I've done a lot of shopping at Furniture in Fashion and it is basically the only place I really shop. They have a wonderful policy, very helpful and I'm glad they're there. And they stand behind their product and if there is a problem like a partner thing, they fix it. I have complete confidence in them when I shop there. I don't have to worry about anything that's broken or something that needs to be replaced immediately. They're wonderful, very polite customer service and I've never come across anything different. They're always pleasant.

I've only made a couple of orders from Furniture in Fashion so far, but each experience has been fantastic. I plan on ordering more from Furniture in Fashion and have already recommended friends to order from here as well. Great company! Great Prices! Great Product!

I tried Furniture in Fashion and liked it after I used it for the first time. Their website was easy to navigate and they had a lot of good things on there. Their products, prices, quality, and availability are comparable to other stores that I considered. Moreover, I was able to take advantage of special discounts. I love shopping on FIF.

Furniture in Fashion has lots of choices and good prices. Had one return which was a design change on my part not a fault in the product and had no issues in doing that. I have been very happy using Furniture in Fashion for many items from Lighting to furniture.

We bought a beautiful leather bed. It is very comfortable and looks great. It arrived slightly damaged and I rang Furniture in Fashion who immediately offered to send me a replacement part or a partial refund. No hassle, very quick, very polite and friendly.

I bought tv wall cabinet a month ago received the parcel with 2 missing brackets, contact company and chase them to delivery to me they turn up saying that it would take another month for only delivery two brackets I suggest to buy a TV cabinet locally.Not worthy company

Dont order from this company, Customer support it terrible! I ordered three days ago, they wont deliver for 7 days. The price on there website three days later is 25% less. They say they wont refund me the difference. I told them i will refuse delivery. They sais they will charge a restocking fee.! You can see how terrible this company is DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do NOT order! Avoid this company.
I ordered CAPRICE GLOSS BAR TABLE WITH 4 STOOLS and received yesterday. The product is very POOR QUALITY. The stool does not function (it does not go up or down). The stool bottom part is so light, that it surely is a health and safety concern in that it probably can not withhold human weight! The table is very cheap, it is not thick as it seems on picture, actually very thin and hollow underneath. Also table is held up by 4 thin metal wires making it not fit for purpose and deceiving to think it is held up by the thick silver legs. Asked for a refund. However they want pictures - how on earth does one provide a picture of the stool bottom part being light in weight or picture of lever not working? Explained this but then they revert to the send back the items (this would cost consumer over £100 to return). Misinformation, unfit products, do not believe images and avoid at all costs.

I ordered a bar table and 4 stools one of the stools was damaged it wouldn't stay up very badly designed, the bar table was very high it looked ridiculous, contacted these people to tell them one of the bar stools didn't work,I sent photos of this,please I would not advise anyone to buy from this company,they only just got my refund and they took £79.99 off what they owed me which is disgusting, would never buy from this company again,so please anybody who wants to buy from this company dnt as your wasting your money,the table was so high it was touching my drop lights it would be good if your a giraffe lol but to deduct £79.99 is disgusting never known a company like it,if you want to buy anything go to furniture box it's alot cheaper and well made.trading standards are involved,as I've read the terms and conditions and it states if its faulty I should have got all my money back,not happy at all

Do not buy from this company. We have received flat pack furniture with some of the parts required for assembly being too short, and other parts damaged. Their contact of sales terms clearly state that for damaged/faulty goods, photos should be sent and replacements will be sent. We are now being told that, DESPITE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE BEING PROVIDED, that I am incorrect, and the parts 'cannot be different lengths'. Yes they are. LOOK AT THE PHOTO. I also told that unless I have all of the other packaging I can't get the item replaced! Three parts are faulty or damaged, all of the other parts are fine. We have submitted the claim with photos as requested but have had a lame response putting all of the responsibility on us as the customer. This company had provided shoddy damaged goods and their customer service is appalling. I will be going to the CAB regarding my consumer rights! Do not buy from this company.

Awful sevice, all of the reports you read are correct. Furniture arrives damaged and they use every trick in the book to try and not allow you to return. They suggest they want everything as it was when it arrived, within the same packaging, they charg you £40 for a return after offiering you something like 5% for you to stick with it. Then when yo're trying to return they are asking for photos constantly that you've already sent. After accepting the return they will then try and suggest its an assembly damage so they want to charge you and ask again if you wish to proceed. They are rude, bad at getting back to you also so each layr of conversation is 48 hours.

Absolutely awful customer service and definately not worth the risk for the perfect adequate furniture.

Absolutely Shocking Customer Service!

Avoid this company and purchase elsewhere!
I purchased an item early December, the item arrived damaged and the process to get it exchanged was like pulling teeth.
The replacement item was then finally delivered which was also damaged!
Once again the customer service was absolutely shocking with them using every excuse and delay tactic possible for me to return the item and get a refund.
Do not purchase from this company with poor quality items and absolutely shocking customer service! You have been warned.

Disgusting... bunch of crooks, furniture in fashion should not be allowed to do business in UK.
They clearly have no business ethics, lies after lies.
No solution for damaged items or missing parts, they always lie on the phone they give you fake names. MARK HAYS Adam Alex Sam & David the call centre is in india and they have no idea how to conduct a phone call.
Iv done some research on the directors who are Asians and found they not even registered on google to avoid reviews.
Please avoid. These crooks are based in BOLTON

After 4 months of trying to get a faulty item repaired / replaced, I've failed.
Simply the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I've been accused of incorrectly assembling an item that they sent to me fully assembled. I've been told that their suppliers don't make faulty items so there is no way they can be faulty. I've been sent numerous emails from their online ticket system, the tickets close on their own, won't accept replies and all email addresses bounce straight back. Phoning doesn't help either, staff won't put you through to customer service and can be downright rude. I've sent letters threatening legal action and been contacted promptly to say they will resolve the issue on 3 occasions, only for nothing to happen and be told once again that it was my fault.
I've never experienced customer service anywhere near as bad as furniture in fashion. Simply awful. Would seriously recommend you avoid them!

Terrible company... avoid

Terrible company with even worse customer service. Enquired about a faulty item, only to be told it was down to wear and tear.

Despite numerous emails, company unwilling to help, but quick enough to take my money.

Avoid this joke set up at all costs.

Fraudulent company that is being taken to court by Trading Standards. If you've also had a bad experience contact Trading Standards to get this terrible company shut down. I had a dispute with them for 7 months over mis described goods. My credit card refunded my payment. FiF sent tens of illiterate, nonsensical messages through their ridiculous ticket 'help' system and even an alleged legal letter saying they would take me to court all this despite the fact it was they who broke the law and I was the innocent consumer. Trading Standards told me they have received many complaints. AVOID!

Ordered two items totalling over £700, first item, had various parts missing, including all screws and instructions, second item, top of sideboard completely cracked. Customer services were not helpful, you have to send a 'ticket off' to report your issues, then they ask for pictures, many times over. After 3 days of consent emails and stress, I asked for a refund and was told 'you may get one, you may not' and the phone was put down. Luckily for me I paid by credit card so my bank dealt with it. Do not order from them

Brought a coffee table and after a few months the top has come off - explained very clearly this is due to the unequal distribution of weight on the MDF wood. The customer service representative anthony ignored most of my emails and I had to repeatedly chase him for any reply. When he did respond he just kept saying he is waiting for a response from the supplier. They then offered a replacement top after 5 weeks of me sending emails chasing this matter, this only happened because I called 'customer services' which actually does not exist as this department is WFH - why is this line still open to waste customers time further when it is redirected to sales? Anyway the replacement top means the whole coffee table needs to be dismantled to screw in the new top, which I raised to them. No surprises, I get a reply from anthony saying they have contacted the supplier for more information. Considering the supplier has not been in touch with them once in this whole process what makes them think they will get a reply now. I am yet to receive any satisfactory resolution after 6 weeks and literally just want the item collected so I can buy a simple functional coffee table! Only brought this item off this company as it was sold out on Wayfair at the time. Most of the items are sold on wayfair or elsewhere - shop there to avoid having to deal with the frustrating, pointless and time wasting customer service provided if you have any issues.

Absolute nightmare!

They have no interest for customer care, nothing seems to progress - I place the order almost three months ago adn have been chasing them ever since then. Nobody ever returns calls or shows any willing to help.
