Ik cancelled this order the last minute before shipping and Geekbuying did it's best to stop the shipment.
I'm very satisfied they were able to do so and i got my money back very soon after the cancelling.

I bought a tablet with Geekbuying and I was very happy to get a very profesional service from this company, this company always answer your emails, always, something that is a great feeling for us, the people that spend money. I was able to buy a fan at a good price. Unfortunately, the battery was defective. The support team reacted very quickly and offered to send me a new battery and replacement instructions. That way I didn't have to send anything back, easier and more sustainable - and geekbuying saves money too. Win - Win! It's nice when friendliness and flexibility come together! I have to admit that when I've seen for the first time the ads about this website it seemed suspicious. I went all over the place to read about it before I made the first purchase. However, I was instead amazed by the speed of delivering the products, the easy to purchase and last, but least, the products I've got itself. Tracking the transportation was impeccable as well. По каким то причинам СМС был отправлен на номер *******373. Это был номер телефона честного человека, который сообщил, что ничего не заказывал. После многих звонков и пересылок по почтовым отделениям товар был доставлен по моему адресу.

The UV vacuum cleaner stopped working under the warranty period. This was covered by the warranty and repaired. They sent a video showing it working. I noticed a detail that have to be fixed in that video, notified them, and it was also fixed. So, a very good experience. On the other hand, following the Geekbuying conditions, I had to pay the shipment to the repairment center (the return was covered by them). I think that the brand should also cover this shipment.

I recently bought a gaming mouse (Razer Viper mini) from Geekbuying website and their service was very much satisfactory. They answered to my queries very quickly and I received my product on time (as I was promised). The price was way cheaper than any other online store in my country (India). I got the product at 50% less price. The product is also very good. They had nice packaging to protect the item from getting damage during transport. Looking forward to shop more from Geekbuying.com.

Geekbuying.com from my experience has been great over all, iv purchased 2 E bikes shipped to Ireland no problems took 7 days and bike running perfect to this day its about 3 months old still perfect. So i decided to buy another on more expensive and the support was great when i changed my product and they refunded me the difference in price no hassle i recommend using PAYPAL for transaction and great communication from ticket support second bike arrived about 6 days after order perfect condition and i saved money so all round happy :)
