Received ecu for 2008 chevy silverado 1500 5.3. Received ecu with 2 broken pins that secure the wireing harness to the ecu which could cause water to get into the wireing which could ruin my wireing harness for the computer. Other then that I got a ecu that worked first try. Plug and play is right other then having to program the key again which was a half hr which was not much work.
This was a good experience. I felt they were very thorough in getting the details to get me the right ECM and kept me updated with the progress along the way. I received it quicker than I anticipated and it worked great.

Could not get a diagnosis for Limp mode and replaced every part suggested by every garage. Same problem. Got diagnosis and needed ecm unit. They no longer make these for my car. Nissan could not locate one either. I found flagship and called. Not only did they have one but they programmed it to my VIN number. Came in within a couple days and was simple plug and play! My car is like a new one with all the new parts lol. I had deadlines and even made those by buying from flagship. Customer service was incredible. Will refer to everyone especially the ones with dreaded Limp mode in nissans.

The TIPM for my Dodge fan has issues. The front windows and power windows don't work from neither the driver or passenger side. The rear windows and vent widows do work. The power kicks do not work from inside. But they do work with the Key Fob. I may need to return for a replacement.

My ecm that I purchased from flagship programming was not right. I have to have my vehicle towed and I a shop and have to have them program my ecm. Could've just did that from the beginning. What a waste

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
