The person at the Verizon store put on my replacement screen protector he told me I needed to keep pushing down on the gadget guard at the very edges so it would seal better and I have kept trying that it doesn't seem to be sticking down and he said that dust can get in there so I'm not sure what the fix is if any for this problem but other than that I'm really glad it protected my phone. Thank you.
My phone fell off the sofa and cracked the guard in three places, but the phone was intact. Getting a replacement was very simple. I'm not sure how to return the damaged guard, though. I would have thought they would send an envelope with instructions.

Gadgetguard has been the best product I have purchased. I would not consider another screen saver product. I am a 100% happy customer both with product and warranty. Tempered glass protector saved my screen twice in 6 years.
Product very difficult to remain clean before install. I guess dust from the air got on it. Disappointed it the effect. Matched the curve of my phone perfectly. But it's now dirty and no way to fix it.
Purchased my phone saver cover which was over $50 and filled out warranty info. Needed to replace so went to warranty site and ordered replacement. Very disappointed in shipping charge at over $7. When received actual shipping was 90 cents. Felt taken advantage of. Disappointed in customer care.

This is my second glass replacement with Gadget Guard. I have been impressed with their service. I log into my account, click on replacement and pick the way to pay for shipping. That's all I need to do. Within a week the replacement is here. I love the quick and easy process.
Very protective, I would reccomend purchasing. However, it is impossible to avoid getting dust particles stuck under the screen resulting in a couple strange spots. No matter how much you clean your phone beforehand, you can avoid this.
Unfortunately I have found that these screen savers don't last very long. We are on our 3rd set in less than a year. Phones haven't been dropped. The edge cracking and bubbling is from normal in and out of pocket or purse wear and tear. Gadgetguard is good about replacements however at 5.99 each for shipping I'm now at over $60 in just screen savers per phone.
Received my second replacement screen very fast and AT&T store near me put it on fast for free-had just paid the shipping. Had dropped my phone while gardening on both breaks. I need to wear a fanny pack! Am trying your TechTonic cleaner also-sounds good.
I cracked my guard at a wedding and I'm so glad to be able to have it replaced for $5. Shipping took a week which was difficult only because some of us are used to Amazon prime instant gratification haha. Wonderful experience.

This is my first encounter with gadget guard; I've used several other tempered glass services before but upon the purchase of a new phone, the AT&T store talked me into this brand. Less than a week on my phone, the edge of the glass developed a small chip. This happened while o was standing in the bathroom doing my makeup... no major drops, bumps, falls... just the phone slipping out of my hand 3 inches above the counter top and the glass broke. Glad it was there Incase my phone glass could've broke but I also feel like it really shouldn't have chipped from such a small encounter. Anyways, ordered replacement immediately on 10/15/18, and received it 10/27/18. Slowest delivery of all the services I've used which is pretty annoying because everyone know the screen protector continues to crack over time, thus making my phone screen more vulnerable. Not impressed, and disappointed in multiple things with my first use of this screen protector.
They corrected all of my issues promptly at no extra charge. Thanks for helping me get a new replacement that wasn't shattered.

I have purchased three separate protection screens over the last 5 years, 2 for iPhones & one for Android. I like the part where you can get free replacements, however when you are having to order them two sometimes three times a year and the S/H costs have gone up is it really cost effective?
All I can say great screen protector company. If anything happens to you're Gadgetguard screen protector all you have to do is sign into your account at there website and order a replacement screen and just pay for shipping and that's it. Easy has 1 2 3. Shipping was super fast. I took it into Sprint and they put it on NO CHARGE. Great company.
