I purchased super expensive Post Malone Runway Tour VIP experience tickets and first off they mailed the merch which kind of sucked but the show was amazing. I finally got the merch in the mail almost 2 months later after the show and there were no lanyards in the package. It really makes me mad since besides the good seats, the lanyards are why we get VIP. I've been collecting them from almost 20 VIP show experiences and this totally blows since those tickets were the most I've ever paid for a non meet and greet VIP ever. Really disappointing when you have waited so long to even receive anything from your so called VIP experience.
After the review appeared, Future-Beat contacted me concerning my dissatisfaction with the VIP package for Ringo's show, apologizing and explaining the delay and the details of how their company manages these packages. They sent me another package of Ringo items - and with every connection, correspondence, and item sent, personalized attention was completed with the professionalism and consideration of a most worthy and honorable business. Thank you, Future-Beat!
I bought 2 VIP package tickets in April 2017 for Ringo's Atlanta Fox Theatre show on 11 Nov 2017 for $594.95. The tickets, as I found out were only $290 of this amount, the rest, $304.95 was for Future Beat and their pathetic package which finally arrived yesterday, 5+ weeks after the show. What a disappointment, a rip-off, and total frustration! All the e-mails to which they actually responded were automated - same stuff about a delay in getting the T-shirts in; otherwise, I was ignored. They should be brought up on charges of defrauding the public. No contact info other than their e-mail - but why should they care? They've had the money pocketed for months. My friend bought a T-shirt and tote bag at the show, with a total price of $45. Same basic items in the package, with a worthless lanyard - not one picture of Ringo at all.
I went to yes's website and bought a meet and greet for Jon Anderson and recived tickets to the other half of yes with Steve Howe. I have called and sent messages with no response hoping they would correct the mistake by getting me a meet and greet to the show in Kettering. I have had to buy another tix to the show tonight but guess I will not get to meet Jon and co. Like MANY others in cleavland that had the same thing happen to them.so I spent 300$ on the meet and greet plus gas and a room in cleavland. This will be the very last time!
Concert over a month ago and havent even recieved notification of my package shipping, also customer service sends an automated response and nothing after
After I made my complaints I finally received my merchandise a month later after the show was OVER. When future beat sent me to their site with a link from an email for the t shirt sizes you don't get any choices to pick from. There are no choices of different t shifts to pick from or to pick out merchandise that comes with the package.
Anyway when the stuff arrived the t shifts are black with faded green and pink printing. The poster is small with the same black background with faded green and pink printing and so is the bookmarker. The VIP lanyard and laminated ticket were of good quality and so is the guitar pick set.
Other then that I'm still disappointed. There were no choices to pick from on their site and we couldn't wear the stuff at the concert because the items arrived a month after the show.
My advice to everyone is to buy the VIP seats only and buy merchandise at the venue. You'll be happier that way because you'll have choices of items to choose from and the quality would be way better then the VIP packages.
Don't waste your money getting VIP packages with the artists. This company that is suppose to be shipping the merchandise with the VIP packages is a scam. It's been a month already since the concert I saw has been over. I had to contact the BBB. I don't know why the artists would use this company. It puts a damper on my fanship. Disappointed.
Cant get over the fantastic after service for our VIP package to see Iron Maiden.
Brilliant company to deal with.
I wish Id read the small print re. Tickets though - but thats my fault.
But the BIP doo was really great.

I have purchased VIP packages through a few different companies before and so far I have had the best experiences with Future Beat. My most recent VIP experience was with G3 where I had my guitars signed, got to meet the guys, and had an awesome backstage tour! In the past I have bought the Iron Maiden per show party package and the merchandise was actually very cool! A lot of unique and collectible items. Id highly recommend this team. They think about what the fans want not just the artist.
Company fixed my problem they now get a five star review because they stepped up to the plate and fixed my problem with a smile. I will still use their service because of the fact they really do seem to care. The new package is indeed different that the last one again exactly as they promised. Way to go Future beat!
I have been in contact with company they have fixed all but one item which I wont go into. The short of it is that they are trying to make good and that's all I ask. When they have made 100% good they will get 5 stars by me for making the extra effort. Ronald Scott
Purchased styx package way back Oct 25th 2017 still as of February 19th haven't received their package. Nothing but lip service. They overcharge for ticket packages and you don't get your stuff for months and months. This is a worthless shill TICKETMASTER SHOULD BE ASHAMEDFOR TEAMING UP WITH THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY!
Over two months later, still have not received merchandise that was ordered on June 19,2014. The company's representative, Nikki Burnstein, has not provided me with a satisfactory explanation as to why my merchandise is still missing and what I can do about it. I'm fed up and I'm reaching out to others to warn them to avoid these scammers!
I went to a concert and the merchandise wasnt available for my meet n greet (guessing sold out- I understand) but I e mailed Future-Beat and they were responsive and informed me they would mail my items! They kept their word! That was more important to me as a consumer. I may have waited but it was worth it. I couldnt be happier! Thank you!
Future Beat were so helpful when I requested an exchange on my VIP Package. I had double booked the day I was meant to attend the gig, so they offered to refund me the original package if I were to buy another for the date I am available. They resolved my issue within an hour of looking into it. Receiving this type of hospitality over email correspondence reassures me that the VIP experience will be dealt with the same level of diligence and care. Really excited to meet H. E. R on 8th March now! Thank you so much! :)
Paid for VIP package and at show was told poster would be mailed. Over a month and NO poster. Contacted Future Beat; they claim posters were given at show. Blatant LIE. Initiated chargeback with CC company. These guys are unprofessional, and con artists.
Same situation as many other buyers, it appears. Spent $850 on this VIP package, and have received NONE of the merch. When reaching out to them, they give a vague response that doesn't address when I will be getting my merch. Post was amazing, but the overall VIP experience has been crap!
They claim to care about there costumers and say they want them happy but after complaining about not getting a picture or even getting to meet him after I paid for vip meet and greet they told me nothing could be done and all sales are final. The customer service sucks. They way they handled this situation is so ridiculous.
My husband & I went to the 311 and The Offspring concert this past weekend at the Winstar Casino in Ok. We bought VIP seats and it was 100% worth it. Future Beat automatically entered all VIP ticket holders into a raffle to go backstage and win an autographed guitar by every member of The Offspring. We Won! At first, I didn't believe it but once we got to the venue the entire Future Beat staff treated us like royalty. Big shout out to Chris who handled everything. The Offspring actually played the guitar during the concert and then signed it! We hung out backstage and met some of the band members friends and spent the entire concert right up front or backstage - we could go anywhere we wanted. Best experience ever - Thank you so much! Jen & Jay:-)
I see I am not alone and only wished I had thought to review this outfit before spending over $400 on "VIP" package for Flogging Molly and The Interrupters. The show was incredible and so much fun. I have been emailing with this company for 2 weeks now.
Here's the worst of what happened: At the end of the show we found a guy sitting at an unmarked table with boxes of merch on the floor labeled "VIP". We approached him, waived our useless passes at him and asked if we could get our shirts. He said "No, you have to go to the meet and greet and then come back to get your stuff." WTF? Curious, we went back to the floor and were corralled along with about 20 others into a caged off area and were told to wait. 45 minutes later a woman came up to us and said, "You can respond to what I'm about to tell you with a '$#*! off', I don't care." She told us there would be no meet and greet and we were to leave and stop by the table to get our merch. We waited in this line for 15 minutes and then just left.
And now I'm in an email back and forth with someone named Mecca from this company.
Biggest waste of time and money- we had a general admission experience for a VIP price.
Purchased two meet and greet ZZ TOP tickets. Over 30 days and Still have not received my
Merchandise. Have been in contact with a * who is a representative of Future
Beat. She can never seem to get her story straight about where my merchandise is and continues to give me the runaround. I paid over 700.00 dollars for these tickets! Let me also mention the fact that my photo with ZZ TOP was completely horrible. The image is not even in focus and the so called "photographer" was kind enough to add the venues employees in my picture with the band. I will probable never have another opportunity to meet ZZ TOP again. This experience was the worst I've ever had. BUYER BEWARE!

We purchased a vip tour package for a Ringo Starr concert in Madrid. We received a mail from them saying that the merchandising would be delivered, that an email with a code would be sent, but that wasnt true. We spent a lot of money just for a seat but anything else. There is not an answer either, any email explaining what has happened with the items. I am soooooo angry
Through Ticketmaster I purchased a Styx vip tour package for one of their show dates in Vegas. The perks of my package was that it included seats close to the stage and exclusive merchandise. For me the merchandise portion was important bec. The items in the package were items that were not at the merch booths at the show. Everything arrived as expected and in great condition.
I went to a Linkin Park and 30 seconds to mars concert for vip tickets and 2 months later NO merchandise unbelievable...(merch is expensive btw). I contacted them (... cricket sounds). Next time im buying from the band`s personal vip service._ not sponsers or affliations. I feel like there is no proper organization

The VIP details email that is sent to fans a few days prior to the show date notes how the merchandise items will be distributed to VIPs. Please note that merchandise distribution varies per artist and show date. In some circumstances, the tour will plan to have the merchandise items picked up at the show however sometimes logistical issues will arise and the team will mail the merchandise items to fans. We apologize for any miscommunication and that you did not receive a poster.
Please let us know which artist and show date that this was in regards to so we can further assist you.
