After my communication with Monzo, I confirmed that on 27/11/2024 at 19.45.20 you took the amount of 53.5 pounds from my account. My order never entered your system, the money was never returned and from what I can see this has happened to many people
Your customer service representative claimed that this amount was never paid, despite the fact that I informed her that I have already checked with my bank and that I have the bank statement
As you can see, given that this has happened to many of your clients, the case is a multi-participant crime and a huge profit for those involved in the fraud.
Please:
A) check your transactions for the date and time I gave you
B) keep the recording of our conversation on 12/12/2024 at 10:58 a.m. because you will be asked by the court
I will expect my refund within the next 24 hours. After that I will file a police report for fraud
They say that they have delivered my order but have no proof because I haven't received it. I have asked for a refund but they don't even reply

The first time I wore it, it already opened at the seam. They are not good finished as it opened like that. I bought them in Walmart, I washed before, as always, and I've tried only one from a pack of 3 and it happens like that.
Awful! Used George online for the first time this week. Never again! Paid extra to have item delivered on a set date. Got a text saying it would be 24 hours late. Next day I got a text and email saying parcel delivered. I was in, sitting waiting, and I have no parcel, no knock on the door. It had to be signed for, so they certainly don't have my signature! Called Asda/George. Got someone I could barely understand who said they would "look into it and get back to me". I'm still waiting. I don't hold out much hope for a refund either because (knowing from experience!) Asda's carrier (Yodel) lie through their teeth. I will never ever buy from George again.
Although I've never ordered from George online, I regularly visit the George section in my local ASDA and I was blown away by the selection of trendy brands. It's really changed from when I was younger. They supply online brands like Missguided which makes it easy to try clothing on in person that you otherwise would have to buy online first. Super convenient in-store returns too.
I look forward to seeing how much more they expand.
Completely agree with other posters. I also live in Spain and ordering George clothing from Asda was the easiest thing to do with a really swift delivery... then along came Borderfree what the hell is going on orders being split up and lack of information, Asda customer services can't help, a really frustrating experience. Come on Asda you have loyal shoppers who live abroad a little bit of consideratiin please, ditch Borderfree, previous in house delivery worked fine... if it ain't broke don't fix it.
Hi, do yourself a favour and avoid them, they don't answer emails and you probably won't receive your item I am out of pocket by £15.98 that's a lot of money for a disabled pensioner this site wants proof but I don't know how to upload the receipt so I guess this will go unnoticed

There is no communication, deliveries take over 2 weeks, & items finally get delivered with missing items & packaging ripped

The latest problem is that you are unable to access the George site!

Diabolical service. I attempted to return 4 items from France - after 20 days of phone calls, emails and FB messages I was informed that to return products worth 36.62 EUR I would be charged shipping and handling fee of 24.52 EUR, leaving 12.10 EUR to be reimbursed! So basically £20 to return £30 worth of stuff! One less client here and I'll be plastering this all over expat sites as a warning not to shop with you any longer.
I ordered 11 items of clothes for my little boy. Items delivered for 8 days(I ordered on 6.12. And the package came to me on 14.12.)from UK to Paris, France.
The material, coton is great! Size a little bit bigger but it's ok. I will recommend George with all my heart! Cann't wait to wash everything and dressed up my litle one.
Why have you gone and changed to Borderfre.
Used George at Asda for many years, living in Spain it WAS a fabulous way to get well price fitting clothes & underwear.
Placed an order 10 days ago, 1 item received on Monday, on tracking the rest it has been sent to a completely different part of Spain, contacting Asda is hopeless, the girl couldnt understand the issue, said she'd forward it into Borderfree( who you can't contact!)
Rang Suer the courier company but they are no help.
As it currently stands I have paid in excess of 90 for one bra and a mounting phone bill.
The sooner Asda go back to how they were the better.

The George shirt line I'm not pleased with. I have bought the shirts in the past. I wear a 2X and I found that the shirt sleeves feel like a medium size sleeve. And the body of the shirt feels like a large. There needs to be a better quality control over their sizes. I'm not pleased with a product at this time.
Ordered china. Delivery confirmed. Two days later told delivery delayed. Heard no further. Told by customer service would get refund. No refund. Store couldn't help. Customer service now not answering. Asda have my money. I have no goods

I have always love George products, but I had bought 2 long sleeve Ts and I can't understand why you made the cuffs on the Ts so stinking WIDE AND I MEAN WIDE TOO WIDE. TOO WIDE TO WEAR. Even after washing and drying the Ts cuffs are still WIDE, I don't know if I will never buy your long sleeve Ts again. My money is tight enough and I don't like buying something that can't be worn. Right now I'm saying NO TO YOUR LONG SLEEVE TS IN THE MEN'S. In my book you don't deserve a star on your long sleeve Ts but I know I will have to rate you in order to send this. NO STAR'S FOR YOUR MEN'S L/S TS. DO BETTER OR YOU WILL NOT HAVE ME OR OTHER FOR A CUSTOMERS.

Do not buy anything if there is even a small chance you want to change/return it. Firstly, the overall standard of delivery has dropped significantly but prices have gone UP and it takes longer. I have had items delivered so creased that i couldn´t wear them without heavy ironing or washing first. But this complaint is about their ´returns´ policy. So after ordering and waiting 2 weeks i got my delivery. Bag was a state as usual, items thrown in. No protective packaging. I needed to return 4 of the items worth 42.50 pounds in total. Initially, Borderfree valued my 4 items at 16 euros,
I don; t know how where they got that figure from. They said because their minimum returns cost is 19 euros i would need to pay them an extra 3 euros. And i would receive no actual refund of the goods because the cost of returning was more than the value of the items. When i complained that the value was incorrect and waited another 5 days for the reply they agreed the value of items was actually 42.50 and now it would cost 25.83 pounds to process the refund. That's roughly 40% in costs just return the items. Something is wrong here. As well as a diabolical delivery service your own ASda customers service washes it hands of complaints by not answering queries just passing the buck back to borderfree. So you cannot actually complain to ASDA.
It is ridiculous and makes refunding items virtually impossible for us overseas. Why would we buy these hiked costs?
