My husband has been a huge Styx fan for years and I have also loved REO Speedwagon and Don Felder. We have been to several concerts but could only afford grass seats. This year for our anniversary and Birthdays, I splurged and bought the VIP package with great seats for the July concert. The seats were great and it was a great concert but that is all. No VIP treatment was received and we still have not received one piece of merchandise. Would have loved to at least had the new shirt for the concert.
Of course, all Future-Beat has is an email, no phone number to be found. At first I was getting responses via email. Once I asked for a phone number to get this all cleared up, they stopped responding all together. They might as well change their name to Dead-Beat.
VERY DISAPPOINTING,
MJ
I purchased 3 VIP packages for a show on May 5th= 2 weeks later I finally get order codes& then follow up emails - I got excuses, I've reported them to BBB & as of June 15th, I still have not received 1 single item
I've been also contacted by friends who had purchased packages prior to mine & same exact experience& they are still awaiting delivery
DO NOT PURCHASE VIP TICKETS FROM THEM!
I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM MY VIP PACKAGE!
I BOUGHT INSURNCE AND NOW THEY SAY NO REFUNDS! THAT'S A BUNCH OF BS!
I purchased 2 vip concert ticket seats for Reo Speedwagon at the Casinorama entertainment center in Barrie Ontario Canada - I have emailed Ticketmaster every week since June 8 2019 and Ticketmaster replied that they are having problems contacting this firm not only for for my concert date but " a few other VIP package venues and performances also have not received VIP merchandise " SHAMEFUL-RIP OFF ALERT
This vendor was not prepared and we did not receive OUR VIP gifts in BUFFALO NY! We waited before and after the show! The man was not very nice and wouldn't give any information!
Please refund a portion of our funds OR mail the four VIP GIFTS we should've received.
Thank you,
Thank you for reaching out! It is our goal here at Future Beat to provide the best possible service for our guests and are sincerely sorry to hear if anyone ever feels this has not been the case. We checked with the appropriate parties to inquire about whether there were any issues with merchandise distribution at this show and our records indicate a high level of check-in and merchandise distribution to guests. Our staff was located at the VIP table near the main merchandise stand. We apologize for any confusion you may have experienced at the show. As the items were provided at the show, we do specifically note that merchandise cannot be shipped post show and these packages are all sold as non-refundable per the purchase policy. Feel free to reach back with any further questions or concern.
Thanks,
Carla
This organization sucks! If there was an option to pick less than 1 star, I would. Read the other reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! VIP package was $199 and the only real thing you get is a seat in 1st 10 rows. You could buy that for $89-$99 only. The merchandise arrives extremely late -- after the show. The quality is less than Dollar Store. The T-shirts are horrible; terrible quality, not unique, and no VIP feel at all. Shirts at concerts are way better. The other crap they try to peddle is just that -- crap. I mean, we got lanyards that are just black shoestrings and the VIP Laminate is like a freakin' work badge. The supposed special edition poster is just a poster -- not limited, not numbered, nothing special. Some merchandise was "switched" so we didn't even get what we paid for. There is no phone number to reach customer service and the "brush off" is their game. I am going to contact Northern Quest Casino, the actual concert venue and see what they say about this supposed "VIP Package." I am also going to see how to start a class action lawsuit. This place has got to be shut down and made to pay for the scams they get away with. STAY AWAY!
Show was in Atlanta still haven't received any worn on packages they have sent pack mule by now! Wont ever purchase anything from future beat again! Avoid them like the plague!

Hi,
I've still not received my Iron Maiden VIP package for Sunday this week.
Please can you give me some feedback as to when the stuff is arriving.
Owen
WE FINALLY REC'D OUR VIP PKG 2 MONTHS AFTER THE SHOW. THE TSHIRTS AND BAG WERE CHEAP AND GENERIC, TO THE POINT I WOULD NEVER WEAR OUR USE THEM. I PAID OVER 600.00 FOR 2 VIP TICKETS ONLY TO GET RIPPED OFF! I WILL NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH FUTURE BEATS AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE SUED! I WILL PUT ALL OF THIS ALL OVER EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA I CAN FIND. FUTURE BEAT IS A JOKE... BUYER BEWARE... THEY ARE A RIPP OFF. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR... THERE SHOULD BE NEGATIVES IN THE RATING!
I can say point blank my VIP experience at the Styx show in Savannah was nothing special! I did receive my 2nd row ticket from etix a week before the show... With VIP package written all over it. I arrive at the venue to find no merchandise and no one knows what I'm talking about? The band I'm in opened for Styx the last time they played the Johnny Mercer theatre so I knew the band's management. I tried to help a lady in tears as this was her husband's anniversary gift. I confirmed from the band that Styx had nothing to do with it. I did get her a shirt and Styx bag.
Future-beat waited until 7:23pm just before the show to email concert attendees of the redemption process needed to get your merchandise! To that point I knew nothing of this company. For what it's worth I received a ticket double the price that was not 3rd row but actually 12 rows from the stage because of orchestra pit seats in front of me. No merchandise no nothing just a way overpriced seat with no perks whatsoever. A true waste of money from w company who says they provide a true vip experience. Garbage. Not holding my breath on receiving anything! Save your money go to Styx website buy the fan club pack at least you'll get something it's the same thing these jokes offer!
After I made my complaints I finally received my merchandise a month later after the show was OVER. When future beat sent me to their site with a link from an email for the t shirt sizes you don't get any choices to pick from. There are no choices of different t shifts to pick from or to pick out merchandise that comes with the package.
Anyway when the stuff arrived the t shifts are black with faded green and pink printing. The poster is small with the same black background with faded green and pink printing and so is the bookmarker. The VIP lanyard and laminated ticket were of good quality and so is the guitar pick set.
Other then that I'm still disappointed. There were no choices to pick from on their site and we couldn't wear the stuff at the concert because the items arrived a month after the show.
My advice to everyone is to buy the VIP seats only and buy merchandise at the venue. You'll be happier that way because you'll have choices of items to choose from and the quality would be way better then the VIP packages.
Don't waste your money getting VIP packages with the artists. This company that is suppose to be shipping the merchandise with the VIP packages is a scam. It's been a month already since the concert I saw has been over. I had to contact the BBB. I don't know why the artists would use this company. It puts a damper on my fanship. Disappointed.
Not sure why Ticketmaster continues to affiliate themselves with this company. I purchased very expensive VIP tickets a gift for my wife and after purchase was only able to select to receive the tickets at Will Call. I normally always select to print tickets at home so that we have them in hand before driving to a show. I assumed at the time that maybe Will Call was the only option available because we must also be receiving the VIP merchandise (T-shirts, etc) at the show when we get the tickets. Then, a full 4 weeks after I purchased the tickets, and only one week before the show, I receive an email from Ticketmaster with redemption codes to order our VIP items from this company (FutureBeat). I placed the order but still have not received a confirmation email that the items have shipped. It is now two days before the show and it's obvious that the items will not be received before show time. I'm very disappointed that I purchased VIP tix and will not do so again. I can only hope that Ticketmaster will review their affiliation with this company and find a way to better serve their VIP customers.
I purchase 2 Black Crowes VIP packages and when I got to the venue they were gone. I only purchased the bottom VIP package with only chackies from the Black Crowes to the tune of $150 over th ticket price. I followed the directions on the email they sent and when I asked the event staff where they were they called manager at the location and they said that they had packed up and split about 15 minutes before they were supposed to. Of course when I emailed (you can't find a phone number because I am sure they get 1000s of these types of complaints) they sent an automated reply that they don't ship items (basically TS).
I did find out that they sold to On Location Live so if you can get a phone number there you may make some headway but they also have no phone. I did have on helpful Customer service rep offer to send me a tote and a flask (less than half of what I paid for). I declined because I would rather file a BBB report and a small claims case and also post how $#*!ty they are as a company. DO NOT BUY THE VIP EXPERIENCE!
Pic of the most expensive lanyards in historty...:-( Had confirmation email at time of purchase saying everything will be given at the Lynyrd Skynyrd meet and greet, So travelled 12,000 miles round trip from UK and spent £6,000 on tickets and travel and hotel for this once in a lifetime experience. Only to have an email for FUTURE BEAT 2 days before event, ( by this time we had landed and were setting in hotel) Saying that there is nothing at the event apart from a Lanyard, and that they need to ship everything out to us, The whole point of coming was getting the merchandise and guitars at point and meeting the band and making good memories. If we had been told at the beginning of purchase that there would be no merchandise and that they had lied to us then we never would have came, saved ourselves £6K, and book to see them at a gig only 12 miles from my home in June 2019, which would only cost a few hundred pounds. We have been sold a package that was not there, so they are either thieves or fraudsters, either way whatever they are doing is definitely criminal, I have contacted BBB, awaiting response but I definitely want to make this public on a massive scale as it appears they do this to so many people and they need taking down.
Bought VIP for Post Malone, concert was Feb 9th, still haven't received my merchandise. This company is a scam!
Answer: They suck! Don't buy the VIP, its a waste of money...
Answer: I filled out mine Aug 20 and have not received anything to this day.
Answer: How in the world is that considered a VIP experience?
Answer: Hi Jody! A We apologize that we did not receive your message in May, we just recently claimed our business page on Sitejabber. The details for the Bristol show date were sent to fans on May 31st and a reminder on June 2nd. We hope you had a great time at the show and preshow party!

Hello Owen! All Iron Maiden VIP merchandise items were distributed on the day of the show. The VIP details email that was sent to the email address provided at purchase provided information on the check in time and location to pick up the merchandise items. Were you able to receive your merchandise? Please let us know. We have the Iron Maiden merchandise items at our office that we would be happy to send to you if you did not receive your items on the day of the show.
We apologize that we did not receive your message at the time in May. We just recently claimed our business page on Sitejabber.
