I have spent time searching for insurance and finally decided today to bring it to a conclusion. Before I spoke with Joseph, I had spoken with another man with a different agency and he hung up on me mid- sentence. When I spoke with Mr. Liriano, he was so professional. He answered all of the questions before I asked them and he was also able to answer the questions that I did ask. We need more people like him that helps the consumer and that actually loves their job. If I could give more stars for him, I most definitely would. Extension 0923 is a keeper! Keep up the great work.
I can see how people get taken advantage of with shopping for healthcare especially senior citizens. I went through getcoveredillinois.gov. As a start in my journey. I started getting all these calls from companies selling insurance. I didn't know who to choose from. It got to a point where one of the condescending agents from getmehealthcare.com just to get a sale began to yell at me. It started of like a regular call asking the basic questions of any existing conditions. I even gave Antonio my credit card number but after I started having seconds thoughts before I signed on the dotted line, he began raise his voice pressuring me to sign. I told him to calm down and answer more questions I had but it got worse and talking over me so I killed the deal. Definitely checking my bank account everyday. All I wanted was another day to research the plan from their suggestion Pivot Health and compare. I do not accept that sort of behavior. I hung up on him.
I had trouble with my health insurance company. Thomas, a QA specialist, worked extra-hard attempting to sort things out with the original company. He also requested and got approval for me to get better health insurance during the Special Enrollment Period. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!
I called to get insurance for my spouse for one month until his Medicare kicked in and I spoke to Daniel and he let us know that we didn't have to purchase health insurance for one month and that we had 60 days to accept or decline cobra and we could sign up when and if we needed it. He saved us a ton of headache and money! Thanks Daniel!
They are fabulous! My agent (Rudy Extension *******) was able to get me a plan that I could afford. Rudy when above and beyond. Rudy was able to answer all of my questions. He is very helpful in many ways and was very patient in explaining the coverage of my plan.
I have to say that a couple of times I've dealt with Mr Diaz on issues that I had to have some help on. And I must say that he was very patient and helpful. On top of being very polite. I would highly recommend this company for help in getting medical insurance for sure.

I am currently evaluating different health insurance options and I recently spent 45 minutes with Shane Brodil over the telephone at this company asking questions. Shane was very helpful and gave me some great tips on the various health nsurance plans on the market today. He clarified some things that I was trying to figure out (best plan for me and my wife). I would recommend Shane as a great source of health insurance information.
My husband and I thought that we purchased a good insurance company for our health care needs. Little did we know that we were told we don't have insurance. But took our payments for 2 months. We want our money back.
I can't speak to every customer service representative, but Arla Thyng was the best. She went over and above her responsibility to help me get the right insurance for my daughter. She spoke to me on numerous occasions and followed through until we were satisfied with the plan.
I thought it was a non-sense scam call but after being connected with Vince, he got me better coverage than I had lost last year. I wish they had contacted me last year!
Imagine I couldn't get in contact with them after registration, the number they sent to me wasn't connecting, it was as if they blocked me after collecting money from me. I didn't receive a single mail from them, I had to cancel it, I told my bank they were fraud, but they went ahead to tell my bank that they offered their services. You all are thieves. You better refund my money.
These people sold me a policy through the market place that was free. What the insurance guy did was sold me a supplemental policy but made me believe that BCBS of Al was going to cost me over $250 a month. When i called to cancel my policy with BCBS i ask for a refund on The payment we made for June and the BCBS rep told me my plan was free. I was livid. They also added in a life insurance policy for $300,000. I never ask for anything more than a health care plan and dental. I was robbed and they know exactly what they are doing to people. The rep from BCBS said that this is becoming a real problem. There is no telling how many people they rob everyday. I would not trust this company!
I had been getting tons of call lately because I went onto healthcare.gov which is the government site for health insurance. I got a call from a lady who said she was licensed in my state to help me, I was skeptical at first because they asked for my date of birth and zip code, but realized that was part of getting a personal quote, after speaking to the agent she was really helpful and was able to take care of my family with a United Healthcare PPO policy, I was able to save about $100 a month, recommended to my uncle and my best friend
They are happy to take your money but don't deliver. They never mailed me my packet and after 2 months I said enough. They did email me my insurance cards but I don't think I had any coverage. The cards didn't indicate what I was covered for. When I called to talk to the person I was working with they told me he was not there. I feel like I was scammed and it's sad to think during these hard times there are people out there doing this. I just don't trust them.
This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists! I was pressured by Anthony at The Market place into getting what I was told was a supplement plan. I was told because the deductible was so high this plan would cover any deductible or out of pocket expenses and be refunded as long as I sent in the receipts. I paid 260.00 extra a month for this piece of mind. The first claim I sent I was told this was NOT that kind of plan and it only covered 2 doctors visits one X-ray ect. When I called I was told that I could cancel it I wanted too by Jannell at Get me Care but nothing else she could do. So basically they can lie and you just have to eat all the money you have paid them. She also tried to say the person who sold their products to me had nothing to do with Get me Care? They are ALL a bunch of crooks! Do not buy ANYTHING from them unless you like giving your money away!
This company sold me "insurance" that was NOT insurance. I found out right away and canceled. They told me I would get 100% refunded but that it would take several days to show. This was a lie. They knew they did not cancel the life insurance that "came with the package". So in reality it's a separate charge and it then continued to charge my card. Then they were rude to me when I called again, even making fun of me while one agent passed me to another. So they scammed me, then belittled me afterward. Please do not do business with this company.
If I could give this ten stars, I would. My representative, Arla Thyng went above and beyond helping me with my insurance needs. She was very professional and informative. I will definitely use Get Me Healthcare in the future. I highly recommend this company!
Matthew said he is a licensed insurance agent. We discussed and finalized a policy for a healthcare plan. He said I would get an email with all of my policy information. Instead, I received an email with totally different policy information. I called to let him know and he said the computer system was down and everyone was experiencing problems. The next day, no phone call or email from Matthew or anyone else with Get Me Care, nothing. I was left with this ridiculous situation and no help. I checked my credit card statement and there were 2 separate charges (what?) adding up to much more than I had agreed to. I called Get Me Health customer service and one of the charges was refunded and the policy cancelled. But guess what? The other charge is up to me to find the phone #, call to get a refund, and cancel that policy. I couldn't believe they could process the charge but could not refund it or even give me the phone # to call for a refund. This experience was so bizarre and a complete waste of my time.
My friend got a plan thru getmehealthcare and she was so happy with it. I asked her to share me the site and I went to contact them. They were able to take care of my healthcare needs and I am contented with the plan I am on now.
It was a joy and a pleasure to talk to Arla. She went above and beyond to help me through the bull s/@t with the insurance company. She was the only person to actually respond to phone calls and answer all the questions I had. In my opinion, she needs a raise.
