Gadget Guard

The first one was awesome, the replacement, I don't know what happened. We had it put on, about a week ago, the phone is now cracked, and the screen proctor is not sticking... However, it has been one of the best screen proctors that we have used.

I contacted the company and initially had difficulty as they were updating the phone system. I ended up emailing the company and received a prompt response. I had some difficulty with getting logged in. When I did get in I was able to order a replacement easily. I just needed to pay shipping. Since I am not sure how being in my purse could cause the original to break, I am really uncertain as to the quality of the product.

Filing a claim was easy, shipping was fast. Screen protector is awesome. The lifetime warranty is what makes this product absolutely worth the cost. There are cheaper options but none come with the lifetime warrant.

So easy and straightforward to get a replacement... although it was concerning how easily the screen protector broke. I have no complaints about the replacement policy but wish the product was a little more burly

Always great products from Gadget. I have been using their screen protectors since the iPhone 7+ and have recommended the brand to all my friends and family who need/want a screen protector for their phone!

This is probably 1 of the best companies I have ever worked with my Daughter has broken her Gadgetguard covering a number of times and they have always replaced it with no problems would highly recommend them to anyone

The lifetime guarantee screen protector broke within a month without even dropping it! I put the phone in my pocket with my keys and it broke. Not a very good product. At least they sent me another one and I paid only shipping charges. Honestly I think they should pay the shipping charges also.

Excellent customer service-thanks! This is my 3rd iphone screen protector-BUT, phone is intact without a scratch! The black ice edition looks amazing on the phone and each time I've broken the screen protector, there has been no damage to the underlying screen. Gadgetguard is extremely quick with sending me a replacement screen protector and it was easy to request. Now I need to get one for my ipad!

They say its a lifetime guarantee but charge $10 to ship something that could go in an envelope. Product works well but they are ripping people off for a replacement. My phone fell off the couch and hit the carpet. The protector cracked. No big deal. But $10 for a replacement is a scam.

Kind of a bummer that B Mobile has changed to this process but it worked out fine. The kit seems pretty comprehensive, but I chose to take it to my store and have them take care of it since they do it every day.

I received my order in a reasonable amount of time, however, I paid $50.00 at the store to protect my screen and it cracked shortly after that. I paid $10.00 for a lifetime guarantee product only to receive it damage. It was replaced at no cost. Customer Service was good but the product itself is expensive and doesn't have the quality of a screen protection that I would expect for the price I have paid.

With the high cost of screen protectors these days, Gadge Guards warranty is awesome. If it breaks they will replace it for only the cost of shipping no matter how many times you break the screen protector you'll always get a new replacement for a very reasonable shipping charge. Can't go wrong with that unless you'd rather pay quite a bit more for a new screen protector.

The website was very easily accessible as well as the warranty process. I agree with some other reviews that the protector does crack easily as I had it on my phone less than 24 hours and an object gently tapped the corner and cracked it. #2 is still holding strong and I received it very quickly.

Keeps phone screen from cracking it breaking but gadget guard protector cracks and breaks way too easily. It also pulls away from the phone glass in less than a month and leaves bubbles and space along the edges.

Gadget guard is the bomb! The made it super easy to register my product. AND even easier to make a claim. My product came quickly. Everything was perfect! Thank you! (I bought a glass protector for my iPhone)

I am hoping the new screen I just received will not crack as easily as my past gadgetguard screen. Also, the screen guard would be better if it was a little bit bigger to cover all sides of my IPhone screen.
