So I was looking online today for health insurance as my other policy is about to expire, this company GETMEHEALTHINSURANCE.ORG called me within a millisecond of clicking a button (the phone # that called me was *******107)...after about 5 questions he gave me a quote of $500+ /per month...when I laughed he said to me "Yeah lady, go $#*! yourself"
Now that professionalism at it's finest (sarcasm implied here)

Connor Thompson was the representative that sold me two policies, he convinced me to switch to open enrollment when I could. I trusted Connor and was very open about my sensitive medical circumstances. He promised to take care of me, gave me the old stories about having a wife and kid blah blah. Put me on the plans and disappeared I am now sitting in numerous bills that I don't understand. Connor wont take my calls or emails.
I hope you read this Connor and understand you are messing with peoples lives here, have some decency and do the right thing.
This company also goes by Tobias and associates they have unlicensed agents working there I know because I was offered a job went sat next to some people only to find out only a few people had a liscense. They were taking drugs it was a mess needless to say I stayed for 1 hour never to return. I called the Department of insurance no one wants to do anything in florida these places are like churches they are on every corner unlicensed agent means policy not valid florida needs real politicians to clean up
This company is calling and claiming they are a different company when they are NOT. Unethical and this is a way you can get sued. I work in sales and I know what this is. They are trying to nickel and dime anyone who is needing insurance. First a quote was $200 and we were told "that is the best I can do for you."
2-3 more calls over the next couple of days we got another quote for $90. Unprofessional and rude on the phone. Change your tone and your business model considering your are preying on people that are vulnerable.
I have never been treated the way Alamando(I think that was his name) treated me. I don't care whether the company name is Tobias, The Big G, or get my health care, its a very questionable operation. After reading reviews, I felt uncomfortable and decided to cancel. I tried to get hold of Zachary Levine twice with no contact. Then I got hold of an Alamando. He was totally rude and kept me on the phone at least 20 minutes arguing to finally reveal that I couldn't get my refund through them. Only after threatening him with reporting him to, Florida Blue, the Insurance Commission, and the Government, did he finally give me a number to get my refund *******612. Please read all the reviews. After talking to him more red flags went up. I still am going to pursue this, only because of the innocent victims that these people have hurt.
Purchased health insurance from the company from a man named Andrew. We went to cancel because it was too expensive. Called Andrew and left multiple voicemails every day for weeks and he was nowhere to be found. After weeks, we finally got through to somebody to cancel and the person on the phone was ARGUING with us and not allowing us to cancel. After having to be fight this man to get him to listen, he hung up on us without even canceling the policy. Currently still trying to get through. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM
I was told I got "Obamacare" and that was BS. What I got was meager "supplemental" insurance which is garbage. No way to get to anybody in customer service - once they have you, you're screwed. DON'T make the same mistake I did - run, run, run away from these guys. Go to the Federal website and get real insurance. If you're still within the grace period where you can cancel, you will NEVER get to a live person - actually, I did get to one person who was rude as hell and treated me like crap, so I called back. Since then, nobody will pick up the phone. Garbage.
**Update - when I called the customer service number listed on my membership card instead of the "agency's" number, I received assistance, and the representative was honest and clarified that this was not comprehensive insurance. She cancelled my policy and will be issuing a refund. This plan might be OK as supplemental, and perhaps they also offer comprehensive plans - but since I should be reviewing the insurance company rather than the agency, I will upgrade my review a bit to be fair.
Was told humana coverage was better than the UHC I had. Total lies. Was told my oldUHC plan was no longer available but found out from a different company it is. Shane Brodil is a liar and very rude. Should be shut down.

I received a call from someone saying that they can help us get into a cheaper plan with better coverage. I was a bit hesitant at first but they were right! I am so thankful that I did not hung up when they called me. I might have lost a ton of money with my health insurance if I did!
Don't trust this company! I'm disabled and they sold me insurance that I couldn't use... I was in pain all night! When I told them to cancel after not receiving a call back after I asked for hours the day before Steve told me to shut my mouth! And was rude! Talking crap to my husband! I went all night without medication!
I called to find out why the policy that I signed up for in March 2021 wasn't cancelled as requested in April 21. Steve answered. He was a very very aggressive and rude person. He assumed that I was forgetful or lack of memory. He told me that people 50 and 60 years old sometimes think that call when they didn't. I am 50 plus years old so I assumed he was saying that I did that. He literally was stereotyping people 50 and 60 years old as having memory lapses. After reviewing the situation, the another Rep failed to do her job. Plus, they set you up with insurance that doesn't provide the coverage you need. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. He over talked me, and it was hard to get him to listen. My advice is to do your homework first. If I could rate his performance lower than one I would. We need to treat potential or existing customers with care and understanding and not what we think.
With the stress that my family is on right now, someone called saying they can help us still get coverage, I was hesitant at first but I was able to talk to my agent who explained who she can help me. She understands our current situation and was able to provide us coverage despite of the fact that I just lost my job. Thank you so much!
If you read the reviews, these are all people that have just signed up. They're thrilled and excited, because they think they now have good health insurance. HOWEVER, the people that actually try to use their insurance realize it's crap, those are the real reviews you want to read!
I signed up a few days ago in a moment of weakness. Received some really strange emails regarding things I never wanted or signed up for. Still I haven't received one email regarding my actual insurance (it was supposed to start "next day"). I was told I would have 30 days to cancel, and after sifting through these reviews I can see I made a terrible mistake by signing up with this company. Now I can't get anyone on the phone after a dozen or so calls, and have left multiple messages for a call back.
I've already applied with my bank to dispute this as a chargeback, and to block this company from ever charging me again!

After using their Provider Search Tool to find me an Urgent Care that was in network. I went through with my visits. Once I got better I received a massive bill and when I tried to dispute it they just threw the policy in my face, stating that what was in network during my first visit was no longer in network during my second. The rep told me that their not responsible for what the sales rep manipulated you to buy. I was literally paying hundreds for years, only to be cover for two visits up to $55 each.

I gave specifics on what I needed and they assured me that's what I was getting. Went to a routine doctor's appointment and got turned away cause I'm only covered for 3 sick days. I told them I needed coverage for check ups. The lady I spoke to was horrible. I asked questions to make sure I was getting the right thing and she just acted annoyed. She was more interested in getting me signed up for the life insurance policy I didn't even ask for. Stay away from this company.
Beware of this Company. They sell you a Bill of goods saying if you have issues with just "call me and we will deal with" HA! Not true. You cant get a hold of them again... it's almost like they block your number. Now I am having to cancel everything and start all over. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
