BEWARE!

My experience: I bought a smartphone from them. They promised to send it from 5 to 7 days after purchase. 3 weeks after I contacted customer service they told me the item was out of stock and they didn't know when it will be available again.

They offered me a different model to the one I wanted, I refuse. I asked for a refund. They offered me same model in a different color. I asked for a refund. They told me to patiently wait. I accepted the same item in different color. They send nothing in approximately week and a half.

I opened a dispute on paypal, nearly to the end of the dispute I received a phone in a colour that I didn't want with crappy accessories that broke in the second week of use.

I will never buy nothing from them again, neither you should.

I purchased an e-bike from them that was defective. It took a while, but with the help of PayPal I was able to get a refund. However a) it cost me 130 euros to ship the bike back and b) i posted a 1 star review about the bike (a Fiido D11) a month ago which has not yet appeared on their website. I tried to go back and post another review, but the site tells me I have already commented and cannot comment again. So, they are just not posting my 1 star review. So, beware of this bike and the honesty of their reviews...

I bought a tablet from them. It arrived but the touch screen was malfunctioning. I contacted support and they suggested that I will ship it back and get a refund.
I sent it back. It took them a while to get it. Then, they did not refund me immediately but set it to the manufacturer for inspection. Only then - they gave me a refund.
Slow... but at the end I got my money back (except for the shipping fee back to China). Better than the usual Aliexpress/Ebay seller.

I used GeekBuying to purchase a cell phone (ZTE Nubia Z17 order *******) which arrived with Chinese ROM. I contacted GeekBuying and they offered to refund me. And so they did!
The only think that they have to work on, is time, they have to be faster.It took a long time.

I ordered a Global version of a phone, got sent the Chinese version, after a week of email exchange I sent the phone back (so far have not been reimbursed for the shipping costs) and got refunded on my initial purchase.

This has not been a pleasant experience in any way for me.

A few days passed after my purchase and several very bad things have happened:

* I have found out that the phone I bought is actually the Chinese version of it, while I was purchasing the Global version
* The support stopped responding as soon as I told them that. Beforehand they were very quick and responsive while I was positive
* The phone started showing concerning signs like WiFi not working, not being able to download from Google Play Store, apps crashing.
* The support does not respond to any of my emails now and I'm starting to think I will be stuck with this not working properly device which is not what I ordered

Be very wary of what you buy and what you receive. I hope my issues get resolved and I get a replacement device which is truly the Global (or EU/UK version) as very soon I think I will have to stop trying to make this work and move on to another phone. If so, I would never consider buying from this seller again.

If something happens (either positive or negative) I will make another update of this review

I bought a new phone this week. Delivered for 2 days, with plastic case and glass protector. All that for the lowest price I could find online anywhere. I also asked for a UK charger and their customer service responded very quickly.

Overall, truly a 5 stars experience and cannot recommend enough!

Be aware that they are sold used phones as new one - I bought One+3, when I opened box I found some sh$% phone which was sold in UK on 2016 - Geekbuyjng sold me as new one the even fraud the box and put manufacturing data 02.2018.
Phone has no NFC, screen was some fake cheap LCD which was found in garbage, my unit has no WIFI no BT.
Smell from box was so disgusting that I have to hold my breath.

I send it back over one week ago but no refund at all!

Be careful! Don't buy anything from this cheaters

It is a very good page for shopping, but the support they offer is a bit slow, but I guess it will depend on the region where the purchases are from. Here in Mexico it takes 8 to 10 hours to respond, but the support is very good.

I bought a tvbox from GeekBuying and i had an issue with it.

I send the item to them at first days of December 2015 and until today 14 april 2016 they spoof me.
Ι have send them over 15 emails, they say different excuses and the don't send it back. The result is that i have paid for an item and 5 months now they fool me and i don't know when and if i get it back.

Buying from a different country you would expect difficulties. However from purchase to delivery here in the UK from China, was very good.
The only issue was the length of delivery time, but this was well supported by the tracking system.
Very pleased with the outcome of this purchase

The stock of the requested product had been exhausted. Bought a chuwi 8 inch tablet from geekbuying. The tablet came in real good cond. But would not work, sent back to them at my cost, according to the geekbuying policy. I should have received a refund,,, never happened! Now they have my money, my postage and the chuwi tablet. Beware of this company... In all fairness i received the tablet back after 2 months and it works fine. The problem seems to be when the company sends a bad product the returns are really awful...
