We ordered very overpriced VIP packages for a Styx concert in Kettering Ohio that took place on July 23rd. Don't get me wrong it was a good show, but we paid extra for VIP merchandise. The handlers, Future Beat are a piss poor organization that does a terrible job of servicing you after taking your money.
If you are considering purchasing one of their sham packages, I implore you to save your money.
I bought great tickets to Peter Frampton in Wichita, Ks for show July 25th. Was supposed to be Meet and Greet, and all kinds of extras, tshirt, guitar pics, etc. Have never received an email about any of the above. The show was Fabulous! Just disappointed that we have been lied to and taken advantage of. Thanks Future-Beat! You SUCK!
I paid $290.00 for my ticket and was supposed to receive a package from Ringo that I never received. I have been sending them emails for 6 months and I have received nothing. I don't know who runs this rip off service but I want the merchandise I was promised or my money back! I find it hard to believe any respectful musician would ever condone this. These people suck! I gove them minus100% on everything.
Honestly... no need to read the negative reviews! Future Beat aided in the best concert experience I have had the opportunity to be part of - Foreigner! From the purchase of the tickets, to the actual night of the concert; Future Beat lived up to the excitement!
Our "VIP bag" came packed with all of the promised items, our 3rd row seats, and our Meet & Greet event = everything was flawless... did I mention the Meet & Greet was for Foreigner!?! Adore those guys!
Thanks to Future Beat, my Boyfriend and I had an incredible time and memories to cherish! Looking forward to our next gig! Thanks Future Beat!
Above and beyond customer service! While i was at the pre-show party I was so excited to be there and at the show that i completely forgot to pick up my merchandise before leaving. I was really upset because I was looking forward to receiving the items. I reached out to their customer service team and explained the situation and they were so helpful and offered to send me the items to my address at no additional cost. Thank you again for the great customer service and for always responding so quickly!
Dear Future beat you have stopped responding to my emails and I have to say I'm very upset. Lynyrd skynyrd was January 30. The excuses you have had just don't ring true anymore. This is the first and the last time I will ever do one of these packages and certainly don't recommend your company.
I had purchased VIP Post Malone tickets for my son - his first VIP experience. I did not realize that I had to order the VIP package and by the time I noticed I only had 3 days until the concert. Future Beat was great enough to overnight the package to my house! I offered to pay the overnight shipping fees, but they covered them for me. My package arrived the day of the concert and my son had a great time! Could not be happier!
I purchased THREE VIP J Cole KOD packages, each were over $250 dollars. The concert was in September and the packages were claimed before then. Not only were we not able to get the package in time for the concert, but it has been over two months and we have yet to receive anything. I have emailed them, FaceBook'd them (they responded to everyone else's comment but mine) and I even went as far at to write to them on Twitter and nothing. They have no customer service phone number so I guess this is how they do business. They promote these packages and make you pay a ridiculous amount of money and than don't care to respond or follow up with you. At this point, I am feeling scammed and am going to look for other venues of either getting my money back or receiving what I paid for but never again. This business is clearly not professional. Don't waste your time.
I attended the Post Malone meet & greet when he came to New York back in September and had such a good time. I felt like I had a lot of time to actually talk to posty and it didnt feel rushed at all. I also got a pic with him and a dope long sleeve shirt. The meet & greet was before the show which was nice because once the meet & greet ended we all got to go to the PIT area and hang before doors opened. I got to meet Post Malone, be right in front for his set, and got cool merch. Overall great time and will def be purchasing for his upcoming tour.
Bought 2 Parliament Funkadelic VIP tix and basically got nothing for it. At $50 extra each, I feel like I wasted $100. Was supposed to get a laminated ticket, nope. Was supposed to get some merch, still waiting for it to be mailed to me (WTF?) after almost 4 months... Customer service sucks, no explanation on the delay. Basically told me this is normal, again WTF? I go to shows a lot and this is the worst experience I've ever had. If you buy a VIP ticket you expect to experience some kind of VIP something. There was nothing. For $50 I could have bought merch there and had it the night of the show. Absolute waste of money! BEWARE!
In September I got to meet SZA at her show she had here in Phoenix. She was the most adorable human and was so happy to meet everyone! There were a lot of people there but she made it feel like a one on one once it was my turn to meet her. The package included a really cool dad hat that I rock a lot. I feel like I met her at the perfect time because it was right before she blew up and landed on the Coachella lineup.
First of all, I had to wait a whole month and a half for my VIP merchandise to arrive. As advertised, it said that I would receive my merchandise the day after the show. I truly think if it wasn't for me emailing and asking EVERY WEEK if my merch was gonna arrive, I wouldn't have even received it. Secondly, when I finally did get it, I was extremely dissappointed. They gave me some cheap bag with decorations that don't even make sense. So that's something I'll never use. They also said I would get a beer pong set. I got one cup and no ping pong balls. Nothing even says Post Malone's name on it. It just says "PM". Really?! How lazy! I do want to say that seeing Post was truly amazing but the whole VIP experience was not. It's sad that I spent my hard-owned money on this. I thought I was treating myself, but I definitely more so scammed myself by buying this package. This company is full of lies and disappointment. I highly do not recommend.
I bought a meet and greet and algo included merchandise, but i have been waiting for almost 5 months, and they just say, wait... and dont give me the second tracking number because is international shipping and the package was supposedly returned, and thay dont want to refound me.
Bought tickets in 2019 and still no VIP t-shirts after the Concert that was on October 2021. NO notification of when/where VIP Meet and Greet, so we missed it. NO response to e-mails except automated BS. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company.
I was getting worried about not receiving our preshow VIP laminates for the Lynyrd Skynyrd show in Jacksonville 9/2/2018 so I emailed future beat cause Ticketmaster said they just sell the packages and are not responsible for the shipping of the actual VIP packages. Attached is their response! Someone please tell me why would I want to receive this AFTER THE SHOW? What's the point of buying the package if you can't have it before the show? Total RIP OFF! Shame on Ticketmaster aligning themselves up with such a horrible company! No wonder they do not have a phone number! They just don't care!
I purchase 3 VIP Experience tickets for the Lany show through #ticketmaster #lany #futurebeats #vip there was no instructions on when to arrive and what to expect I had to call #calcoastampitheatre for instructions. First of let me preface with we absolutely love Lany (great concert) other than what we paid for with the VIP Experience (which was absolutely horrible) we got to the venue of which we were the last ones in and we got a stupid T-shirt and a laminate (which does nothing at all) oh and a cd, no signed poster and they took group picture which we still don't have. We were supposed to actually meet and greet (never happened) after 40 mins we were told to leave the stadium (never got the opportunity to purchase merch) the young lady who was in charge should never of been employed for this company (she made things so much worse) so we had to leave and stay out in the sun for another 75 mins or which we had to go back in line for another security search (wtf) I've emailed Ticketmaster which basically told me sorry not so sorry blamed it on the venue. Called the venue they explained the process of who is at fault. So it is between the BAND (who I don't even think knows this $#*! goes on with their fans) and future beats fan experience. Listen I've been through live nation and their experiences (which are awesome) but hands down this was the absolute worst VIP Experience I've ever paid for. These tickets were gifts to grown $#*! kid and his girlfriend because this was their favorite band. Which left us with a bad taste in our mouths.
I bought two Kenny Rogers VIP Package. Great show. Got photos. But have been sending emails requesting my package. No phone.no responce. Its like the other reviews. Scam artists/... BW
I bought tickets/VIP package for REO Speedwagon, way back in March. I received an email stating I would get the package before the event, which was on 9/25/18. Did not receive anything prior to the event but the day AFTER, I got an email with instructions to 'claim' my package. I did just that, contacted them asking how long it would be before I got the package and they "don't know..." they "have no idea". IF I had known that I wouldn't get the merchandise BEFORE the event, I certainly wouldn't have purchased it. Very expensive lesson. DON'T do business with them!
Sham, buy your tickets at an increased price for the "VIP Package Experience" with "merchandise" sent NEVER. Do not buy VIP Packages from Ticket Master without first determining which company is distributing or handling the so-called VIP Experience. If it is Future Beat, just buy tickets and forget the so-called VIP experience. Went to a concert in January 2018; tickets bought in September 2017. Was never told that the merchandise would arrive after the concert and you had to drag a promotion code out of this sham company to get merchandise already paid for. Two months later, no merchandise; in email responses they claim, "We apologize for the wait times you have been experiencing. There has been a delay with processing orders for shipment due to a couple of merchandise items going on backorder. More items are being produced and will be sent to our warehouse for fulfilment shortly. We are working closely with the merchandise vendors and our fulfillment team to process the remaining orders for shipment as soon as all package elements are restocked. Once your package ships out, you will receive an email with tracking information." There is no phone number anywhere, obviously so they do not have to deal with dissatisfied customers. They hope you will just forget the merchandise or it becomes such a hassle that you drop it. I will give it one more month then I will contact the authorities because of the scam and seek legal action.
Bought Melissa Etheridge tickets with Photo Op Package December 2021 for an April concert as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Package added $400 to the cost of the tickets ($640 total) but included the photo opp with Melissa, T-shirts, autographed poster and bunch of other stuff. Very cool. We both have loved Melissa since the early 90's. We were so excited! Got an email with a redemption code for t-shirt sizes in March 2022... redeemed both codes right away. The emails said that the merchandise might arrive after the concert. No big whoop. A few days before the concert in April, she tested positive for Covid. The day of the concert, I was still testing negative, but I knew I had been exposed. We both chose to do the right thing and not put Melissa or other concert goers at risk. We missed the photo op and the concert. Last week, I still had no word on the merchandise. I wrote Future Beat - there is no way to contact them except for *******@future-beat.com - clue that they are probably a very bad organization. Got a note back from support saying they were processing my order and would send me tracking when my order was shipped but they couldn't give me any idea when my order would ship. Processing can take "many many weeks". They had my money for six months. The concert was a month before I reached out to them and thats the best they could do. I have continued to write them and they are unresponsive. How is that anything more than a scam? They get to have my $400 and deliver on what I purchased whenever they want or never? I am now in contact with Melissa's fan liaison who says she is contact with Melissa's management team. On Monday, I will file a fraud claim with my bank and reach out to the CA attorney general, as the company is in CA. Really really gross.
Answer: They suck! Don't buy the VIP, its a waste of money...
Answer: I filled out mine Aug 20 and have not received anything to this day.
Answer: How in the world is that considered a VIP experience?
