Placed an order on Nov 7,2016 for same day delivery (my grandmother was having surgery that day). On Nov 9 I received an email saying they did not deliver the flowers and asked if I'd like them to deliver that day, or cancel the order. I replied and asked why they had not been delivered on the 7th - no reply. I emailed on the 10th to ask them to cancel the order and issue credit - no reply. It is now the 11th and I've sent another email and have been sitting on hold on their 800# for 15 minutes waiting on someone to answer.
RIDICULOUS! Do NOT waste your time or money on this sham of a business!
I am giving you a buyer's beware tale, they have no office, they have zero customer service ability (when you call, they are polite) no email confirmation, no paper trail for you to have in case of some issue. If you search their site, it makes you uneasy - Go To 1800FLOWERS - a professional company, with good business ethics.
The flowers I sent were horrible- cheap, tacky, gas station flowers thrown in a vase- The delivery almost DOUBLED the cost. I didn't get the requested notification of delivery for 5 days, and I was on hold for over an hour in the two times I attempted (unsuccessfully) to call confirm delivery, which I was never able to do. In short- horrible.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE ARGUING TO CANCEL MY 116.00 ORDER AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MOM 24 HOURS BEFORE A FLORIST DELIVERED THEM... AND WHEN MY MOTHER RECEIVED THEM SOME FLOWERS LOOK DEAD AND NOT EVEN LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE I ORDERED. I AM BEYOND PISSED OFF. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF. THEY GO AGAINST WHAT THE POLICY FOR REFUNDS IS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY ARGUE WITH YOU AND ARE NASTY PEOPLE!
What was delivered doesn't deserve to be called bouquet, just junk. Stay away.
We called customer them to complain they cannot even retrieve the order.

Crappiest service ever! I ordered online for same-day delivery. Got a call saying they couldn't be delivered same-day. Given option of next day delivery, 5 days later delivery, or cancel. I said ok to next day delivery. Well come 5pm California time NO FLOWERS! So I called and cancelled order and want a full refund for something that didn't get promised, and was told someone will be calling me. Come Monday morning, I still hadn't gotten a call back, so I called and still nothing. Then the flowers show up and they were wilted and crappie looking, and not even what I ordered to be delivered! No I won't be recommending anyone to use your business.
Ruined a birthday gift. The flowers NEVER SHOWED UP AND I WAS NEVER GIVEN NOTICE OF A DELAYED SHIPMENT Just called to see how my mom liked her flowers. What flowers? Customer service closed. Don't ever use this site. Their Google reviews are fake the process is confusing start to finish and i'm out $100 and mom didn't get her gift.
After multiple calls to company, unable to resolve issues. When order was finally received, part of it was missing but still charged full price. Unreal. Horrible.
Ordered flowers from FTD for almost $100. The e-mail says they were 'delivered". I've been here all day, I think not. I call, talk to some guy who doesn't really even speak English and he says, "be patient, your flowers are coming." Ummmm... the email says THEY WERE ALREADY DELIVERED! Asked him if he could call the flower shop they are coming from and he says he did. But then can't tell me where the flowers are. I asked for a supervisor and have been on hold for a HALF HOUR with this idiot and STILL they can't tell me where my flowers are! Don't waste your money!
My mom, who resides in another country and is not fluent in English, ordered me flowers from FTD for my bday. She was notified it was delivered on time, but it never has. They ignored her emails and eventually I had to call them and ask for a full refund. MY MOM IS STILL WAITING FOR HER REFUND. They offered no other form of compensation.
After waiting all day and calling numerous times just to get a bunch of Indians answering the phone giving us the run around, $150 spent and the order never arrived
Same story as everyone else. Flowers not delivered, and no response from company after 4 calls and 4 emails. We should all contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs.
The orchid delivered to my daughters gated condo was beautiful and delivered on time with no glitches, at about half the price of the competitors! Will def use FTD again
These people are awful. I should have gone looking for reviews. I asked for a supervisor after receiving mixed messages as well as no response to my emails. Not only did they not do their job they were pissed at me for not calling sooner. They don't have stateside customer service. They don't understand what you are saying! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THEM!
I ordered fruit and never received the item, and they still wanted to charge me for it!. I've never submitted a bad review until today! Pay the extra money and go with another company!
I ordered Birthday Flowers yesterday and they arrived beautifully to my mother! They use local shops and a florist hand delivered it. Thanks Florists.com!
Ordered flowers for christmas was suppose to be delivered on 23rd they didnt receive them i email to find out why on the 24th got a email back saying they were all out of flowers really a florist out of flowers told me they would send strawberries they had them in stock didnt want strawberries wanted flowers like i ordered. Then a lady called me and laughed about my ordered not being delivered said she would double the order of flowers but all they had were plain vases ( first guy no flowers now double order but plain vase) then i received another email from a different lady and she was so rude on the email saying they would deliver them on the 29th at no additional charge to me (why would there be a charge to me you never delivered my order) and she was like just letting you know rude rude i will never order from this company

I ordered a chocolate covered fruit bouquet to be delivered next day to my mom (who lives on the other side of the country) for her birthday. If I had read any of these reviews, I would not have been so upset when it did not arrive on Saturday, as expected. Sunday night I contacted the company via email, as the phone number stated they were closed. On Monday morning, Linda in customer service offered a refund of the delivery fee and a redelivery of a fresh arrangement on Tuesday. Tuesday evening comes and my mom tells me that it still has not arrived. Linda was kind enough to issue a full refund when requested with no questions asked. She was probably the only thing that did not make this transaction completely infuriating. I cannot speak to the quality of the arrangements, as it never arrived, but I can say that this company seems to have no idea how to run a business. Their only redeeming quality was the customer service experience I had, and reading these reviews shows that even that is as rare as a delivery actually being made. Use a more reliable service... 1800flowers, proflowers, even a local florist, etc. You might pay a bit more, but at least your mom won't be upset thinking you forgot her birthday.
I will never order from FTD florist, tow year in a row they have not been able to deliver on time for my daughters Birthdays, big money n extremely poor service wil never waste my time or money in FTD … Mark Clifton 5/19/23 two years in a row unable to deliver product to my daughter …….
