The vehicle in question is in storage. When first called was told to get the VIN for the correct part. After traveling and getting the VIN, when called back was then told needed the part number as well. Got some pushback from the call taker after explaining to her that I needed to travel back and remove the part to get the part number. After some arguing was given to another representative who then gave me a $35 dollar discount. When I got the part number attempted to order the part, with the $35 dollar coupon, and was denied. Called back again and received pushback from another representative about the discount. After sending, the invoice back with the discount was honored. Ordered part and installed. No issues and the new computer solved several other issues in the vehicle that I believed were not being caused by the old computer. I will purchase again, but hesitating about customer service if they need to honor warranty.

The exam I got worked and fired the car up, but the CEL was flashing and the vehicle wasn't misfiring. This means the ECM isn't communicating with the other modules. So the ECM I bought is no good to me and was a waste of money.

They sold me a PCM and said it was already programmed and that I wouldn't need to program it, just program the keys. But the reality was that after almost two weeks they sent me an unprogrammed and still corrupted PCM that didn't work. I tried with three different computers to program it but it didn't work. And when I asked them to send me another programmed product, they said they couldn't. That I had to send them the first product I bought and then they would send a new product. I recommend that you don't waste your money or time with this company. 😡👎🏼👎🏼

Great company just takes the full 8 days to ship ur stuff out other then the 8 days it takes to ship they seem like a good company I haven't gotten my truck to run yet haveing issues with the tipm or body control module so once I get that taking care an figured out we'll see how the pcm holds up

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
