I already did the payment for this insurance two weeks ago, but now I still do not get the insurance card

I tried to call "Rudy" at extension 43255 from one of the positive reviews. I was told that the extension doesn't exist. Why is that?

Why do all the positive reviews sound pretty much the same and why aren't there any "average" reviews between the 2 extremes? Company planted fakes?

Answer:
I seen my name listed as someone who gave a raving review. I personally did not write that review. I believe there are fake reviews for this company.

i was told no money would be taken out until my financial was given they were waiting.and today they took 400 out of my account... i want it put back
