I bought a TV stand and coffee table from them, they arrived and when I unpacked the packs there were several of the beams and wooden assembly joints broken or dented. Disgraceful and this cost me £600. I am contacting the company now to ask for a refund. I had been waiting for the furniture to arrive for a month and am now thoroughly disappointed and still have nowhere to put my TV or my brew! :(.

I was slightly nervous about buying a piece of furniture online without seeing it first, but I needn't have worried. The bench is good quality, very solid with a beautiful finish to the wood. Easy to assemble, I managed it within ten minutes. Postage very reasonable and well packaged.

I ordered shoe cabinet couple of days ago and it arrived really quickly! It requires 2 people to put it together but I just about managed to do it all by myself. All together very happy with the purchase and the whole communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

Fantastic price and fantastic service. I ordered a bed for my mum which was much much cheaper than anywhere else, with free delivery to Norfolk. They rang me to arrange delivery and mum tells me the delivery drivers were very polite and courteous. I would definitely buy from them again.

Extremely happy with the solid wood wall-mounted stand; its a very useful piece and looks elegant with its natural wood color. The staff who attended on us said it was manufactured in Germany. They answered all my queries and my wife and I were very pleased with the shopping experience.
