In the beginning it is quite an obstacle getting in touch with someone who can help you but once you do they are fairly friendly. I will add that that was within the same month that I purchased as I have not tried to contact them since I had an extremely long wait the 2nd time and want no more business with them.

Not easy at all. They refused all of my calls. The voicemail doesn't work. It will say leave a message after the beep, there is no beep, and then the phone just hangs up.

Once you enroll, it's impossible to get customer service on the line. Or, if you do, they treat you like garbage. These guys are a bunch of shysters.
