I purchased an e-bike from them that was defective. It took a while, but with the help of PayPal I was able to get a refund. However a) it cost me 130 euros to ship the bike back and b) i posted a 1 star review about the bike (a Fiido D11) a month ago which has not yet appeared on their website. I tried to go back and post another review, but the site tells me I have already commented and cannot comment again. So, they are just not posting my 1 star review. So, beware of this bike and the honesty of their reviews...
