I have done business with Gazelle many times and each experience is the same smooth, consistent, and simple one as previous. You may - and that's 'may' - find an offering of a few dollars more but the simplicity, speed, and safety at a very fair buyback price is why Gazelle is the best choice.

What a joke this service is... took them 3 days to process my order, then another FIVE days to ship. Took over 2 weeks for phone to hopefully arrive. Unless you love having hundred upon hundreds of your hard earned money held hostage by an incompetent shipping facility, do not buy from these clowns

Very easy transaction. Payment was very quick. Rated my phone my phone on the we site and ordered s box. Put the phone in the box and mailed it. Received confirmation and payment the same day.

Gazelle did not ship the shipping label and box to me to send the iPhone to them per their contract. They sent me an email stating my contract would expire soon and directed me to customer service to resolve the issue. The Customer Service Department did not address the issue and when I asked to escalate hung up- and that after 2 excruciating long holds..

I always have concerns when I put my device in the mail without seeing the money first, but with Gazelle you can trust that they will provide an honest appraisal and pay you ASAP. Oh and they pay more than any other anyone else and make as painless as possible. They are the best!

Awesome deal and I was able to buy some much needed items on Amazon.com. The process was simple and quick. They give you step by step instructions that are very hard to mess up. Everything went as expected with this transaction of trading in my old laptop. The only issue I had was not receiving the return box in a timely manner. But when I contacted them about the problem, the box showed up the very next day--and that was a Sunday. After that, everything went as they described.
