I have done business with Gazelle 4-5 times thus far. I must say that the professional, prompt, and efficient service is exemplary for any business. I always feel confident and secure working with Gazelle as a company I can trust in selling and purchasing electronics. Thank You Gazelle!
Your service was easy and fast. I couldnt be more pleased with my interaction with your company. Thank you!
I sent my phone to them, now no response. They dont respond to email, though they say they will within 72 hours. Nobody answers their phone. Please avoid them. I wish I had.
Every experience I've had in trading my older phones to Gazelle has been pretty simple and I've usually received my payment in a matter of days!
I just sold my iPhone 5s when I got my X. Nothing wrong with it, always kept in a case so I regarded it as highest possible used condition. Gazelle had the highest initial offer of about 4-5 places I checked out, all places that did not see it up front and you would need to send it in.
I was offered $80 initially, which was 5-10 bucks more than anyone else and also had the easiest method to get paid. So I send it in and they said they screen or case was cracked and more scratches than described so my offer was revised to just $30. I had 5 days to respond or the sale would auto-complete at the new offer.
I emailed them back asking for what exactly the problem was or if the shipped box was damaged as it was fine when I packed it and had I even took photos at that time. They said they would check with the warehouse for more into and ask for a re-inspection but that would take 2-5 days to get a response. I replied back asking if the 5 day clock was stopped as I did not want it to auto-complete and I wanted it back if all they were going to give me $30. However I got no response after 2 days.
So I tried calling them on a Saturday, not expecting them to answer. However they did and when they checked into it, there was no request for a re-inspection shown do they submitted that request and assured me the 5 day clock was now stopped. On Monday I got an email that they declared my phone to be as described and granted me the full $80 bucks. I also received my gift card code for Amazon, as they had an offer to give a 3% bonus if you choose that method. So I immediately claimed it to ensure it was valid.
In the end I got the full amount I was offered but I got no response or explanation as to whey they initially came back to me with a much lower offer due to "scratches and cracks". But I was not too impressed about that and wonder if that was a fluke or if they try that tactic often and hope people just accept it. I might consider using them again but I would definitely be wary and watchful about them.
Sent in a basically brand new gold iPhone 7, was given a deal $300. Never saw the money. Do not use this site.
I had heard about Gazelle 1) from those old TV commercials, and 2) my cousin, whom is a tech guy, has purchased a few phones from there, so I trusted it. When I first typed in "gazelle" on google, I saw that it had a 3 star or so rating. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because many of the reviews were about the selling experience. (People can send their used electronics in).
I purchased a phone 13 days ago. I never once received a confirmation email, but my credit card sure did get charged. So 1) no confirmation email, 2) no further shipping or tracking info 3) no returned email when they state they will get back to you within 72 hours. I emailed them twice, and made sure to check my spam folder for emails from them 4) when I called twice during normal business hours, the company was always "closed".
I didn't even have an order number to refer to when I wanted to cancel my order so i had to go through my credit card company.
Pay attention to the fact that there are more bad reviews than good; there is a good reason for that.
Fair price for a phone with a shattered screen. Process was super simple and payment was super fast.
Everything is handled smoothly with clear instructions. It helps to have your gear in good to excellent condition so your condition assessment is easy to do. Great value and timesaver.
I love them cause they fair with prices and even give u extra $ if they think ur product is worth more.
I had incorrectly chosen which model iPhone I had but they pointed it out and paid me the better price. Thank you Gazelle!
Originally I agreed to sell my IPad in excellent condition at a reasonable price. Gazelle came back and increased their offer to me by $60! I was overwhelmed. I will be a Gazelle customer FOR LIFE!
The scale goes to 5... but it should be a 10+. Gazelle is tops and they come through every time. Never a let down!
Quick, painless and worry free. The only place to sell devices. Highly recommend. Love Gazelle. Thanks Gazelle.
I ordered a an excellent condition gold iPhone 6S 32GB. After reading the reviews, I thought perhaps Id get a phone with a scuff or two, but the chances of it actually coming in excellent condition seemed high.
I received the item and it was a little scuffed up, but otherwise looked immaculate. Then, I powered it on... I huge line of dead pixels down the right side of the screen, the camera didnt work on the rear or the front, and the thing got super hot immediately after I plugged it in.
Of course, they charged me for it immediately but then only offered standard shipping for the return and made it seem like I was privelaged to receive a full refund. On top of that, they ask for 5 days to return your money. After reading even fair condition phones were received in immaculate condition, I felt duped. I should have gotten what I paid for. Not to mention their 30-point inspection supposedly covers screen damage (such as dead pixels), front and rear facing camera functionality, and so on. Obviously no one inspected the unit I received.
I will never order anything from them again. In my eyes, I got scammed.
Always price accurately and on multiple occasions i have received more than asked for. Always quick and checks are easy to cash.
Didn't want to go the ebay route. Gazelle process was simple and easy and they even sent me more money for one phone because it was in better condition than they thought. I would definitely use them again.
Id sent two items in for sale, an iPhone and iPad. Both items were accepted but I received a check for the iPhone only. It was apparent that they had misplaced the iPad and eventually they sent a check after several emails to customer service. Be wary.
Once my phone was received they actually offered me more money for it! Very quick! Will
Definitely sell all me old tech gadgets to gazelle!
Answer: No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.
Answer: I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.
Answer: No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
