I actually don't want to be a negative Nancy, because I don't want to damage the rep of the artist. I purchased the VIP pkg after purchasing my tix. Two days before the concert, I hadn't received any specifics on what to do/where to go. So I reached out and received an email back (pretty quickly) apologizing for overlooking my purchase and then sending me directions. I was shocked that my purchase was overlooked but we are all human. I was grateful they responded quickly to my email.
Now for a $140 meet & greet, I was hoping for time with the Artist to chat. But instead it was a rushed picture & then ushered away. I would've understood had there been a long line of folks but there were only 3 of us and the artist wasn't going on stage until after the openers...so not for about 2hrs (since we were allowed in early).
Speaking of being let in early. It was great picking up our merch ahead of time. The merch was even cool (a bag, signed pic and vip lanyard)...maybe a tshirt could have been thrown in for the price. But once we got in, we literally could only stand there for 45min before being escorted to the vip room. And even when we got there we had to wait another 40min. Just weird to wait for so long just to be rushed to take a 60sec pic and then rushed out. Would have liked a more personalized experience as advertised. I probably won't purchase again but then again this artist was worth getting a pic with. Just wish I'd had time to at least chat with them or tell them thank you for their gift of music.
Finally, advertised that we would get our pic with the artist within 72 hr and it's been more than a week...still nothing. Again customer service was quick with a reply but it makes it hard to know I spent so much and have to wait so long for pics when the actual pics they took of the artist backatage were posted on her social media site the same evening...with the same phone. Esp since there were only 3 of us meeting the artist. 72 hrs doesn't seem so bad to get up 3 photos. But oh well...
Check in to receive merch was from 5:45-7:15 and I showed up at 6:30 and they said they closed up and shut down. Was told to email (knowing they would not do anything) and that's exactly what happened. Just buy a normal ticket if you go thru them
I got VIP Tickets for Giveon's concert that included merch. I submitted my sizing back in July and got word from other people attending that their merchandise arrived in September. I emailed their customer service in October and they said they would have it shipped to me. It's been over a month now and they're "currently dealing with an influx of orders" so my order is even further delayed. Horrible company. Do not order from them.
If I could give them a 0 I would. Never received my VIP merchandise, been getting the run around from them. Bunch of scam artists. Don't buy anything from this company!
I see I am not alone and only wished I had thought to review this outfit before spending over $400 on "VIP" package for Flogging Molly and The Interrupters. The show was incredible and so much fun. I have been emailing with this company for 2 weeks now.
Here's the worst of what happened: At the end of the show we found a guy sitting at an unmarked table with boxes of merch on the floor labeled "VIP". We approached him, waived our useless passes at him and asked if we could get our shirts. He said "No, you have to go to the meet and greet and then come back to get your stuff." WTF? Curious, we went back to the floor and were corralled along with about 20 others into a caged off area and were told to wait. 45 minutes later a woman came up to us and said, "You can respond to what I'm about to tell you with a '$#*! off', I don't care." She told us there would be no meet and greet and we were to leave and stop by the table to get our merch. We waited in this line for 15 minutes and then just left.
And now I'm in an email back and forth with someone named Mecca from this company.
Biggest waste of time and money- we had a general admission experience for a VIP price.
Went to the STYX, REO Speedwagon and Loverboy concert almost 4 month's ago and have received nothing. In the original VIP Package it stated you'd get your merch in 2-3 weeks. No I get nothing but excuses! Firend of mine wants to file a class action lawsuit because so many people are in the same boat. Many are now waiting for 2-3 different VIP Packages. Will leave info if he does.
I purchase 3 VIP Experience tickets for the Lany show through #ticketmaster #lany #futurebeats #vip there was no instructions on when to arrive and what to expect I had to call #calcoastampitheatre for instructions. First of let me preface with we absolutely love Lany (great concert) other than what we paid for with the VIP Experience (which was absolutely horrible) we got to the venue of which we were the last ones in and we got a stupid T-shirt and a laminate (which does nothing at all) oh and a cd, no signed poster and they took group picture which we still don't have. We were supposed to actually meet and greet (never happened) after 40 mins we were told to leave the stadium (never got the opportunity to purchase merch) the young lady who was in charge should never of been employed for this company (she made things so much worse) so we had to leave and stay out in the sun for another 75 mins or which we had to go back in line for another security search (wtf) I've emailed Ticketmaster which basically told me sorry not so sorry blamed it on the venue. Called the venue they explained the process of who is at fault. So it is between the BAND (who I don't even think knows this $#*! goes on with their fans) and future beats fan experience. Listen I've been through live nation and their experiences (which are awesome) but hands down this was the absolute worst VIP Experience I've ever paid for. These tickets were gifts to grown $#*! kid and his girlfriend because this was their favorite band. Which left us with a bad taste in our mouths.
I purchase a VIP ticket to a Rob Zombie "Freaks on Parade" tour in April of 2022. This VIP ticket included merchandise to be shipped directly to me. It is now end of September 2022, after the concert, over 5 months after payment & redemption, still no merchandise or shipping info. Reached out to Future Beat multiple times, only received computer generated responses. Customer service sucks! Don't ever purchase any additional VIP Merchandise from Future Beat! They suck, you won't get what you paid for!
Horrible experience, poorly customer service, I would never do buisness. I hate leaving bad reviews. No such thing for VIP it's bs. Don't waste your money. I was even supposed to get merchandise and they never gave it to us and said to email them. Which I did and the problem still hasn't been resolved.
Went to STYX / REO in June. Bought my VIP tickets in December. VIP package did not arrive as of August 15th! 9 months! Sent 4 emails no response. Sent final email with intent to call Attny Gen and BBB. Next day I received a response. Received VIP package on 8/27. Future Beat is horrible and T-Master should quit doing business with them. Get packages to consumers within a reasonable time. Before the shows would be great. I will NEVER go through FB again. Many other cust complaints as well. Try hiring a Managing staff that cares and get rid of current leadership. Garbage service.

I signed up for the Valli VIP package in Philadelphia that included a tote bag, etc. This was May and I still haven't received them in mid-July. They have no phone number or email address on their website!
Bought Melissa Etheridge tickets with Photo Op Package December 2021 for an April concert as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Package added $400 to the cost of the tickets ($640 total) but included the photo opp with Melissa, T-shirts, autographed poster and bunch of other stuff. Very cool. We both have loved Melissa since the early 90's. We were so excited! Got an email with a redemption code for t-shirt sizes in March 2022... redeemed both codes right away. The emails said that the merchandise might arrive after the concert. No big whoop. A few days before the concert in April, she tested positive for Covid. The day of the concert, I was still testing negative, but I knew I had been exposed. We both chose to do the right thing and not put Melissa or other concert goers at risk. We missed the photo op and the concert. Last week, I still had no word on the merchandise. I wrote Future Beat - there is no way to contact them except for *******@future-beat.com - clue that they are probably a very bad organization. Got a note back from support saying they were processing my order and would send me tracking when my order was shipped but they couldn't give me any idea when my order would ship. Processing can take "many many weeks". They had my money for six months. The concert was a month before I reached out to them and thats the best they could do. I have continued to write them and they are unresponsive. How is that anything more than a scam? They get to have my $400 and deliver on what I purchased whenever they want or never? I am now in contact with Melissa's fan liaison who says she is contact with Melissa's management team. On Monday, I will file a fraud claim with my bank and reach out to the CA attorney general, as the company is in CA. Really really gross.
In the future, I would rather miss out on a VIP experience than deal with these people. I have not heard back from them and my show is on Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I have a job, and the show is literally on a week day during a time people work I have been trying to find out when so THAT I CAN TAKE TIME OFF. BUT IT IS LITERALLY THURSDAY AND PROBABLY TOO LATE FOR ME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWFUL.
Absolutely terrible. I purchased tickets a while back for a concert & purchased VIP tickets. When i bought the tickets off the theaters website where the concert will be it did NOT say the VIP tickets were sold by a different company or who the company was. When I bought the tickets a meet & greet & photo was included, which is why I bought them. Well that was removed because of covid, which I understand. But with that removed, I want my money back. I'm not getting what I payed for. Of course they denied me. They said it says VIP tickets can change in their policy, but again, the site I purchased them from does not say that. Rather that's the fault of the theater or theirs i'm not sure. There is a reason this company has terrible reviews. If you ever purchase VIP tickets do your research! I would strongly recommend not buying them if Future beats is running it.
I am attending the Ghost concert. My roommates and I all have the anointed VIP experience. We bought the tickets back in September and A WEEK BEFORE THE TOUR you dropped restrictions that we were not aware of when purchasing these expensive tickets. The early access we were promised I heard is gone when the meet and greet for papa is during Volbeats set. This is not what we paid for we would like to demand a partial refund or compensation. This is ridiculous for the amount you charged us. Bad business practice and this was just a mess.
Attended an REO Speedwagon Concert in Tulsa on October 9th 2021. Purchased two VIP packages. Have never received the merchandise I have paid for. Kept being told it would come. I would stick to tickets only and stay away from VIP packages.
I would give Future Beat a minus 5 in rating if it were possible and this is in all areas of the business. I went to the Franki Valli concert at Mystic Lake Casino the end of September and I still have not received my VIP package of merchandise. They keep giving me the run around and so I gave them notice that if I did not have my merchandise by December 15,2021 I would refer their organization to the Minnesota Attorney General's office for investigation. I have not received my merchandise as of today which is December 19,2021 so I am gathering my information to send the Minnesota Attorney General
Attended a Melissa Ethridge concert a month ago (VIP Package); received confirmation email regarding package items 3 weeks ago. Made an inquiry last week & received a response that no time line is available for when items will be shipped.
I will never attend another event this company is involved with! Absolutely unacceptable in all aspects.
