Yup phone cracked with there product on it. My stuff was registered but they can't find it. I've given them proof of everything buying there product. They won't warranty. Only have email communication so you can't talk with anyone.
Yes I did received a new screen protector after I placed for a replacement and that replacement arrived damaged. Thanks to Krista for acting fast and sending me a new one. I've always been a fan of their black ice edition screen protector since I bought my very first one. I've tried many other brands, but nothing beat gadget guards and to even have a excellent customer service, that's the real deal.
Have had this screen protector for 2 years, have broken the actual protector twice and my screen has been fine. They sent a replacement for the protector within 3 days. A little expensive at first but worth the price when the company replaces as needed. Have recommended this product to several friends and family members.

What you get is what the product really is, it's a really strong. My sons iPhone is a good description of how excellent the gadget guard screens are he phone is always falling, but it doesn't crack like other screen when it drops, like the fourth or fifth time it beaks yeah but lucky its only the top glass not your phone screen. I say because I've been a custermer since 2016.
I have needed to get replacement glass screens a couple of times now from GadgetGuard. Every time I place a warranty request I receive a new screen guard very quickly. They are responsive and do exactly what they say they will do.
I ordered a screen protector, when I got it and opened it, it was broke, they gladly replaced it no questions asked. I'd rather order from them than purchase a screen protector at a phone store or other retailer. Overall very satisfied with gadget guard a d will order from them again in the future
I was sent the wrong screen protector. It looks like it would fit the back of the phone (notch in corner) but the packaging says fits Apple iphone 8. I'm hopeful Gadgetguard will take another shot at sending the correct screen protector.

I have always appreciated the Customer Service I have received from Gadget Guard. I am not sure if it is the phones we have purchased this year but I have had more problems with screen protectors in the last 6 months than I have had in the last several years. My daughter received screen protector and it will not seal all the way. This is the best they could get it.
I recieved my new screen protector within a few days of placing the order, as expected and the process was quick and easy. By the next day there was a slight crack across the screen and the top right corner is smashed up just from being in my jeans pocket. I already can't even take selfies cause of the cracks. I'll need to order another replacement and pay another $8 shipping fee and I haven't even had it a week!

This is the second guard I have replaced in 2 months due to the shield splinting-as I call it. The edges get shards of tiny glass and they have sliced my fingers! Not fun and I sent an email to customer service but was sent a generic one back.If this one does the same thing, I will be looking for another protector.
This is the second time I had to replace the guard. Granted, I did drop the phone, but, it has a RokForm case on it so the actual screen didn't hit anything. Seems to crack pretty easy. I understand the other reviews about having to pay shipping, but, that's still cheaper than buying a new one. Very satisfied with the warranty coverage.
I love the gadget guard screen protector. However, the replacement screen for my broken one arrived already broken. I've contacted GadgetGuard through their website for resolution. UPDATE 6/4/20 - Gadget Guard has shipped me another replacement! Thank You Folks!

Excellent product. However after 14 months it developed a small crack. My wireless provider told me to contact Gadget Guard, because it had a lifetime warranty. But, I had neglected to register the guard when it was purchased. Despite this the folks at Gadget Guard replaced the guard an I paid only the cost of shipping it to me.
I am very pleased with guard and particularly the follow-up service.
I have accidentally dropped my phone several times with no damage done. A few weeks ago though it slipped from my hand and fell so hard onto the pavement that I knew it would be badly broken. The only damage done was cracks to my gadgetguard. It saved my phone!
Always on time delivery, always a quality product received. I only wish you would allow us to order more than one replacement per order. Instead, you require separate orders and charge separate shipping. Obviously you are making your money on the shipping in order to cover your "free replacement" costs.

We are sorry for any frustration our shipping and handling fee has caused you. The truth is, we used to allow multiples. Unfortunately, there were many who took advantage of this and were ordering more than what would be reasonable as a replacement. In addition, by charging for one at a time, it ensures we cover our costs and makes it easier for the customer, so that we don't have to ask you to fill out a claim form, prove the damage occurred during normal use or send the guard back to us (which may also have associated costs).
We keep this cost as low as we can. We also cover things like damage during installation. We hope this helps to make more sense of our policy.

For every phone i have had i have always bought. Gadget guard protector screen. I don't know if the weather. An affect it or not, but when Igor it and put it on, the bottom right corner won't stick and all around the edges won't stick. I have never had a problem with any of their product.

I have dropped my phone so many times and slowly picked it up in fear of what damage I might find done to my screen... only to find absolutely nothing! Not even a scratch! This protector does wonders, and even in the most extreme cases in which the protector has finally broken, it absorbs all of the shock and leaves the phone completely unharmed. Plus, with the lifetime warranty, all I have to do is pay $5 for shipping and my phone can be safe once again! If youre on the fence, just pay the money and get this protector, it is 100% more than worth it!
I ordered a screen protector for my galaxy note 8 and received it without a problem. The screen saver keeps breaking so ask them why. They answered my question, came up with a result and am now waiting for the new improved screen saver. So far this company has been hands on and I appreciate how they have handled this problem. Their product so far has been good and am looking forward to the new improved product.
My order was filled and shipped super fast, my only complaint is it didn't seal to my phone properly and a corner is collecting dust under it already. This was a replacement shield and it just isn't the same as the original. Maybe it's installer error? Idk, I have placed dozens of these types of shields on phones and never had this problem. :(
Despite the wrong screen size being sent (I needed an IPhone X replacement they sent a 6/7/8 even after I confirmed my order being an iPhone X) the customer service was great and is sending me out a new proper size screen protector at no additional cost or return of the wrong product! They were prompt and polite and apologetic! Accidents happen so that's why I still would give them 4 stars
Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
