If your looking for the nightmare of your life do business with this scammers. If you want to get sick and hope that you make time goes back so you can stop it. Their $#*!ing $#*!s customers service is suck

No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.

I don't have any experience with the auction. The quality control on my one purchase was poor. It had to be returned. Buzzy sound and no cable provided.

DO NOT BUY WITH GAZELLE. If you want a cr*ppy phone, then buy from them. They don't quality control and SCAM their customers.
