A great experience!

Bought a tablet from Geekbuying and was told the prossesing time was 2-7 days, It was shipped with DHL after 2 days and delivered at my door 5 days later. Jennifer also provides a great presale and follow up service. Hope they do the same if there will be some problems later on. But for its 5 stars :)

This was the first time I ordered from a website with a delivery from China. I ordered a phone on this website, which was displayed as being available. After 3 days or so, I received a very decent, apologetic message telling me that the product was currently not in stock. After asking me if I was interested in another type of this phone, or a different phone on this website, I replied that I was interested in a refund instead. Customer support replied in a very decent manner again, and the refund is now on its way.

Although it would have been nice to have updated information on this website about the phone's availability, I nevertheless had a good experience with the handling of this issue.

I bought a PC and paid express shipping costs because I needed it urgently. When I received it, it was defective so I contacted the after sale service. It took several e-mails for them to send me the information so I could send the PC back for inspection. They promised me a replacement as soon as they would receive the computer. It is now 10 days since, according to the tracking number, the computer was delivered and they still refuse to sent a replacement or give me a refund arguing that they have not received it!
This is very suspicious, I have the feeling I am being lied to and that I will never get my money back!

Hi everyone,
Recently I bought a protective glass for my smart phone. Although it came perfectly packed, during the transport it was bended and, logically, broken.
My order number was *******. I got in touch with aftersale support. In 24 hours I got a satisfactory answer from Una to solve my problem.
As I say in the title, buying at Geekbuying is safe and a good experience.
I will repeat for sure.

It's been 30 days since purchase and no trace of the package. In response the Support gives their (different) own trucking number to a warehouse in Hong Kong with Chinese explanation of the item "being transported further to another facility." They only respond quickly BEFORE you make purchase.

What a useless customer service employee! Just wasted 1 hour of my time!

1) suggested wrong item to buy
2) trying to explain the difference between products without any knowledge of these products - at the end just said that there are not difference!
3) tries to get rid of the potential customer. In the middle of conversation tells that they have a meeting and we must end the conversation. Then after I asked to pass the conversation to more knowledgeable employee He/SHE says that it is a night time and no one is around! There come 4) Lying to customers!
5) Very unprofessional attitude and communication style
6) Just wasted 1h of my Time and still did not gave any answer - I wish I never started this conversation!

100% will never came back to this site where even customer service is lying to the customer -then I am very worried about description and quality of the products as it self!

I had a problem with my bluetooth speaker it could not connect to my phone thru bluetooth. I contacted the support and sent the problem. They gave me a 70% refund. The support was very good and they answered all my mails quickly. I and my family will keep ordering from geekbuying the support is great and the service too

I really love Geekbuying.com. My friend introduced me to this while I was planning to Amazfit Pace. He ordered it from Geekbuying, so I follow the same and ordered same product. I received it in within 10 days, even though option I choose was telling about 15 days minimum for shipping. After that I planned to upgrade my watch and ordered Amazfit Stratos on Geekbuying. Again, I got it within 8 days with free delivery. Now I fully trust this site.

Prices are reasonable and discounts are better than other websites. For example, I have ordered MI Pad 4 for 296$ (Inc Shipping + insurance). Other sites are charging 350$ for that. No wonder I'll go for Geekbuying.

Support staff is also helpful. Got response for my query within couple of hours span. No wonder I'll recommend them to everyone.

The site was very warmly recommended to me by my brother-in-law living in Paris.
I am in Greece and ordered two items (TV box and mobile phone). I sent an inquiry after a week from my order to check why I had no confirmation of dispatch and I received an immediate confirmation that the TV box previously in shortage was now in stock and and because the phone was still in shortage, I got offered an upgrade for the phone at no extra cost. I am now expecting the delivery, but the exchange was very fair and satisfactory-Extra bonus for the fact that I got immediate response in my three emails, including confirmation for no extra cost of the exchange. I bought a walking pad that did not work from the very beginning. I immediately opened a ticket and asked for technical support and a solution. It took them two weeks to tell me to switch on and off the machine as if this could solve the problem. I told them that of course it still does not work and asked for a refund. They have not answered since. If they ask me to send the walkind pad back, that would cost me more than the money I spent for buying it since it weighs more than 25 kilos. What is more, they did not publish my negative review for the pad. So be very careful with them.

I needed to cancel my order.

I bought a mobile phone which had problems keeping the carrier signal. I sent it back and received a full refund a week after GB received it. 2 days later i had the refund in my paypal account.

Cons,
Shipping took long days, delivery time itself was standard from China to Japan, the days between order date and shipping date was too long waiting.
One of three RG35XX doesn't work and color was wrong.
Pros,
Geekbuying is more clear seller, not cheating like Aliexpress, so trustworthy simple shopping like Amazon.
The customer service staff responds very quick and simple discussion after I received the wrong item.

Excellent service

I made the same order by my mistake three times. When I realized it, I found very easily the email, in which I had to mention it, the cancellation and the refund were very quick. The whole service was excellent!
