Basics:
Ordered heart arrangement for 2/14 deliverly.
2/14 – 6 dead clown (rainbow roses) arrived.
Called – arrangement would be resent on 2/17, but original not availab. E
2/17 – no flower arrangement.
2/17 – call speak to management – replacement flowers and the $40 credit returned.
2/19 – half dead flowers arrive – but not credit on my FTD account.
2/19 – called, told any refund over $20 to be mailed to customers.
3/15 – no coupon received.
3/15 – called customer service. Strangely, they forgot to send – to be resent.
4/24 called customer service – no coupon – guess what? Now it would appear on my FTD account.
5/5/15 – No credit on my account and now new story of coupon to be sent.
5/5/15 Told no manager available but it will go to their "special department."

Just want to mention eflowers were awful, from the ordering system, the customers service and canceling and not delivering my order on the delivery date. I'm not sure if they are even a legal business or not or how they are still opereratin. Awful service, will never order from them again

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a school on a fri for a teachers bday. Never got delivered was told for sure Monday they would well they weren't then told tues they would and still no very disappointed! Would never use again
Ok so it's my girlfriends birthday and I want flowers delivered. I track my order only to find out that they weren't going to be delivered on the day that I requested. Thank God I had an operator so willing to go over and beyond the call of duty by the name of Molly. Not only did she make the delivery happen they also paid the florist extra $ to make it happen on the day I requested!

For a first time FTD.com user very unsatisfied. Today is Feb. 14th Valentine's Day. A wife receiving flowers at work makes her day, and not receiving them is reverse case. Like FTD failed to do so. Customer service I spoke to was very unsympathetic, offered a discount on my next order (unacceptable) I requested a full refund. I was not going to pay for a service I did not receive. I do not want a discount because I will never use FTD in the future. If I had my way I would try to encourage other to not use their services as well.

The worst ever on so many levels! The florist located in ******* (Wortham in Houston) didn't deliver anything like what I purchased. I was so embarrassed! The pathetic foreign representative wouldn't tell me who the florist was, but gave me a $12 refund - like that was supposed to change everything! They wouldn't replace it because it didn't stay in the funeral home, but was sent to my friend's home afterwards as is customary. AND... he took the number of a family member to call and offer and apology, but never did. They are pathetic and unethical and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
I placed my order on November 27th for delivery on December 2nd. The flowers were not delivered until 6PM on December 2nd for a birthday on December 2. The flowers delivered were not what I ordered or even simiiar.
I will never order from ftd.com again.

I ordered a Treasured Tribute Wreath from ProFlowers an FTD company for my friend's funeral, and they delivered three bunches of flowers. I called ProFlowers customer service and was given the FTD customer service number. I called FTD customer service and waited on line 1 hour 45 minutes with nobody answers the phone. I sent the email and no reply.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete scam! Their customer service is a bogus call center in the Philippines. Ordered flowers online, but they could not be delivered because "they no longer have a shop in that area"... Took the money right away, but waited five hours to email me that they could not process the order! When you call the number in their email or the number on their website, it goes to a call center in the Philippines who says I have to call the shop that has the order... WHAT SHOP? There is NO shop in that area! Supervisor was no better! Will not connect you to anyone who speaks English or understands what I'm saying! Won't cancel the order or process a refund. NEVER AGAIN!
I had the same problems as everyone else on this site... Paid for the flowers. They never arrived. Cannot get a refund. No customer service at all. I've been given the run around. Very embarrassed.
Ordered flowers for my Mom for mother's day. Delivery was out of state. Paid over $80 including shipping. Website showed picture of flowers in a vase and so that is what I expected being delivered through a local florest. Feedback was flowers arrived separate from the vase and were wilted and in no water. Submitted negative feedback through customer service and they demanded a picture of the flowers ordered. I let them know that the picture from my out of state mom was not feasible and reiterated her unhappiness with the order for mother's day. WOULD ABSOUTELY NOT RECOMMEND! Go with a local florist or Costco as the quality was definitely not better.
These flowers were very much appreciated by my sister in law. Coming home from the hospital is always welcome but it's even more sweet when there are beautiful flowers to get you.
Ordered 3 items fo delivery on Thursday October 5,2017. Only 2 item was delivered. Call them right away to inform of the problem, can't get a hold of anyone but an automated machine. Call their sister company where I place my order and they could not help me at all. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
Never delivered my Mom's Mothers Day flowers. Some barely English speaking person took down my info and said that someone will call me back. NOPE. Didn't happen. Stay away!
Ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day and they were literally complete dead! They refused to give me money back! Horrible customer service worst experience beware do not use them!
Yesterday, I ordered very expensive flowers to be delivered to my Director in San Diego (I live on the East Coast) TODAY. It is 5:30pm in California and she still has not gotten them at her office and multiple attempts ALL DAY to reach this company have failed. I submitted a helpdesk ticket and they sent a link to my personal email, and when I clicked on it it was in Spanish which I don't speak. I am horribly embarrassed and can ONLY imagine how terrible the flowers will be she gets them. I should have read the reviews first. I want my money back.
'm at my wits end. I was scheduled to receive flowers on Valentine's day from my father. He has sent me a bouquet with a note every year.
This is the last year I will receive these flowers. My father is dying, probably in the next few days. Those flowers and that note will be the last gift I ever receive from him.
And it has not turned up.
We have called MULTIPLE times (I stress multiple, because it's been almost every day since Valentine's), and the only response I get has been, "We can send a message to the flower shop and they should get back to you as soon as possible." When I've asked which flower shop was responsible for delivery, I am told that eflowers doesn't have access to that information.
So basically, the company my father ordered through has absolutely no control over whether or not these flowers are received. I have no idea who to blame for this. The flower shop for not getting in touch despite multiple (supposed) attempts from eflowers to call me directly, or the company itself for being completely ineffective at solving customer complaints (petty as they may be).
It took a lot of effort for my father to go through the effort of ordering a bouquet this year, considering the cancer in his brain and spinal cord. We deserve at least SOME effort on your part. Your "about us" page states that you are committed to Quality and Service, and each order is treated to personalized care. I call bull. I've left a decent amount of this email in an online review for eflowers, and will be happy to remove it once my complaint has been addressed and settled. Hell hath no fury!
DID NOT DELIVER THE FLOWERS! They sent me an email saying it was delivered but they didn't deliver anything at all. They ruined my valentine day surprise! Non-existent customer service. Haven't even given me a refund for not delivering. STAY AWAY

The Phone listed does not work & refers you to their customer email which generates another email when used to yoyo you back into more emails. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY - My mistake was not researching - Good Luck
