Yesterday, I ordered very expensive flowers to be delivered to my Director in San Diego (I live on the East Coast) TODAY. It is 5:30pm in California and she still has not gotten them at her office and multiple attempts ALL DAY to reach this company have failed. I submitted a helpdesk ticket and they sent a link to my personal email, and when I clicked on it it was in Spanish which I don't speak. I am horribly embarrassed and can ONLY imagine how terrible the flowers will be she gets them. I should have read the reviews first. I want my money back.
