because I paid thru them as a guest I never recieved the money because although they said they would credit this but apparently was still disputing it. Why Paypal facilitates scammers to continue ripping people off makes me guestion them also. It's unbelievable that this group of people in China is still in operation and still using paypal to process stealing money from people. They ripped me off in 2018! Fo not buy one thing from them. They have stolen pictures of real shoes sold elsewhere and replicate them with the cheapest material n glue they can put shoes together with

Do a search online and learn that this is an ESTABLISHED SCAM.
Even "hides" itself on your credit card statement under company "dandelionon." Ok, one pair of the shoes is barely passable, cheap garbage. HOWEVER THE OTHER TWO CRAP PAIR I CAN'T EVEN WEAR BECAUSE THE CHEAP SHOES HAVE AN ANKLE STRAP THAT DOESN'T COME CLOSE TO FITTING AROUND MY ANKLE! TOTAL GARBAGE! Their shipping time is HORRIBLY LONG. SEVERAL WEEKS... took so long that I couldn't even wear the shoes if I wanted to, as they arrived LONG after the occasion. On the other hand, they give you only TWO WEEKS to actually get a return back to them. And you have to email them to get a return address!?! Lost nearly a hundred bucks with this crap company. S T A Y A W A Y from this company!

My repeated attempts to get this company to refund my purchase price for the shoes, minus shipping, have failed. With each iteration, the response I get is for a small refund (10,15, then 20%) with their reasoning being that it will cost me so much to send the shoes BACK TO CHINA for them to consider a real refund. Again, THE SHOES ARE UNWEARABLE! (Even submitted photos, at their request.) SO NOW I'M GOING THROUGH WITH MY THREAT TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN. I will also at least attempt to get my money back through my credit card company.

They advertised on Facebook and I actually looked up the shoes on Amazon. They appeared to be Naot brand shoes so I assumed it was legit. I googled them and they appeared to be from the east coast. So I took a chance. The shoes were fake knock offs. Ugly, just terrible fake looking knock offs. Nothing like the picture. The company website is no longer available. I'm so mad at myself. This is the second time Facebook advertises garbage like this. I'm never trusting them again.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes on July 3rd, they arrived on July 20th only to not be delivered to me at my ship to address which was my job. When they shipped the package they didn't include the name of my job on the package which I made sure that the name was included as it is on my confirmation email. Because the name wasn't on the package as part of the address, the US Post office couldn't deliver it and shipped it back to them. I reached out to customer service to say I don't want them shipped back to me when it arrive to their warehouse but just to refund for the purchase of $80! They responded with they will refund the payment in full only when the package arrive at their warehouse. Today is August 31st and they still claim that the package never arrived but they'll keep looking out for it. I told them on several occasions that as a customer I shouldn't be held responsible for their mistake and to refund my money now but they keep sending the same worded email if they can't refund the money until the package is received. There is no way I would know if it was received, they probably got it weeks ago but I wouldn't know because they keep sending the same canned response. I wish I would've read all the horrible reviews prior to placing my order. If I could I would give them 0 in rating. Beware they are definitely not into refunding your money, I just gave them $80 and I don't even have the shoes!

Terribly made shoes and plastic. No quality at all... none. Beware of the import cost and if you want to return it, the export cost is very expensive. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THEM!
